机械制浆过程磨机负荷内模PI控制

针对双盘磨机在运行过程中具有大滞后、大惯性及非线性等特点,内模控制作为一种先进控制策略,鉴于其对过程模型精度要求不高等优点,提出了一种基于内模控制原理的PI控制方法,该方法设计的控制器仅有一个可调参数,且通过最大灵敏度指标实现其整定,有效避免了控制器整定的复杂性与随机性.仿真结果表明,与常规PID控制相比,所提方法可有效减小模型参数变化及各种干扰对系统性能的影响,满足机械制浆生产过程对控制器性能的要求,保证磨机安全稳定运行,实现了磨机负荷的稳定化控制,为机械制浆过程综合自动化系统的实施奠定基础.

PBNA： An Improved Probabilistic Biological Network Alignment Method

Biological network alignment is an important research topic in the field of bioinformatics. Nowadays almost every existing alignment method is designed to solve the deterministic biological network alignment problem.However, it is worth noting that interactions in biological networks, like many other processes in the biological realm,are probabilistic events. Therefore, more accurate and better results can be obtained if biological networks are characterized by probabilistic graphs. This probabilistic information, however, increases difficulties in analyzing networks and only few methods can handle the probabilistic information. Therefore, in this paper, an improved Probabilistic Biological Network Alignment（PBNA） is proposed. Based on Iso Rank, PBNA is able to use the probabilistic information. Furthermore, PBNA takes advantages of Contributor and Probability Generating Function（PGF） to improve the accuracy of node similarity value and reduce the computational complexity of random variables in similarity matrix. Experimental results on dataset of the Protein-Protein Interaction（PPI） networks provided by Todor demonstrate that PBNA can produce some alignment results that ignored by the deterministic methods, and produce more biologically meaningful alignment results than Iso Rank does in most of the cases based on the Gene Ontology Consistency（GOC） measure. Compared with Prob method, which is designed exactly to solve the probabilistic alignment problem, PBNA can obtain more biologically meaningful mappings in less time.     

草麻黄提取物对小菜蛾的生物活性研究

研究草麻黄提取产物对小菜蛾生物活性的影响.结果表明,当提取液处理浓度为500g/L时,氯仿、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮和石油醚的提取物可引起小菜蛾幼虫死亡,其死亡率分别为82%,64%,62%,48%,46%,且都随提取物浓度的降低而减小;5种溶剂的提取物对小菜蛾的卵都具有一定的毒杀作用,作用最强的为高浓度(500g/L)的氯仿提取物;卵的孵化率随提取物浓度的升高而显著降低,提取物对小菜蛾的初孵幼虫具有一定的杀死作用,当浓度为500g/L时,氯仿提取物可引起90%的小菜蛾初孵幼虫的死亡.     

Semiparametric Preference Learning

Unlike traditional supervised learning problems,preference learning learns from data available in the form of pairwise preference relations between instances.Existing preference learning methods are either parametric or nonparametric in nature.We propose in this paper a semiparametric preference learning model,abbreviated as SPPL,with the aim of combining the strengths of the parametric and nonparametric approaches.SPPL uses multiple Gaussian processes which are linearly coupled to determine the preference relations between instances.SPPL is more powerful than previous models while keeping the computational complexity low （linear in the number of distinct instances）.We devise an efficient algorithm for model learning.Empirical studies have been conducted on two real-world data sets showing that SPPL outperforms related preference learning methods.     

电工电子实习考核体系的研究与实践

科学、公正的实习考核方法对于调动学生积极性和提高实习教学质量有着重要的作用。文中针对广州大学实验中心电工电子实习的特点和基本要求,建立了一套电工电子实习学生成绩评价体系,并且利用层次分析法给评价体系的评价指标赋权。教学实践结果表明,该评价体系的采用有利于调动学生实习的主动性和积极性,有利于教师对实习效果的评价,有利于提高电工电子实习的教学质量。

Nutch中网页更新预测研究与优化

Nutch的网页更新预测方法采用的是邻比法,相关更新参数需要人为设定,不能自适应调整,无法应对海量网页更新的差异性.为解决这个问题,提出动态选择策略对Nutch的网页更新预测方法进行改进.该策略在网页更新历史数据不足时,通过基于MapReduce的DBSCAN聚类算法来减少爬虫系统抓取网页数量,将样本网页的更新周期作为所属类其他网页的更新周期;在网页更新历史数据较多时,通过对网页更新历史数据进行泊松过程建模,较准确地预测每个网页的更新周期.最后在Hadoop分布式平台下对改进该策略测试.实验结果表明,优化后的网页更新预测方法表现更优.
