针对轧辊偏心问题,提出了一套对轧辊偏心信号进行提取和检测的数字信号处理方法;讨论了该方法在偏心控制中应用的有关问题。现场实验结果证实,该方法应用方便,处理正确,控制有效。

EFFECT OF SULFUR ON PROPERTIES OF BALL BEARING STEEL

5 heats of GCr15 bearing steel of different sulfur contents ranging from 0.009-0.092% (wt.)were smelted. The role of sulfur in bearing steel and its effect on contact fatigue properties andfracture toughness K_(IC)Were studied. It was shown that as the sulfur content increases the sulfur content dissolved in the steelsubstrate remains unchanged. The best contact fatigue property appears at the sulfur content of0.045% (wt.), and the influence of sulfur content on the fracture toughness of bearing steel is notobvious. Finally, the mechanism of the role of sulfur was investigated.     

球磨-酯化复合改性槟榔芋淀粉对Pickering乳液形成的影响

为了提高淀粉颗粒的乳化能力,以球磨-酯化复合改性槟榔芋淀粉为颗粒乳化剂,大豆油为油相,制备水包油型Pickering乳液。采用激光粒度仪、研究级正置显微镜、流变仪等对Pickering乳液外观、液滴粒径、显微形态及动态流变特性进行表征,考察淀粉颗粒质量浓度(1、5、10、20、30mg/mL)和油相体积分数(10%、20%、30%、40%、50%)对乳液稳定性和流变特性的影响。研究发现:增加颗粒质量浓度导致乳化相体积增加,液滴粒径减小;随着油相体积分数的增加,乳化相体积增加,液滴粒径增大。当颗粒质量浓度为20mg/mL,油相体积分数为40%时,乳液的乳析现象明显改善。球磨-酯化复合改性槟榔芋淀粉颗粒吸附在油/水界面,有效抵抗了液滴聚结,使乳液在储存30d后仍表现出良好的稳定性。流变特性表明:乳液内部存在弹性凝胶网络结构,随着颗粒质量浓度和油相体积分数的增加,液滴间堆积变得更紧密,从而增加了乳液黏度和凝胶强度,使其抵抗形变能力增强。球磨-酯化复合改性槟榔芋淀粉颗粒具有良好的作为Pickering乳液稳定剂的潜力。

A new way of transformation from a-quartz to coesite

A laboratory method combining the high-energy mechanical ball milling and high static pressure has been suggested for modelling synthesis of coesite in the Earth's crust. A window of milling time, a mechanical collision-induced intermediate phase ofα-quartz and its condition of easily crystallizing into coesite under the condition of 3.0 GPa, 923 K, < 1.0 min have been discovered. The new method needs much shorter synthesizing time and lower synthesizing critical pressure than those used before. The Raman spectra for the coesite synthesized by the present method have covered all the information of those natural and synthesized coesites reported before. It is demonstrated that this method has a great potential in geo-science research and implied the other possible mechanism of coesite formation in the Earth's crust.

搅拌磨超细粉磨金精矿工艺的优化

研究了搅拌磨超细粉磨金精矿的工艺,考察了主要参数对粉磨效果的影响.结果表明,通过优化磨矿过程中各种影响因素,可以获得细度-20μm＞99%的金精矿产品.     

深沟球轴承的锯齿声故障诊断

通过实验对有锯齿声的轴承的振动信号进行了分析,用包络解调法提取出了峰值明显的内圈特征谱线,分析了轴承的锯齿声噪声产生的原因,实验结果表明,该法对有锯齿声的球轴承的故障诊断简单适用.
