Comparative analysis by simulating and testing pole impact for hot stamping front crossbeam of automobile

Hot stamping 22MnB5 steel plate with ultra-high strength has been widely used for body structural members in consideration of automobile safety and lightweight.This paper presents a verification program of simulating and testing pole impact in order to verify if the front crossbeam reinforcement assembly can meet the design requirements,reduce the overall vehicle simulation and test cost and shorten the operation period.In the same condition,the simulation proved conforming to the design requirements;however,the bumper cracked at the impacting point in the course of pole impact test.The analysis of the crack by optical microscope,Vickers and scanning electron microscope indicates that mixture of ferrite,bainite and martensite was produced in the weld heat-affected zone of the 340/590DP tow hook holder and the 22MnB5 front crossbeam;therefore,their hardness and mechanical property were reduced obviously,so that they fractured when impacted.No welding process with continuous weld but spot welding or other bonding method may be employed for the reason that the capacity of the 22MnB5 steel plate in the weld heat-affected zone was reduced obviously.     

复杂倾斜结构的轴测参数选择与换算

为了在绘制具有复杂倾斜结构的轴测零件图及装配图时,解决倾斜部分作图过分复杂的问题,本文探讨了如何运用图解分析及计算法,通过对倾斜结构的轴测参数换算,使其正好等于或相当接近于用另一种轴测多角比例尺画出的某种轴测,从而大大简化了作图过程。由于本文采用了:①非倾斜结构的轴测形式与倾斜结构的轴测形式综合考虑的方法,②将轴测多角比例尺所能绘制的10种正轴测进行坐标轴互换而获得39种正轴测,③适当调整可摆动倾斜结构的倾角θ的方法,从而使这种换算成功的可能率非常大,并已解决了很多实际的作图问题,获得很好的实际效果。     

MRPⅡ中装配BOM数据库的开发

基于MRPⅡ的基本原理,这里提出了以与生产方式一致的装配BOM,代替传统的设计BOM来支持工厂MRPⅡ系统运行的思想。并结合工厂实际,就如何利用设计BOM向企业MRPⅡ提供装配BOM及BOM数据库的维护等问题进行了深入的探讨。     

8096的快速傅立叶变换汇编程序设计

使用单片机采集的数据进行实时快速傅立叶变换在仪表的智能化控制中具有重要应用。笔者给出了8096汇编语言设计快速傅立叶变换程序的思路和经验。以8096的四字节浮点数运算功能实现快速傅立叶变换,选用了倒序输入时间抽取快速傅立叶变换算法,采用通常的基2运算。快速傅立叶变换程序主要由三部分组成:倒序处理、主程序、碟形运算子程序。倒序处理生成倒序序列;主程序提供碟形运算的入口和参数;碟形运算作为快速傅立变换算法的核心在很大程度上决定主程序的实时性,并给出了变换核心的碟形算子程序。编制的8096汇编语言64点快速傅立叶变换程序已用于某石油仪器。这方法适用于点数不大的快速傅立叶变换的编程和其他汇编语言的快速傅立叶变换的编程。     

Paenibacillus Shenyangensis的DNA序列拼接与组装

在已有测序数据基础上,利用三种常见的序列组装软件对Paenibacillus Shenyangensis全基因组测序结果进行拼接组装,分析比较了不同软件在各自最优参数条件下DNA序列的组装数据,并与NCBI数据库中类芽孢杆菌属其他近缘种进行基因比对与预测.结果表明,SOAPdenovo的组装结果最优,在k-mer为23时,组装基因组总长和N50分别为5 501 467和293 864 bp,预测的4 800个基因中有4 393个与NCBI-Nr数据库比对并注释成功.     

Biomimetic preparation of elastomeric fibers with micro/nano structures on the surfaces

Bioinspired by the spinning of spider silks, the biomimetic preparation of elastomeric fibers with micro/nano structures on the surfaces was attempted, and as a result, three types of ultrafine fullvulcanized powdered nitrile-butadiene rubber (UFPNBR)/thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) fibers were made. The first fiber was only decorated by the micron-sized grooves on the surface, and the second fiber was dotted by both the micron-sized grooves and nanometer-sized spheres on the surface, while the third fiber was helical and with a concave–convex surface. The biomimetic preparation mainly consisted of four steps, and the formation mechanism was described as an integrated mechanism of diffusion, coagulation, self assembly, and microphase separation. The micro/nano structures on the fibers were controlled by changing the mass ratio of UFPNBR to TPU and environment of vertical stretching. The UFPNBR/TPU elastomeric fibers were hoped to have an integrated function of superhydrophobicity, self cleaning, and mechanical improvement of toughness or strength.     

用汇编语言实现多种进制数据的输入输出

在用汇编语言编写程序时,常常需要通过键盘输入数据或将计算的结果数据按不同的数制形式显示出来。汇编语言中通过键盘输入的数据是对应数据的ASCII码,同样要将数据在屏幕上输出也应该输出对应数据的ASCII码,而计算机中机器数是按二进制形式进行处理和存储的,输入时如何将对应的输入数据转换成机器数,输出时又如何将机器数转换成对应的二进制、十进制和十六进制等形式的ASCII码显示在CRT显示器上呢?本文给出具体的实现方法。
