随着我国居民生活水平的提高,近年来糖代谢异常的孕妇比例逐年增加,妊娠期糖尿病的发病率达1.31%~3.75%,这主要与膳食结构不合理及能量过剩有关。妊娠期糖代谢异常会导致母婴并发症增加。资料与方法:对2008年9月—2010年1月在该院门诊的2218例孕妇于孕24~28周开始做糖尿病筛查试验,所有孕妇均在24~28w进行50g葡萄糖筛查(GST),对于GST异常者做口服葡萄糖75g(OGTT)诊断。结果:118例妊娠期糖耐量异常的孕妇,109例控制在正常范围,总有效率为92.37%。其中GIGT为70例,有效率为97.22%;GDM为46例,39例正常,有效率为84.78%。新生儿出生体重2500g~4000g为107例,占90.67%。体重<2500g为3例,占2.54%。体重>4000g为8例,占6.78%。讨论:妊娠期糖尿病指孕妇在妊娠期发生或发现的不同程度的葡萄糖耐量异常或糖尿病。主要与以下几个因素相关:年龄、生活方式、家族史。 相似文献

Small conductance calcium-activated potassium (SK or KCa2) channels link intracellular calcium transients to membrane potential changes. SK channel subtypes present different pharmacology
and distribution in the nervous system. The selective blocker apamin, SK enhancers and mice lacking specific SK channel subunits
have revealed multifaceted functions of these channels in neurons, glia and cerebral blood vessels. SK channels regulate neuronal
firing by contributing to the afterhyperpolarization following action potentials and mediating IAHP, and partake in a calcium-mediated feedback loop with NMDA receptors, controlling the threshold for induction of hippocampal
long-term potentiation. The function of distinct SK channel subtypes in different neurons often results from their specific
coupling to different calcium sources. The prominent role of SK channels in the modulation of excitability and synaptic function
of limbic, dopaminergic and cerebellar neurons hints at their possible involvement in neuronal dysfunction, either as part
of the causal mechanism or as potential therapeutic targets.

The glucokinase (GCK) gene was one of the first candidate genes to be identified as a human “diabetes gene". Subsequently,
important advances were made in understanding the impact of GCK in the regulation of glucose metabolism. Structure elucidation
by crystallography provided insight into the kinetic properties of GCK. Protein interaction partners of GCK were discovered.
Gene expression studies revealed new facets of the tissue distribution of GCK, including in the brain, and its regulation
by insulin in the liver. Metabolic control analysis coupled to gene overexpression and knockout experiments highlighted the
unique impact of GCK as a regulator of glucose metabolism. Human GCK mutants were studied biochemically to understand disease
mechanisms. Drug development programs identified small molecule activators of GCK as potential antidiabetics. These advances
are summarized here, with the aim of offering an integrated view of the role of GCK in the molecular physiology and medicine
of glucose homeostasis.

The PAS domain kinase PASKIN, also termed PAS kinase or PASK, is an evolutionarily conserved potential sensor kinase related
to the heme-based oxygen sensors of nitrogen-fixing bacteria. In yeast, the two PASKIN homologs link energy flux and protein
synthesis following specific stress conditions. In mammals, PASKIN may regulate glycogen synthesis and protein translation.
Paskin knock-out mice do not show any phenotype under standard animal husbandry conditions. Interestingly, these mice seem to be
protected from the symptoms of the metabolic syndrome when fed a high-fat diet. Energy turnover might be increased in specific
PASKIN-deficient cell types under distinct environmental conditions. According to the current model, binding of a putative
ligand to the PAS domain disinhibits the kinase domain and activates PASKIN auto- and target phosphorylation. Future research
needs to be conducted to elucidate the nature of the putative ligand and the molecular mechanisms of downstream signalling
by PASKIN.

为探讨洗衣粉对泥鳅血清同工酶表达的影响,选择两种不同的洗衣粉(代号为AJ、BJ)分别以其24 h半数致死浓度((LC50))为参考浓度,等差设定四个剂量组(18.25 mg/L,29 mg/L,39.75 mg/L和50.5 mg/L),采用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶(PAGE)电泳法研究了洗衣粉对泥鳅血清酯酶(EST)表达的影响.结果表明两种洗衣粉在不同浓度染毒下均使泥鳅血清酯酶(EST)同工酶的酶活性变化显著,两种洗衣粉对泥鳅血清同工酶表达具有一定的影响,且不同洗衣粉对其影响程度不同. 相似文献
