癌症是导致人类死亡的疾病之一,癌症的治疗广泛地引起了人们的关注,癌症的基因治疗是近年来癌症治疗的新突破．本文从导入抑癌基因的基因治疗,针对癌基因的反义疗法,“自杀”基因,导入细胞因子的基因治疗,转入耐药基因的治疗几个方面介绍了癌症基因治疗的新进展．     

The Role of Survey Data in Nowcasting Euro Area GDP Growth

This paper evaluates the impact of new releases of financial, real activity and survey data on nowcasting euro area gross domestic product (GDP). We show that all three data categories positively impact on the accuracy of GDP nowcasts, whereby the effect is largest in the case of real activity data. When treating variables as if they were all published at the same time and without any time lag, financial series lose all their significance, while survey data remain an important ingredient for the nowcasting exercise. The subsequent analysis shows that the sectoral coverage of survey data, which is broader than that of timely available real activity data, as well as their information content stemming from questions focusing on agents' expectations, are the main sources of the ‘genuine’ predictive power of survey data. When the forecast period is restricted to the 2008–09 financial crisis, the main change is an enhanced forecasting role for financial data. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Anti-amyloidogenic therapies: strategies for prevention and treatment of Alzheimer’s disease

Deposition of amyloid β-protein (Aβ) in the brain is an early and invariant neuropathological feature of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). The current search for anti-AD drugs is mainly focused on modification of the process of accumulation of Aβ in the brain. Here, we review four anti-amyloidogenic strategies: (i) reduction of Aβ production, which has mainly been approached with secretase inhibition, (ii) promotion of the Aβ degrading catabolic pathway, including an Aβ degrading enzyme, neprilysin, (iii) immunotherapy for Aβ and (iv) inhibition of Aβ aggregation. We have reported that AD patients have a favorable molecular environment for Aβ aggregation and that various compounds, such as polyphenols, interfere with Aβ aggregation and destabilize preformed Aβ fibrils. 注聚井解堵剂的研究与应用

确定的注聚井解堵剂主要由5%的裂解剂、3.50mol亚硝酸钠和3.30mol氯化铵水溶液作自生气体增能扩散剂,对于不同渗透率的岩心经过聚合物堵塞,解堵剂对渗透率恢复程度大于80%。解堵后注聚井注入压力下降1.7MPa,注入量增加52m3。     

介入治疗股骨头缺血性坏死9例疗效观察

采用Seldinger's法经股动脉穿刺,5F Cobra导管注入溶栓剂,对股骨头缺血性坏死进行治疗,血管造影计数动脉血管数目并对关节活动度及疼痛程度进行观察,评价其疗效.结果表明9例患者经治疗后,有6例疼痛消失、关节功能恢复正常,2例明显好转,1例无明显改变;X线示坏死骨质有不同程度的吸收及修复.经介入溶栓治疗股骨头缺血性坏死具有一定的疗效.     

无抽搐电休克治疗后患者发热的分析

目的就无抽搐电休克治疗（MECT）后的发热现象进行初步分析，以供临床参考。方法回顾性调查2007年在本院接受MECT的全部患者的病历资料，总计124例，以是否在MECT后出现发热进行分组，最后将数据进行进行卡方（x^2）检验或t检验。结果发热组和无发热组在年龄、性别、病程、MECT次数等因素的差异无统计学意义；MECT后有56例（占总数的45．16％）病人出现发热现象，其中有42例（75％）为低热，43例（76．8％）发热为1-2次，48例（85．7％）为接受MECT1-2次后出现发热。结论发热是MECT后常见的副作用，一般不会继发更严重的后果，但在临床上应重视。     

肽核酸在分子生物学技术和疾病治疗方面的应用（综述）

肽核酸是一种以多肽为骨架，类似核苷酸的物质，肽核酸与DNA或PNA有高度的亲和力和特异性，能够抑制基因的转录和翻译过程，在分子生物和肿瘤，艾滋病，病毒感染和其它难治性疾病的治疗方面有着广泛的应用前景。     

中西医结合治疗瘙痒病,湿疹疗效观察

研究比较了中西医结合疗法与赛庚啶对瘙痒病、湿疹的疗效．中西医结合疗法采用中成药龙胆泻肝口服液、六味地黄丸合用赛庚啶治疗．在治疗１个疗程后，中西医结合治疗组对瘙痒病的有效率（痊愈、显效）为８６．８９％．赛庚啶治疗组有效率（痊愈、显效）为５０％，两组间疗效具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）．中西医结合治疗组对湿疹的有效率（痊愈、显效）为７７．７８％，赛庚啶治疗组的有效率（痊愈、显效）为４２．４２％，两组间疗效具有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）．结果显示，中西医结合治疗对瘙痒病和湿疹的疗效优于单用赛庚啶治疗．     

介入治疗中欧乃派克和泛影葡胺的副反应的对比研究

目的 比较介入治疗中使用非离子型造影剂欧乃派克和离子型造影剂泛影葡胺引起的副反应.方法 收集各种原因行介入手术治疗1 000例.其中500例使用非离子型造影剂欧乃派克.另500例使用离子型造影剂泛影葡胺.回顾性对比分析两组病例的副反应.结果 欧乃派克组副反应发生率明显低于泛影葡胺组.结论 非离子型造影剂的副反应发生率明显低于离子型造影剂(Z=7.346.P<0.001).介入中尽量用非离子型造影剂.减少副作用的发生.
