建立了河水中3种酰胺醇类抗生素氯霉素、甲砜霉素和氟甲砜霉素的分析方法.利用HLB固相萃取柱进行水样的富集、净化,超高压液相色谱-串联质谱仪多反应监测离子模式进行定性、定量分析.工作曲线的线性范围为1~1000μg/L,3种目标物的方法检测限为1 ng/L(S/N=10,1 000倍浓缩);加标浓度分别为5.0、20.0和100 ng/L时的回收率为52.1%~77.5%,相对标准偏差1.9%~8.5%(n=4).方法初步应用于福建省九龙江下游河水样品的分析. 相似文献

将积极风险预算分解为总量预算和结构预算,建立风险预算框架下的组合投资决策模型,分别在基准组合是有效组合和非有效组合的情况下对模型求解,并详细分析了两种情况下最优投资决策的性质.结果表明:风险预算框架下投资决策的有效性将完全取决于基准组合的有效性;基准组合为非有效组合的情况下,结构预算决定了投资决策的结构,而总量预算决定了投资决策偏离基准组合的程度;由于结构预算中较小的β对基准风险形成了有效的对冲,因而在总风险一致的情况下,有助于提高总期望收益. 相似文献

用四乙基溴化铵为模板剂合成了β沸石,系统地研究了模板剂浓度,碱度,晶化时间及温度等因素对β沸石相对结晶度的影响。在413K下,晶化混合物的最佳组成范围为SiO2/Al2O3=20-100,TEABr/SiO2=0.2-0.7,OH^-/SiO2=0.5-0.6,H2O/SiO2=6-8.6,结果表明,以TEABr为模板剂是非常经济的。 相似文献

在pH为7.0~8.0的弱碱性溶液中,Th(Ⅳ)与四环素(TC)、强力霉素(DOTC)、土霉素(0TC)和金霉素(CTC)结合形成浅黄色配合物,最大吸收波长分别位于388,382,388和398 nm;线性范围分别是0~10.5μg@mL-1(TC和DOTC),0~10.0μg@mL-1(0TC和CTC);摩尔吸光系数ε分别为1.90×104,1.80×104,1.72×104和1.38×104L@mol-1@cm-1.当用紫外-可见分光光度计进行双波长测量时,ε分别为3.77×104,3.34×104,3.68×104和3.09×104 L@mol-1@cm-1,线性范围与单波长法基本一致.探讨了适宜的反应条件和Th(Ⅳ)与四环素、土霉素的配合比均为12.方法用于市售四环素和土霉素药物的含量测定,结果满意. 相似文献

融资融券制度的推出为理性交易者提供了套利的工具,但其杠杆效应可能引致情绪交易者更多的投机行为,从而对股票的套利难度和投机程度产生双向作用,影响情绪对其股价的作用.本文以试点期融资融券标的及前四次扩容新增标的为研究对象构建了四类股票特征组合,并利用情绪β来测度情绪对股价的影响程度,考察了各特征组合在允许融资融券交易前后的整体情绪β以及高、低情绪期情绪β的变化.结果表明,融资融券制度对各特征组合的整体情绪β几乎没有影响.但将市场划分为高、低情绪期后,融资融券制度显著降低了各特征组合的低情绪期情绪β,而对高情绪期情绪β大多没有影响.进一步分析表明,尽管本文提供了一些情绪横截面效应的证据,然而融资融券的影响并不存在明显的横截面差异.此外,本文还发现,无论是在股票被纳入融资融券标的之前还是之后的时期,各特征组合的情绪β在高、低情绪期本身就存在明显差别. 相似文献

Summary The in situ activity of 3-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase was detected in clustered cells which showed steroid-producing morphology, within the capsule of the paraaortic lymph node. In light and electron microscopic studies, the positive reaction products were detected on intracapsular cell clusters. Aminopeptidase activities, assayed as arylamidase activities, were investigated in selected tissues of 1, 6, 12 and 24-month-old rats. The enzyme activities were found to have a heterogeneous distribution and age-related changes were observed. The highest levels of soluble arginyl-aminopeptidase activity were detected in brain homogenate at all the studied ages, whereas membrane-bound activity presented the highest levels in brain and kidney in the four ages tested. Aspartyl-aminopeptidase activity was detected mainly in the particulate fraction of kidney at all four ages. In 1, 6 and 12-month-old animals, soluble aspartyl-aminopeptidase activity was also higher in the kidney than in the rest of the tissues, whereas in the group of 2-year-old rats, the highest levels were found in both kidney and liver. Age-related changes were observed in all the studied tissues and for all the assayed enzymatic activities. In general, the maximal levels were detected in both the youngest and the oldest animals, and the minimal ones in 6 and 12-month-old rats. However, in the adrenals, the soluble and membrane-bound arginyl-aminopeptidase activity was higher in 6-month and 2-year-old rats than in 1-month and 12-month-old rats. These changes may reflect the functional status of the susceptible endogenous substrates of aminopeptidases. 相似文献

Summary An acute reduction in the synaptic availability of serotonin (5HT) by p-chlorophenlalanine (PCPA) nullifies the decrease in the density of cortical beta adrenoceptors caused by desipramine (DMI) but does not appreciably alter the attenuation of the norepinephrine (NE) sensitive adenylate cyclase. The analysis of competition-binding curves of [3H]-dihydroalprenolol shows that the affinity of the agonist (–)-isoproterenol for cortical beta adrenoceptors is profoundly reduced following PCPA. This reduction in agonist affinity is enhanced by DMI. Resupplying 5HT by by-passing trptophan hydroxylase inhibition, by administering 5-hydroxytryptophan, converts a DMI non-responsive to a DMI responsive beta adrenoceptor population and shifts the markedly decreased agonist affinity towards the affinity values found in control preparations. The results demonstrate the pivotal role of 5HT in the regulation of the density and agonist affinity characteristics of cortical beta adrenoceptors and contribute to the scientific basis of the serotonin-norepinephrine link hypothesis of affective disorders.Acknowledgments.
