高密度等离子体增强非平衡磁控溅射沉积Cu膜研究

采用直流非平衡磁控溅射射频等离子体增强电高法在Si衬底上沉积了Cu膜,用扫描电镜（SEM）研究了沉积Cu膜的表面形貌并测得薄膜的厚度,用X射线衍射（XRD）研究了沉积Cu膜的结构,用电子能谱等对Cu膜进行了成分分析．实验结果表明,在该条件下沉积的Cu膜致密,晶粒尺度在100～1000nm,膜基界面比较紧密,没有明显的空洞,并且Cu膜呈（111）织构．通过实验,找到沉积Cu膜的最佳实验参数,并希望这一工艺能应用在集成电路中．     

High-precision thermal ionization mass spectrometry dating of young volcanic rocks by using U-series method

A high precision thermal ionization mass spectrometric (HP-TIMS) technique is used to determine²³⁸U,²³⁴U,²³²Th,²³⁰Th concentrations and their ratios in whole rocks and minerals separated from Quaternary Maanshan, Dayingshan and Heikongshan volcanic rocks of Tengchong volcanic field, Yunnan Province, China. The²³⁸U-²³⁰Th isochrons are given, yielding four age values (227±20) ka (D-1, Dayingshan), (79.6±5.5) ka (D-7, Dayingshan), (21.9±3.0) ka (h-1, Heikongshan), and (7.5±1.0) ka (M-1, Maanshan). The result is not only consistent with but also preciser than those measured by the K-Ar method and the alpha spectrometry U-series method, indicating that the HP-TIMS method is reliable and has high precision. Besides, a procedure of HP-TIMS analysis of young volcanic rocks in China is set up preliminarily.     

对间位卤代苯甲酸在水-DMF混合溶剂中电离过程的焓熵贡献

利用Ｈａｍｍｅｔ方程对水ＤＭＦ混合溶剂中取代苯甲酸在２５℃的反应常数ρ及卤代苯甲酸的取代基常数σ进行了计算,求取了对应的焓、熵取代基常数σＨ和σＳ值及熵反应常数ρＳ,利用溶质溶剂相互作用的观点对溶剂效应和取代基效应进行了解释．     

Precise timing of lacustrine gypsum in Luobubo, Xinjiang using the thermal ionization mass spectrometry U-series method

Dating techniques including gypsum dissolution in water, iron hydroxide co-precipitation with uranium and thorium and mass spectrometric determination have been investigated in this note. The ages of the gypsum samples in a CK core from Luobubo lacustrine sediments are in the range of (12.85±0.21) kaBP (4 m distance from the top core) to (153.2±7.2) kaBP (49 m distance from the top core) with the relative errors of ±1.6%–±4.7%. It indicates that the sedimental environment of the CK core was situated in the middle-late Pleistocene and Holocene periods, corresponding to 1–6 stages of oxygen isotopes in the abyssal sediments and included much information from last interglacial to Holocene warm periods.     

用电喷雾四极杆飞行时间质谱研究头孢类药物的质谱裂解规律

利用电喷雾四极杆飞行时间质谱研究了3种常用头孢类药物的质谱裂解行为. 二级质 谱数据结果显示： 在正离子模式下, β-内酰胺结构不太稳定, 在C（6）_C（7）和C（8）_N（1）键处易于断裂, 进而形成稳定的共轭结构, 此类药物易失去中性碎片NH₃.     

关于惰性电子对效应的探讨

本文在介绍了前人对于惰性电子对效应所作的理论解释的基础上．用热力学方法讨论了ⅡＢ族、ⅢＡ族、ⅣＡ族元素形成离子化合物和共价化合物时的能量变化，从而对惰性电子对效应的产生能有更好地解释．     

磷酸的α—pH曲线及其在糖汁清净中的作用

应用稀溶液中酸碱平衡的基本规律,研究糖汁清净中辅助澄清剂磷酸的作用机理,作出磷酸的电离度—pH值曲线。据此经实验确认亚硫酸法清净条件下磷酸钙盐沉淀的主要成分是CaHPO_4,而不是Ca_3(PO_4)_2;并用该曲线验证了文献中的Ca(OH)_2-H_3PO_4滴定曲线。     

色谱用MPID离子化机理初探

本文对色谱用微波诱导等离子体离子化检测器的离子化机理进行了探讨。从实验上证明,这种检测器的离子化机理是碰撞离子化而不是光离子化。
