H2SO4电解液活度混沌现象

通过铅酸蓄电池电解液混沌的研究发现,当H₂SO₄电解液的温度和浓度超过一定值后,其电动势出现无规则波动,这是电解液活度无规则波动所致,是一种混沌表现.运用贝纳尔的牛顿-布森内斯克方程及动力学演化方程对这种混沌现象进行解析论证.     

Analysis of the chemotactic activities of mouse chemokine MIP-2 to thymocyte subgroups

A mouse chemokine MIP-2 (macrophage inflamatory protein 2) is constitutively expressed not only by peritoneal macrophages, but also by fresh thymic stromal cells, based on RT-PCR detection. Moreover, the specific receptor of MIP-2 is expressed at different levels among four main subgroups of murine thymocytes including DN, DP, CD4SP and CD8SP. By the chemotaxis assays with Boyden chamber, we proved that the recombinant mouse MIP-2 can chemoattract the four main subgroups of thymocytes in different degrees, it mainly chemoattract the DP and SP sub-groups. We firstly reported that MIP-2 is involved in the regulation of the directional migration of developing thymocytes.     

苏州大学文正学院课外体育活动现状的研究

采用问卷调查法对苏州大学文正学院大学生进行了随机抽样调查（n=386）,分析和研究当前文正学院体育教学现状,学生参加课外体育活动情况以及影响课外体育活动开展的因素,为民办高校课外体育活动的开展提供理论论据。     

芦荟凝集素提取及促免疫活性功能初步研究

分别从3种有经济价值的芦荟品种,即中华芦荟（Aloe vera .ver.chinensis(Haw））,库拉索芦荟（Aloe barbadensis Mill)和木立芦荟（Aloe arborescens Mill)中采用凝胶层析法提取了3种凝集素,Lecl,Lec2和Lec3,经过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析其为单一成分的糖蛋白,比较了3种凝集素的糖和蛋白的含量,得出库拉索芦荟凝集素Lec2糖含量最高,木立芦荟凝集素Lec3蛋白含量最高,免疫学实验证明,库拉索芦荟凝集素的凝集效价最高,其次为木立芦荟,中华芦荟,3种凝集素对淋巴细胞转化功能都有明显的促进作用,其中库拉索芦荟凝集素Lec2的促淋巴细胞转化率最高,因此芦荟凝集素在治疗免疫功能低下方面可能有一定的应用价值。     

新型抗肝片吸虫病药物化合物HBSA-CO1的合成及解偶联活性研究

合成了邻羟基苯磺酰苯胺类药物化合物：Ｎ－（２,５－二甲基－４－本甲酰基）苯基－２－羟基－３,５,６－三氯苯磺酰胺,并对该药物化合物进行了结构表征。采用氧电极法、测呼吸过程中磷的变化以及测ＡＴＰ酶活性等方法研究其对线粒体氧化磷酸化反应的解偶联作用,结果表明,ＨＢＳＡ－ＣＯ１化合物是较好的解偶联剂,其偶联活性高于Ｎ－（２,４,５－三氯）苯基－２羟基－（３,５,６－三氯）本磺酰胺化合和ＤＮＰ。因此,根据

本文提出了一个「Ｃｏ（三元胺）（二元胺）Ｃｌ」＾２＋型的配合物及其异构体的重排机理模型,它包含了所有异构体间的转换关系,这一模型表面式异构体在重排过程中的重要性,利用对映异构体旋光性质及其可能的变化提出了可能存在一与经典模式不同的中间体假设。     

甲基葡萄糖苷钻井液研究

以廉价的淀粉代替葡萄糖作为主要原料,直接与甲醇反应合成了甲基葡萄糖苷（MEG）,并对合成样品的部分理化性能、在粘土上的吸附规律、生物降解特性以及对岩心半透膜效率的影响规律等进行了测定。用合成的甲基葡萄糖苷配制了淡水、盐水和饱和盐水3种钻井液配方,并对3种配方的常规性能、高温性能、抗污染性能和活度进行了室内评价。结果表明,用淀粉合成的甲基葡萄糖苷,在理化性能上与用葡萄糖帛备的试剂样品接近,用其配制成的钻井液具有活度低、高温稳定性好,流变性易调整和抗污染能力强等特点,且具有改善页岩膜效率的作用,无毒,易生物降解,是理想的环保型钻井液体系。     

Mechanism for chronic pain generation

Neuropathic pain and the other abnormalities of sensation induced by axon injury or by peripheral nerve inflammation should result from functional compensations of the injured neurons during their regeneration. Ectopic distribution of proteins related to Na⁺, K⁺ and Ca²⁺ channels as well as of receptors on both membranes of injured axon and its cell body becomes a main pacemaker from which spontaneous ectopic afferent of primary sensatory neurons and crosstalk between neurons occur. Abnormal ectopic afferent activities lead to disorders of the sensation, such as hyperalgesia, allodynia, spontaneous pain and paraesthesia. Administration of some ion channel agents and/or α2-adrenergic blockers has shown efficiency in preventing neuropathic pain development and in relieving neuropathic pain.     

The nature of the solar activity during the Maunder Minimum revealed by the Guliya ice core record

Whether the solar activity was very low, and especially whether the solar cycle existed, during the Maunder Minimum (1645–1715 AD), have been disputed for a long time. In this paper we use the Guliya NO₃ ⁻ data, which can reflect the solar activity, to analyze the characteristics of the solar activity during the Maunder Minimum. The results show that the solar activity was indeed low, and solar cycle displayed normal as present, i.e. about 11a, in that period. Moreover, it was found that the solar activity contains a 36-year periodic component probably, which might be related to the variations in the length of the sunspot cycle. This finding is of importance for the study of the relationship between the sun variability and the Earth climate change.     

花生壳提取物的抗氧化活性研究

用FTC法和TBARS法测定花生壳甲醇提取物在亚油酸－乙醇－磷酸盐缓冲系统中的抗氧化活性。结果表明,该提取物的活性略强于人工合成抗氧化剂BHA。
