应用量纲分析与热图像的板缺陷深度检测

利用量纲分析与板的红外热图像相结合,提出板缺陷深度的定量检测方法.建立了缺陷板的热分析有限元模型,并由已知实验数据对模型进行验证.在此基础上,分析缺陷与完好处峰值温差时间的影响因数,采用量纲分析推导影响因数与峰值温差时间的对应关系,利用热分析有限元模型仿真数据进行拟合,获得板缺陷深度和半径与峰值温差时间之间的函数关系式,相比于其他定义温差法,提出的方法以峰值温差时间为缺陷特征,更具全面性.结果表明,提出的方法能较为准确地检测板的缺陷深度.

Measurement of Thermal Resistance of Heat-resistant Fabrics with a Guarded-hot-box

A novel analytical method with the guarded-hot-box （GHB） in investigating the thermal resistance of heat-resistant fabrics is described and the analytical method is also presented in this paper. The new apparatus is capable of measure thermal resistance of the fabrics in high temperature up to an average applied temperature of 250~C. The maximum measurement error of the apparatus is 6.5% and relative error is less than 2.8% between the introduced method and standard given value. In the G/-IB method, air layer thickness is the most important factor that influences measurement value of thermal resistance of heat-resistant fabrics. Results show that the method is more accurate and efficient than GBl1048-89 one in measuring thermal resistance of heat-resistant fabrics.     

战技指标对武器系统效能影响程度的灰色量化

以灰色系统理论中的灰靶贡献度理论为依据,给出了一种确定性能指标对武器系统综合性能影响程度的灰色量化方法。首先以该理论为依据,构造分析方法的数学模型;以数学模型为工具,求各指标的灰靶贡献度,进而确定各指标对效能影响程度的相对大小。在对算例结果进行分析时,通过将该方法所得结果与用传统方法求解武器系统火力突击指数时,通过实验所确定的权系数值进行对比分析,验证了该方法的有效性。     

结构分析模型的修正与振型扩充技术

在利用实测的结构动态特性修正结构分析模型中，针对实测低阶固有频率，固有振型含有测量误差，造成结构特征方程不适定性的问题，以及实测振型的坐标数比分析模型指定的坐标数少的问题，本文给出了直接利用结构的特征方程，修改结构分析模型和振型扩充的方法。通过实例对方法的可靠性、有效性进行了验证。     

n-阶解析函数及其性质

从C-R方程的复数形式出发,引入n-阶解析函数的概念,从而得出了n-阶解析函数的基本表达式和它的一些基本性质.     

并联机床工作空间解析系统的开发

以丰田工机公司的HexaM并联机床为模型,讨论了刀架和刀架铰链的改造以及螺母高度等并联机床零部件的形状和尺寸对工作空间的影响,开发了对应倾斜滑动型、垂直滑动型、伸缩型以及回转型并联机床的工作空间解析系统.通过实验结果与仿真结果的对比,证明了所开发软件的正确性,该软件有助于新的并联机床的开发.     

三维动画技术应用于6自由度并联机器人的运动解耦

如何在系统实时控制时间限制范围内精确、快速地实施解耦计算，是并联机器人实时控制中急待解决的一个关键问题。以往一般采用解析法（先建立复杂的数学模型，然后计算机编程求解），但是这种解耦方法实际可行性较差。因此，寻求解耦新思路、新方法已成为并联机器人研究工作中急待解决的问题。这里就此问题，提出了利用三维技术进行运动解耦的新思路、新方法。该方法简捷方便，开发周期短，其解耦精度与解析法相当接近。     

An analytical solution of non-Fourier Chen-Holmes bioheat transfer equation

An algebraically explicit analytical solution with heat wave effect is derived for the non-Fourier bioheat transfer Chert-Holmes model. Besides its important theoretical meaning （for example, to expand the understanding of heat wave phenomena in living tissues）, this analytical solution is also valuable as the benchmark solution to check the numerical calculation and to develop various numerical computational approaches.
