依据系统结构原理，推导出数学模型，提出一种适于称重传感器测试系统的控制策略。根据该测试系统的特点，建立误差补偿模型，确定数据处理方法。 试验结果表明，整个测试系统简洁、高效、可靠；控制方案简单、易行，满足系统的性能要求；所采取的误差补偿办法切实可行， 经过处理的测试数据能够准确反映传感器测试系统的性能。
