苯并12-冠-4桥联的氮杂环卡宾催化L-丙交酯开环聚合研究

研究了苯并12-冠-4桥联的氮杂环卡宾(B12C4im Y)催化L-丙交酯的开环聚合,系统地探索了聚合反应的规律,得出了其聚合反应的最优条件.利用1H NMR和IR对聚合物结构进行端基分析,推测出聚合机理是"单体活化"机理.     

氮杂环卡宾汞金属冠醚的合成及荧光性能研究

本文报道了氮杂环卡宾汞金属冠醚的制备,利用多醚链桥连的咪唑盐配体和醋酸汞在无水乙腈中反应,可以在较高的反应浓度下制备汞金属冠醚.通过元素分析、核磁共振和X-单晶衍射表征了它们的结构,并探讨了配体和汞卡宾络合物的荧光性能.     

膦配体构筑的超分子化合物分类研究

超分子配位化合物在新物质的合成、气体吸附、催化、化学发光、磁性等诸多方面具有广泛的应用。有机膦配体作为一种优秀的电子给体,已经被广泛地用作构筑超分子配位化合物的重要基元。基于有机膦配体构筑的超分子配位化合物就其形成形态上来说,主要包括单晶化合物、金属-有机凝胶以及无定形配位聚合物三种类型。     

Palladium（ Ⅱ ） and Platinum（ Ⅱ ） Compounds Derived From Potentially Terdentate Ligands

Transition metal complexes derived from potentially terdentate ligands have attracted great interest in the late years. Among all the examples described so far, those containing palladium（ Ⅱ ） or platinum（ Ⅱ ） and ligands holding three heteroatoms with different donor abilities are particularly relevant. In compounds of this kind, the potential hemilability of one of the terminal σ（M-donor atom） bonds, plays an important role in the view of their applications in homogeneous catalysis. On the other hand, it is well-known that in dimetallic complexes the presence of two different metals in a close vicinity may influence their mutual cooperation in a wide variety of processes. Besides that, some examples of the utility of chiral palladium（ Ⅱ ） as well as platinum（ Ⅱ ） complexes as precursors for organic and/or organometallic synthesis, as chiral recognitors or discriminators, or even in Bio-Medicine have also been reported. However, chiral heterodimetallic compounds holding ferrocenyl units and potentially terdentate ligands are scarce.     

过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体与促炎介质（综述）

近年来发现，核受体超家庭成员-过氧化物酶体增殖物活化受体（peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors,PPARs）是一组转录因子，它与某些促炎介质，如：白三烯B4及肿瘤坏死因子等有密切关系，这类受体与相应配体结合活化后，将有助于感染性疾病的治疗。对PPARs的结构和功能，配体的一般特性以及PPARa、PPARγ对促炎介质的调节作一综述。

1,10-邻菲罗啉类配体具有很好的配位特性,是一种非常常用的鳘合配体,对它的修饰非常多,本文对它1-10位的修饰研究作以介绍和研究。     

苯骈15-冠-5催化二溴卡宾与苯乙烯和多芳代苯乙烯环加成反应动力学

本文研究了在50%NaOH,CH_2Cl_2体系中,苯骈15-冠-5催化产生的二溴卡宾与苯乙烯、多芳代苯乙烯反应的相对速率常数K_(rel),讨论了苯乙烯α及β位上芳基取代基数目和空间位置对K_(rel)的影响.     

Search for new antiphytovirucides

A convenient method to synthesize substituted 2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl) benzimidazoles is reported. Six title compounds have been synthesized by the reaction of salicylic acid and 4-substituted0-phenylenediamine in the presence pyridine-POCl₃. Three compounds were tested as plant virucide against tobacco mosaic virus and they exhibited some activities. Comparison of the effects of imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2-carbamates and benzimidazole-2-carbamates on the development ofHymenolepis nana inTribolium confusum

Summary The anthelmintic properties of several imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine carbamates and benzimidazole carbamates againstHymenolepis nana are compared. The results of this study, coupled with previous work, indicate that methyl 6-(trichloroethenyl)-imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine-2-carbamate has the potential of being a broad spectrum anthelmintic, effective against both nematodes and cestodes.Acknowledgments.
