The myrmecophilous organs of larvae of the small blue,Cupido minimus (Lepidoptera; Lycaenidae)

Larvae of the lycaenid butterfly Cupido minimus have been examined using scanning electron microscopy following critical-point drying. They were found to possess both dorsal organs and pore cupolae, organs associated with myrmecophily. These results are compared with those of earlier authors and their significance discussed.     

Intraspecific variation in integumental pore signatures in the genus Pleuromamma (Copepoda: Calanoida)

Intraspecific variation in the pore signature of calanoid copepods is evident between individuals within a single geographical area (within-sample variation) and between different geographical area (geographical variation). Previous studies, however, have tended to consider only geographical variation, neglecting within-sample variation; thus the question remains on how representative the data are of biogeographic divergence within a species. Eight species of the metridinid genus Pleuromamma are examined and the extent of intraspecific variation in pore signatures is assessed here in terms of within-sample variation. In general, the degree of intraspecific variation increases with increasing number of the total integumental pores and is limited to 10% or less of the total. Intraspecific variation reflects not only genetic variability within a species but also genetic similarities between the species within a genus. This paper also re-examines published data on intraspecific variation in pore signatures. Samples as small as five individuals will identify >95% of potential sites of pores.     

树木营养器官分类的研究

对我国树木营养器官进行分类,提出了树木类型的特征与检索,并对科、属、各作全面统计和分析。结果表明我国野生和引种的树木共213科1549属11942种,单叶树种多于复叶树种,单叶的属、种各占66％及78％,复叶的属、种各占20％及16％。如按单叶脉型统计,羽状脉的属、种各占71％及77.5％,掌状脉的属、种各占24％及16％,纵向平行脉的属、种各占5％及6.5％。在对各个类型的代表 树种及科属划分的主线作归纳和研讨的基础上,从分枝式、髓型、芽型、维管束型、三级及较高度的脉序、内含物及附属物等提出了树木营养器官分类探索的线索与途径。     

LD—I型甜玉米脱粒机的研制

介绍了一种新型甜玉米脱粒机的研制,该机利用双驱动滚轮实现对物料的夹持、输送、定位功能,切削刀具变径机设计新颖,在对切削控制进行了深入分析的基础上,制定的控制方法及设计方案可行,该机经试验测定,性能良好,并通过了省科委组织的鉴定。     

Electroreception in the Turkistan catfish

Summary The Turkistan catfish,Glyptosternum reticulatum, has highly sensitive electroreceptors (threshold voltage gradient 1 V/cm) that detect a voltage drop across the skin. These electroreceptors were found to be sensitive to magnetic stimulation.     

盐酸阿扑吗啡片剂对去势大鼠的壮阳作用和生殖器官质量的影响

制备雄性去势大鼠模型,测定给药各组去势大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期和生殖器官质量.结果表明:与单纯模型组相比,盐酸阿扑吗啡在外部刺激下能提高雄性去势大鼠阴茎的兴奋性,阴茎勃起潜伏期缩短,而给药各组生殖器官的质量和脏器指数与去势大鼠模型组比较均无明显差异.盐酸阿扑吗啡对雄性去势大鼠具有壮阳作用,对生殖器官组织无明显影响.     

微夹钳传动分析

以压电驱动式微夹钳为例进行微夹钳传动系分析,按传统的静力平衡和机构运动几何关系及柔性铰假设方法推导出其速比和转角简化计算公式,将该简化公式计算结果与实测结果比较表明,计算值与实测值相比误差较大,说明按这种传统方法推导出的简化计算公式是不适用的。因此,根据实测结果按曲线拟合方法给出修正的该简化计算公式,其计算结果与实测值相近。     

植物生长调节物质对一品红组织培养中器官分化的效应

以一品红 (Euphorbia pulcherrima willd)幼茎诱导出的愈伤组织为外植体 ,以 MS为基本培养基 ,设计不同浓度的 ZT,6-BA,NAA,IBA,IAA,2 ,4-D等单因子和不同比值的细胞分裂素和生长素组合实验 ,探讨不同植物生长调节物质及其组合对一品红器官 (芽、根 )分化的效应结果表明 ,在根的诱导分化时 ,单因子 MS+NAA0 .5 mg·L- 1配方最为有利 ,诱导率为 45 .6% ;组合因子配方中 MS+IBA0 .2 +NAA 0 .1 mg· L- 1 最好 ,诱导率为 89.0 % .在芽的诱导分化时 ,单因子配方 MS+ZT0 .5 mg· L- 1最高 ,组合因子配方中以 MS+ZT1 .0 mg·L- 1 +NAA0 .1 mg·L- 1最有利 ,诱导率分别为 5 2 .1 % ,95 .3 % .

高校心理健康教育工作体系的主体包括:以专业技术人员为主的校心理健康教育中心、以思想政治工作者为主的院(系)心理健康教育分部和学生心理社团3个层面,通过引导、防御、应急等工作机制的运转,保证大学生心理健康教育的顺利实施。
