1,6-二磷酸果糖对缺氧缺血性心、脑损害的保护作用(综述)

1，6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)是存在于一切活细胞内的糖代谢中间产物。细胞缺氧时，外源性FDP可透过细胞膜进入到细胞内直接供能，并可阻止Ca^2 内流，减少氧自由基的产生、稳定细胞膜，及减少细胞凋亡。多数研究认为FDP对缺氧缺血引起的心、脑损伤具有保护作用，但也有不同的观点。因此有必要进一步临床验证，为FDP在这方面的应用提供有价值的理论依据。     

异甜菊醇钠对大鼠心脏功能的保护效果

以大鼠心脏发生心肌梗塞为实验条件,深入研究异甜菊醇钠溶液对于大鼠心脏功能的保护效果.在研究过程中,设置3种质量分数的异甜菊醇钠溶液,配置5组实验用大鼠.实验结果表明:对于最大舒张力、最小舒张力、左心室松弛时间常数指标, LAD结扎手术后未送药会有上升和下降,送药0.5 mg/kg的STVNa时最接近正常值,说明较高质量分数的异甜菊醇钠溶液可以改善这些指标.无论对于常见的心脏功能指标,还是心电图中的ST波段和QT波段指标,异甜菊醇钠溶液都可以对心肌梗塞后的心脏功能起到一定的保护作用.     

经组织培养快速繁殖象牙白（Cymbidium eburneum）的研究

本文论述了利用组织培养手段快速繁殖象牙白的研究结果试验表明：ＶＷ改对诱导和增殖象牙白原球茎有良好效果．采用附加ＫＴ１～２ｍｇ／Ｌ和ＮＡＡ０．１～０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ的ＶＷ改培养基，原球茎发生率可达９５％，用该培养基继代培养２个月后，原球茎可增殖６～８倍；２，４－Ｄ对原球茎的形成有强烈抑制作用．培养基中含有０．１ｍｇ／Ｌ的２，４—Ｄ就足以完全抑制原球茎的形成；６—ＢＡ对原球茎的增殖和分化效果不理想，ＫＴ的效果较好；生根壮苗阶段以附加５％～１０％香蕉汁的１／２ＭＳ培养基效果最佳．文中还介绍了象牙自试管苗的移栽技术．     

经腹贲门癌切除、纵膈内机械吻合的手术配合

目的：介绍经腹贲门癌切除，纵膈内机械吻合术治疗贲门癌的手术配合。方法：针对44例有糖尿病，高血压，心功能不全的贲门癌患者，采用经腹切除，纵膈内机械吻合术，根据手术配合经验，介绍了手术护士配合的详细步骤与方法，强调心理护理的重要性。结果：手术均获得成功，患者安全返回病房。结论：手术中护士的配合是重要的，尤其是使用吻合器的配合。     

Gene product expression of cyclin D<Subscript>2</Subscript> and p16 during the transition from cardiac myocyte hyperplasia to hypertrophy

The current study was to investigate mRNA expression of cyclin D₂ and p16 during the transition from cardiac myocyte hyperplasia to hypertrophy. Cultured cardiac myocytes (CM) and fibroblasts (FC) obtained from 1-day-old Sparague-Dawley rats were used in this study. We have determined (1) hyperplasia by cell growth curve and fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS); and (2) ultrastructure by electron microscope observation; and (3) expresions of cyclin D₂ mRNA and p16 mRNA by using in situ hybridization and image analysis. The results were shown (1) Results of cell growth curve and FACS analysis showed CM could proliferate in the first 3 cultured days (4 days in postnatal development). But the ability decreased quickly, concomitant with the differentiation. (2) The ultrastructure of CM showed the large amount of myofilaments and mitochondrion and FC showed moderate amount of rough endoplasmic reticulum. (3) The expression of cyclin D₂ mRNA in 3−, 4−, 5−day CM group was 0.89 times (p<0.05), 0.80 times (p<0.05) and 0.56 times (p<0.01) of that in 1-day group respectively. P16 mRNA in 2−, 3−, 4−, 5−day CM group were 1.63 times (p<0.01), 1.72 times (p<0.01), 1.99 times (p<0.01) and 2.84 times (p<0.01) of that in 1−day group respectively. It can be concluded that cultured neonatal rat cardiac myocytes could proliferate during the first 3 cultured days, but the ability of proliferation decreased, from the fourth day, concomitant with differentiation. Cyclin D₂ and p16 have the key roles during the transition from myocyte hyperplasia to hypertrophy. Cell-to-cell coupling studied by diffusional methods in myocardial cells

Summary The diffusion of large molecular substances from cell to cell in multicellular and enzymatically isolated cell pairs is described. Permeability of the gap junctional membrane to these molecules and the critical diffusing diameter of the myocardial gap junctional channel are discussed.

Ventricular fibrillation threshold during acute ischemia in hypertrophied rat hearts

Summary Ventricular fibrillation threshold was significantly lower in hypertrophied hearts than in normal hearts. Ischemia produced by coronary occlusion reduced fibrillation threshold in both normal and hypertrophied hearts, but the maximum reduction in fibrillation theshold was observed earlier in hypertrophied hearts.     

实用的测量冠状动脉直径的算法

本文论述一种用于心脏动脉造影图象中测量冠状动脉直径的计算机算法,已在VAX-II/750机上成功地处理了冠状动脉造影图象,并得到了满意的结果。处理的主要步骤有:1.在预处理基础上对病灶血管段定位并确定处理程序运行时将需要的参数(即累积判断步长长度m);2.跟踪病灶血管段的主轮廓,抽取该血管段的中心线,最终测得该血管段各处的相对直径。

取蝴蝶兰的茎尖组织作为外植体．经过2次灭菌后。接种到N6培养基上．在25℃，2000lx光照条件下培养2个月，即可诱导生成原球茎．将诱导生成的原球茎分割成小的组织块。经过1～2个月的继代培养后，又生成新的原球茎．如此反复切割培养。实现了原球茎的增殖．原球茎再经过生根。长出新叶。则分化形成完整的植株。
