Another ID-Based Proxy Signature Scheme and Its Extension

So fur, the security of many proxy signatures has seldom been considered in a formal way and most of them cannot satisfy nonepudiation. In this work, a novel ID-based （Identity-based） proxy signature scheme is proposed by combining the proxy signature with ID-based public cryptography, and they formalize the notion of security for ID-based proxy signature schemes. And show that the security of the proposed scheme is secure. Compured with other proxy signature schemes, it does not need a secure channel. Thus, it is particularly suitable for the unreliable network computation environment. Finally, they extend proposed scheme to a proxy multi-signature which has the following advantages （1） the size of proxy multi- signature is independent of the number of delegating users; （2） the computation cost of proxy multi-signature only need two Weil paring.

从委托人与代理人的视角出发,利用委托代理理论对中国大型商业银行不良贷款率处于较高水平的原因进行分析,并提出了一些改善的建议,包括：完善银行内控机制,拓宽中小企业直接融资渠道,推进国有企业的改制,实施干预责任制。     

物联网中时间驱动的ICN缓存机制研究

在物联网架构设计中采用信息中心网络(information centric networking,ICN)的思想将非常有利于提高信息与数据的传输效率,但现有的ICN缓存机制难以满足物联网用户对信息准确度的要求,尤其是在时间维度上的严格要求.针对这一问题,利用ICN基于内容名命名的方式和内置缓存的特性,提出了一种新的能应用于物联网的时间驱动的普适性缓存方案,创新地在兴趣包和数据包中添加用于精确匹配的时间戳字段.研究了一种时间匹配算法,目的是向消费者返回满足时间容忍阈值的内容,依据内容流行度和时间请求概率,对到达节点的数据包做出缓存决策,通过仿真验证所提方案的有效性.与用户驱动的信息新鲜度机制相比,时间驱动的普适性缓存方案有效地提高了缓存命中率和信息获取的准确率.

Internet上实时视频流传输框架的研究

论述在Internet上进行实时视频流传输的特点以及对传输带宽、延迟和丢包率的要求，研究视频传输中的应用层QoS控制方法(速率控制，错误控制)．改进了实时视频流传输的框架，在传输框架中引入代理高速缓存技术．结果表明，代理高速缓存技术能够减轻视频服务器的负载和网络拥塞，提高视频播放质量．     

基于遗传-粒子群优化算法带有缓存机制的卸载策略

为了满足移动边缘计算(Mobie Edge Computing, MEC)场景中时延敏感型应用的需求,提出一种基于遗传-粒子群优化算法(Genetic-Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm, GA-PSO)和缓存机制的卸载策略。该策略将遗传算法和粒子群优化(Particle Swarm Optimization, PSO)算法融合起来,以便求取边缘计算卸载中的最优卸载比例和缓存决策;将已完成且重复请求的任务及相关数据在边缘云上进行缓存,用以最小化任务的卸载时延。仿真实验结果表明,该策略可以有效降低移动边缘计算的时延。     

论表见代理制度的法律价值和理论基础

1999年新<合同法>第一次以法律的形式在我国完整地确立了表见代理制度.尽管如此,我国学术界对表见代理的法律价值、理论基础等方面仍有较大的分歧.本文结合两大法系表见代理制度与我国表见代理制度的相关规定和现有理论研究成果进行了探讨,提出了一些个人见解.     

Research on message resource optimization in computer supported collaborative design

An adaptive mechanism is presented to reduce bandwidth usage and to optimize the use of computing resources of heterogeneous computer mixes utilized in CSCD to reach the goal of collaborative design in distributed-synchronous mode.The mechanism is realized on a C/S architecture based on operation information sharing. Firstly, messages are aggregated into packets on the client. Secondly, an outgoing-message weight priority queue with traffic adjusting technique is cached on the server. Thirdly, an incoming-message queue is cached on the client. At last, the results of implementing the proposed scheme in a simple collaborative design environment are presented.
