Preparation of MCM-41-supported chiral Salen Mn （Ⅲ） catalysts and their catalytic properties in the asymmetric epoxidation of olefins

A secondary amino-modified mesoporous molecular sieve MCM-41 was obtained by reaction of bis(3-(triethoxysilyl)propyl)amine with MCM-41. The chiral Salen-Mn (III) complex was anchored onto the modified MCM-41 by a multi-step grafting method and two heterogenized catalysts with different Mn contents were obtained. The catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption, ICP, FT-IR and DR UV-Vis. Their catalysis on asymmetric epoxidation of several olefins was studied with NaClO and m-CPBA as oxidants respectively. It was found that both the activity and enantioselectivity of the cata- lysts decreased after the homogeneous catalyst was heterogenized. The reasons resulting in the de- crease of catalytic performance were discussed.     

相转移条件下杂多酸催化合成氧化苯乙烯

为研究开发污染少、能耗低且对环境友好的催化剂和氧化剂,在相转移条件下,用新合成的杂多酸催化剂催化环氧化苯乙烯合成氧化苯乙烯,用15%的双氧水氧化苯乙烯,1,2 二氧乙烷作溶剂时,得出最佳的工艺条件为:反应时间3h,反应温度60℃,溶液的pH值2.00左右,催化剂由1mol钨酸与9mol钼酸组成,其催化选择性和催化活性高,用高压液相色谱分析氧化苯乙烯的产率为81.2%.在该条件下考察了催化剂的重复使用情况,效果较好.     

Archaeal acylamino acid releasing enzyme/lipase:Crystallization and preliminary crystallographic analysis in a new crystal form

A primitive orthorhombic crystal form of acylamino acid releasing enzyme‘lipase(APE1547)from hyperthermophilic archaeon Aeropyrum pernix strain K1 has been obtained at 291K.The diffraction pattern of the crystal extends to 0.27nm resolution at 100K using Cu Kαradiation.The crystal belongs to the space group P212121 with unit cell dimensions of b=6.399,b=10.439and c=16.953nm.The presence of two molecules per asymmetric unit gives a crystal volume per protein mass(Vm)of 0.0022nm^3 Da^-1 and a solvent content of 43% by volume.A full set of X-ray diffraction data were collected to 0.3nm from the native crystal.

一个叶片异常、根向重力性消失的拟南芥

分离并鉴定了一个拟南芥突变体alr1,其叶片向下卷曲且不对称发育,顶端优势增强,根向重力性消失,下胚轴缩短,寿限延长. 此外,alr1叶片呈现较高的超氧物歧化酶活性. 遗传分析表明alr1是隐性单基因突变. 采用简单序列长度多态性标记将alr1的突变位点定位于第一条染色体上,距标记nga111约7.89 cM.     

用手性配体改性的铝锂试剂对脂肪酮的不对称还原

利用手性一元醇作用辅助配体,与１,２,５,６－二丙酮甘露醇共同修饰ＬｉＡｌＨ４对脂肪酮进行对映选择还原,得到光学活性产物８个,通过与α－乙酰摒在－ｌ－丙酰氯作用生成非对映异构体体酯,经气相色谱分析,光学产率为２．７％～３０％。     

由取代丙氨酸合成的光学活性β—氨基醇

有竽前手性酮立体选择性还原一种新催化剂，光学活性β－氨基醇（Ｓ）－２－氨基－３－（２，５－二甲苯基）－１，１－二苯基－１－丙醇（７）由（Ｓ）－Ｎ－乙酰基－３－（２，５－二甲苯基）－１－丙氨酸制得，丙氨酸衍生物的丙二酸酯法合成，然后经过酶拆分得到。

新型含吡啶基手性配体的合成

改进了高收率、高选择性的手性叔丁基亚磺酰亚胺与2-吡啶基格氏试剂的不对称加成方法,合成了11个含吡啶基胺类手性配体,建立了手性叔丁基亚磺酰亚胺与2-吡啶基格氏试剂的不对称加成立体构型的预测模型.     

溶剂对TS-1催化丙烯环氧化反应的影响

溶剂对钛硅分子筛TS-1催化丙烯环氧化反应具有重要影响,该文对甲醇、异丙醇和仲丁醇3种醇溶剂及丙酮、乙腈和四氢呋喃等有机溶剂中环氧化反应活性进行了研究,实验结果活性顺序为:甲醇>异丙醇>仲丁醇>乙腈>丙酮>四氢呋喃。以催化反应机理为基础,通过电子效应、空间位阻效应、溶剂极性、物理扩散和分配、溶剂氧化副反应、环氧丙烷(PO)醚化副反应、催化剂失活和丙烯溶解度等多种因素分析了溶剂对环氧化反应的影响。电子效应、空间位阻效应和溶剂极性是影响反应的重要因素,研究工作为今后同类反应溶剂的选取提供理论根据和指导,为PO清洁生产工艺的进一步工业化奠定基础。
