龙虎山猕猴(Macaca mulatta)麻疹病毒感染的探讨

采用HI(血凝抑制试验)法,比较在不同生境中,龙虎山猕猴麻疹病毒抗体阳性率的差异:小群关养组的阳性率为90.9%;半野生猴组阳性率为28.3%;野生猴组阳性率为2.4%。不同性别及不同年龄猴麻疹病毒抗体阳性率没有显著性差异(P>0.01)。半野生猴组阳性率逐年递增。对建立无麻疹、B病毒等病毒感染繁殖种群提出初步意见。     

Inhibition of M-MuLV reverse transcriptase activity by fullerene derivatives

The biological properties and biomedical application of fullerene (C60) and its derivatives are currently very active subjects concerning fullerene research. The bio logical effects of fullerene and its derivatives include enzyme inhibition, sites-selective DNA cleavage, antibacterial and antiviral activities, photocytotoxicity and antiapoptosis[1―4]. Especially, enzymes inhibited by fullerene derivatives mainly consist of oxidation-reduc- tion related enzymes such as glutathione transferase…     

蛋白激酶C单克隆抗体的制备

应用杂交瘤技术制备了蛋白激酶C(PKC)的单克隆抗体,用蛋白A-Sepharose-CL4B协同沉淀复合物分析单抗识别的蛋白,分子质量与PKC相同。采用该抗体对正常和转化的C_3H_(10) T_(1/2)细胞进行免疫荧光观察,发现它们的PKC含量明显不同。但荧光分布都主要集中在细胞质和细胞膜部分。     

肉桂醛对X60碳钢的缓蚀行为的电化学研究

用动电位扫描法研究了在盐酸腐蚀介质中单组分肉桂醛缓蚀剂以及它与苯扎溴铵的协同效应对X60碳钢缓蚀作用的影响，并探讨了协同缓蚀机理．     

Aberrant DNA methylation patterns in cultured mouse embryos

Mouse early embryos undergo genome-wide demethylation and remethylation events during pre-implantation development. Abnormal methylation reprogramming is thought to be associated with development arrest. Using immunofluorescence staining with an antibody against 5-methylcytosine (MeC), we examined the genome methylation patterns of mouse embryos cultured in vitro. The results did not show the difference in staining patterns between development-blocked two-cell embryos that cultured in vitro and the two-cell embryos that were freshly collected from the donor mice. But in vitro-arrested morulae displayed a strong positive staining when compared to the morulae freshly collected from the donor mice. At the blastocyst stage, although most embryos showed the expected methylation patterns, with highly stained inner cell mass (ICM) and weekly stained trophectoderm (TE), a proportion of embryos were dimly stained in both ICM and TE. These results indicated that the methylation profile of the embryos could be changed by culturing in vitro when the embryos were in the transition from morulae to blastocyst.     

Cannflavin A and B,prenylated flavones fromCannabis sativa L.

Summary Two novel prenylat flavones, termed Cannflavin A and B, were isolated from the cannabinoid free ethanolic extract ofCannabis sativa L. Both compounds inhibited prostaglandin E₂ production by human rheumatoid synovial cells in culture.This communication is dedicated to the memory of the late Professor J. W. Carbohydrate interference of complement-dependent cell lysis

Summary The antibody-mediated cytotoxicity of three autoreactive sera, an allogeneic hyperimmune serum and a xenogeneic hyperimmune serum was abrogated by the presence of either glucosamine, galactosamine, lactulose or lactose. This inhibition could be overcome in a dose-dependent fashion by increasing the amount of complement in the cytotoxicity assay, but not by increasing the amount of antibody. Furthermore, the inhibition was specific for these sugars in that isomers and N-acetylated derivatives were not inhibitory. The results suggest that these sugars directly blocked events of the complement cascade.     

Inhibition of sensitized leukocyte's in vitro reactivity by circulating immune complexes in prostate cancer

Summary Circulating immune complexes in the sera of patients with confirmed histological diagnosis of carcinoma of the prostate, were found to interfere in the sensitized leukocyte's in vitro reactivity to prostate cancer associated antigen as evaluated by tube leukocyte adherence inhibition assay, thereby suggesting an inhibitory role of such serum factors in host's anti tumor cell mediated immune responses.4 November 1986
