双酚类化合物对人胚肾细胞HEK293的毒性和氧化应激的研究

双酚类化合物(bisphenols, BPs)是一类新型环境有机污染物,BPs排放到环境介质后经多种途径进入生物体并在体内蓄积,已逐渐成为威胁环境和健康的重要风险因子。为探明BPs对人体健康的潜在毒性效应,本研究选取人胚肾细胞HEK293作为模型,通过测定细胞活力、胞内活性氧含量、氧化应激参数(SOD、GSH、MDA)及细胞内钙离子水平,比较了BPA、BPS、BPF和BPAF对HEK293细胞的毒性影响。结果表明,BPA、BPS、BPF和BPAF能够不同程度的抑制HEK293细胞活力,通过促进氧化应激产生 ROS,降低抗氧化能力,迅速提高细胞内Ca²⁺水平,诱导HEK293细胞损伤。在本研究所选的浓度范围内,BPAF对HEK293细胞的毒性影响最大,BPA和BPF对HEK293细胞的毒性影响次之,BPS对HEK293细胞的毒性影响较小。本研究为深化了解双酚类化合物的毒理学系统研究和风险评估提供参考依据。     

X线双能量骨密度仪模拟研究

双能量Ｘ线吸收骨密度测量仪是对骨质疏松症进行诊治的重要手段。由于Ｘ线源通常具有一个较宽的能谱，因而骨密度测量值的计算比较复杂。对如何在仪器研制中获得足够高的测量精度问题，本文进行了详细的计算机模拟工作，给出了模拟计算的方法及定量的结果。     

Advances in tissue engineering

Tissue engineering is a newly developed specialty involved in the construction of tissues and organs either in vitro or in vivo. Tremendous progress has been achieved over the past decade in tisse construction as well as in other related areas, such as bone marrow stromal cells, embryonic stem cells and tissue progenitor cells. In our laboratory, tissues of full-thickness skin, bone, cartilage and tendon have been successfully engineered, and the engineered tissues have repaired full-thickness skin wound, cranial bone defects, articular cartilage defects and tendon defects in animals. In basic research areas, bone marrow stromal cells have been induced and transformed into osteoblasts and chondrocytes in vitro. Mouse embryo stem cell lines we established have differentiated into neuron precursor, cardiac muscle cells and epithelial cells. Genetic modifications of seed cells for promoting cell proliferation, delaying cell aging and inducing immune tolerance have also been investigated.     

鲤骨油微胶囊质量特性及固化时间对其的影响

对以复凝聚法制作的鳗骨油微胶囊湿囊的质量特性进行了研究，结果表明，此微囊的耐冻性，耐磨性，酶解特性均良好，并有一定的耐热性，固化时间对其质量特性有显著影响，这种制作微囊的方法未对鳗骨油的酸价，过氧化值等品质指标产生显著的影响。     

Retinal bipolar cells——A model for the study of neuronal signal integration

Being the functional basis of neural networks, neuronal signal integration has been currently becoming a hot point of neuroscience research. Active and passive membrane properties of retinal bipolar cells, temporal and spatial distribution of synaptic inputs to these cells are described, and modulation of signal integration characteristics of these cells under different retinal adaptation states is analyzed. In consideration of the functional and morphological properties of retinal bipolar cells, it is suggested that they may be an appropriate model for the study of neuronal signal integration.

综述了^32P,^89Sr,^153Sm等放射性核素治疗骨转移癌骨痛的机制，疗效和副作用，是一种有效的治疗方法。     

Effect of testosterone on the kinetics of the development of suppressor cells in adjuvant arthritis

Summary The induction of unresponsiveness to mycobacterial adjuvant took a longer time in male DA rats than in female rats. A shift in the induction time of unresponsiveness in males toward the female type was brought about by castration, but could be reverted to the male type by the application of testosterone. The transfer study revealed that cells capable of preventing arthritis required a longer incubation time for their development in males than in females. This suggests that testosterone inhibits the development of suppressor cells in adjuvant arthritis.Acknowledgments. We are grateful to The Naito Foundation Research Grant for 1983.     

Peptidylarginine deiminase in rat and mouse hemopoietic cells

Summary Peptidylarginine (protein-L-arginine) deiminase activities have been demonstrated in extracts of rat and mouse peritoneal macrophages, bone marrow cells, splenic adherent cells, neutrophils, and mouse monocyte/macrophage cell lines. The enzyme in these cells is indistinguishable from the skeletal muscle enzyme with respect to immunochemical properties.     

Hypersensitivity to endotoxin hepatotoxicity in rats with inflammatory lesions

Summary The ratio of sinusoidal nonparenchymal cells to hepatocytes in rat liver was significantly increased following induction of inflammation, and decreased after subsequent exposure to endotoxin, particularly in the region around the terminal portal venules. Rats with inflammatory lesions were more sensitive to endotoxin hepatocytotoxicity than normal controls, as judged from the dose-dependent increase in activity of serum transaminases and from the extent of liver tissue injury. In addition, these animals, which were already in a state of depletion of hepatic glycogen, demonstrated marked hyperglycemia 24 h after endotoxin administration in small doses of less than 2 mg/kg.
