肿瘤新生血管抑制剂——血管抑素和内皮抑素

血管抑素和内皮抑素是两种内源性肿瘤新生血管抑制剂，主要通过抑制肿瘤内皮细胞的生长达到抑制肿瘤血管生成、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、防止肿瘤侵袭和转移的目的。作为两种最有前途的肿瘤新生血管抑制剂克服了肿瘤化疗过程中产生的耐药抗药性。文中对这两种抑制剂的结构与功能及应用研究最新进展作一综述。     

Analysis of a New Type of Production System

Previous work studied a production system including multiple stations (or workshops) consisting of an entry station, a set of workstations, an exit station, and a central station, which could be arranged in any configuration. The central station was introduced into the production system to relax the environment. In this paper, the central station is eliminated. The entry station and all workstations have limited local buffers. A workstation can choose either a buffer or a kanban mechanism to control its work-in-process (WIP). The production system was modeled as a queueing network with blocking in a general configuration. A symmetrical decomposition approach was developed to analyze the production system. The simulation result shows that the decomposition approach works well. Comparison of the new production systems with modified production systems having a common buffer shows that the key for implementing just-in-time production systems is to reduce the uncertainty.     

矩阵三角分解的递归算法

清热燥湿法治疗痤疮的探讨

目的 观察使用清热燥湿法治疗痤疮之疗效。方法 用清热燥湿的中药，以黄连、黄芩、黄柏为主药，佐以金银花、连乔、大青叶、大黄、夏枯草、丹参、枇杷叶、甘草等。同时禁食辛辣食物，限食高脂肪食物。结果 临床治疗5例，治愈4例，治愈为80％。显效1例，占20％。疗程最短7d，最长21d。结论 清热燥湿法治疗痤疮疗效显著，且疗程短、费用低。     

消化道穿孔围手术期液体治疗中的正平衡

目的 :探讨消化道穿孔 (DTP)急诊手术病例围手术期液体正平衡与APACHEⅡ评分的关系。方法 :根据APACHEⅡ评分 ,将连续 3 72例DTP病例分为轻症 ( <8分 )、重症 ( 8～ 19分 )和危重病例 (≥ 2 0分 ) 3组 ,比较 3组病例手术前、手术日和术后第 1日的液体正平衡量。结果 :轻症、重症和危重病例术前的液体正平衡量分别为 112 6.91± 414.80mL、2 3 60 .89± 85 7.0 3mL和 3 494.97± 995 .65mL(P <0 .0 1) ;手术日液体正平衡量分别为 2 10 3 .71± 72 8.99mL、40 5 0 .5 6± 10 3 6.3 7mL和 5 743 .95± 12 5 6.2 1mL(P <0 .0 1) ;术后第 1日液体正平衡量分别为 916.81± 5 5 9.62mL、12 11.43± 679.85mL和 15 87.0 9± 73 3 .3 8mL(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :无论是术前、手术当日或术后第 1日 ,DTP病例的液体正平衡量与其APACHEⅡ评分正相关。APACHEⅡ评分可估测DTP病例的液体正平衡量 ,指导其围手术期的液体治疗     

肌细胞途径血友病B基因治疗的载体优化研究

构建了含有ＭＣＫ增强子,βａｃｔｕｎ启动子,及ｈＦＩＸ内含子１的３个载体Ｇ１ＮａＭＢＡＩＸ,Ｇ１ＮａＭＢＡｉＩＸ,Ｇ１ＮａＰＡＩＸｉ‘ＢＡＭ。转入ＰＡ３１７和成肌细胞Ｃ２Ｃ１２细胞后测定ｈＦＩＸ的表达,发现反向构建的Ｇ１ＮａＰＡＩＸｉ’ＢＡＭ表达最高且最稳定,而正向构建的Ｇ１ＮａＭＢａＩｉｘ的内含子常被剪切,在Ｃ２Ｃ１２细胞中表达不高。     

Construction and expression of inverted configuration of retroviral vector containing intron 1 of hFIX

Intron was found to play an important role in improving gene expression. To improve the human factor IX(hFIX) expression level in hemophilia B gene therapy study, the retroviral vector containing intron 1 of hFIX gene was constructed in forwarded configuration, but the intron 1 was found spliced in virus particles by RT_PCR detection. So the inverted configuration vector G1NaPAi′IX was suggested and constructed on the basis of SNMBAIXm and transfected into PA317. Then C2C12 cells were transfected using the above virus supernatant and the G418_resistant clones were selected. PCR and RT_PCR detection found that intron 1 structure existed in C2C12 clones and retroviral particles. And the expression level of inverted vector was 3 times higher than that of forwarded vector. These results showed that the inverted configuration vector was in deed able to avoid splicing of intron 1 during the process of retroviral packaging and improved the expression level of hFIX protein.     

一种考虑储能的电力信息物理系统连锁故障阻断控制策略

电网信息物理高度融合背景下,为了降低电力信息物理系统发生跨空间连锁故障的风险,提出一种计及储能配置的连锁故障阻断控制优化策略。首先,基于电力系统可观可控性构建信息物理多重交互机理,并根据系统间交互阐明过载主导型连锁故障的演化过程。同时在现有调控手段基础上考虑储能入网对连锁故障阻断控制的影响。并将阻断控制表述成多阶段最优潮流问题,获得兼顾安全性与经济性的连锁故障控制方案。采用IEEE-118节点系统对不同控制策略进行对比,验证了所提控制优化策略的有效性,并分析了储能规模对阻断控制的影响。
