基于多维行为分析的窃电高风险客户精准定位方法

窃电行为对国家电力系统及供电公司造成了极大的损失,故反窃电技术是电力行业的重要研究方向之一。传统的窃电用户定位方法存在定位不准确、查处效率低等问题,为了解决上述问题,提出基于多维行为分析的窃电高风险客户精准定位方法。首先通过相关矩阵R及特征值谱熵正则化完成用户数据去噪,其次在UFS-MI模型内提取用户数据特征,分析用户用电的多维行为,最后根据逻辑回归算法完成窃电高风险客户的精确定位。实验结果表明,所提方法的窃电高风险客户定位精准度较高,误判率较低,整体定位效果较好。     

数据驱动下交通异常行为的双层识别模型

为实现对车辆异常行为的准确识别,提高车辆行驶的安全性,提出了一种基于支持向量机(support vector machine, SVM)、监督学习与长短期记忆(long short term memory, LSTM)深度学习的交通异常驾驶行为双层识别模型。首先,对车辆轨迹数据筛除和滤波,构建异常行为数据集;其次,从异常行为轨迹特征中提取出特定异常行为的特征标签,并人为标定在训练集中;再次,构建SVM模型对训练集进行粗识别,基于SVM的二分法原理,从测试集中筛选出异常行为;最后,通过LSTM时间序列模型构建具体种类的异常行为模型,并通过深度学习的方法,从异常行为数据中细分为蛇形驾驶、急速变向、侧滑、大半径转弯、快速U型转弯、急刹车等具体的异常驾驶行为。本次实验选用下一代仿真(next generation simulation, NGSIM)数据中US-101高速公路和peachtree城市道路的数据集的轨迹数据验证SVM和LSTM双层识别模型的性能,包括均方根误差、识别准确率等。结果表明,构建的双层识别模型在第一层有98%的识别准确率,第二层有超过80%的识别准确率,可以较为准确地识...     

安全仪式感对人的安全心理和行为的影响研究

为研究安全仪式感对人的安全心理和行为的影响,增强安全仪式感在安全建设中的作用,从仪式感出发,解析安全仪式感的内涵;深入分析安全仪式感对个人和对组织的价值、产生条件以及作用机理;构建“安全仪式感作用下的人的安全心理和行为”模型,指出安全仪式感的建设需要一个平衡状态,并用“跷跷板”模型对其进行解释。结果表明：安全仪式感可通过安全心理的三个维度和安全行为的四个维度加强人的安全心理,提升人的安全行为,为企业实现安全目标打下坚实基础。     

Morphological,biochemical and molecular changes during ectomycorrhiza development

Summary An ectomycorrhiza, a specialized root organ, is the result of a complex interaction leading to a finely-tuned symbiosis between a plant and a compatible ectomycorrhizal fungus. Ultrastructural observations combined with cytochemical and biochemical studies reveal that structural and metabolic changes in the symbiont cells lead to the final phenotype of the active ectomycorrhiza. In the present review these changes are interpreted as changes in gene expression and discussed within the context of ectomycorrhiza development. Recent genetic data indicate that the continued vegetative growth of the ectomycorrhizal hyphae and the root tissues, and their ability to switch to symbiotic organ formation, is basically controlled by developmentally critical genes. The activity of these symbiotic genes during the differentiation of ectomycorrhizas is associated with extensive changes in the concentration of particular polypeptides and protein biosynthesis. The present state of knowledge about the developmental biology of ectomycorrhizas allows only speculation about the events during their development.Puisant mes forces aux sources des galaxies En buvant la sève des arbres M. Hypothalamic histamine modulates adaptive behavior of rats at high environmental temperature

Summary Histamine content in the rat hypothalamus was lower at 4°C and higher at 31°C compared to that at 21°C. Pretreatment with -fluoromethylhistidine, a suicide inhibitor of histidine decarboxylase, attenuated both the increased level of hypothalamic histamine and rat adaptive behavior at 31°C. Increase of histamine content in the hypothalamus appears to be an important factor contributing to rat adaptive behavior to high environmental temperature.

Cloning, construction of prokaryotic expression vector and expression ofEscherichia coli cytosine deaminase gene

Cytosine deaminase gene ofEscherichia coli strain H-30 was cloned, and its initiation codon of ‘GTG’ was mutated to ‘ATG’ by PCR. Prokaryotic recombinant expression vector pBV220-CD was constructed. Clone with high enzyme activity were selected by detecting their specific activity of cytosine deaminase. 5-FC(5-FC, 5-fluorocytosine) could induce the lethal toxicity to cells containing active CD gene. DNA sequence analysis indicated that there were 16 altered bases and 5 of them resulted in the alteration of amino acids in predicted peptide by comparing DNA sequence of the clone H-30-CD-11 with high enzyme activity with CD gene reported in Gene Bank.
