线性摩擦焊机液压伺服振动系统数字PID控制方法研究

线性摩擦焊机液压伺服振动系统通常采用双闭环控制,在使用传统模拟放大器负反馈控制方法调节系统内外环时,参数调节繁琐难度大,控制效果并不理想。本文在系统内外环的前向通道上均采用数字PID控制器,首先利用MATLAB/Simulink软件对数字PID控制系统进行仿真实验,以确定控制模式;然后编制数字PID控制器软件,应用到线性摩擦焊机进行实验。结果表明,参数调节更加简单易行,控制取得了更好效果。     

我国信息产业与经济增长的关系研究

依据我国1997年(124部门)、2002年(122部门)和2007年(135部门)的投入产出基本表,先比较分析信息产业与其他产业的总产出增长趋势,再分析信息部门和其他部门之间的产业关联关系,并通过乘数效应分析了各产业、各主要行业以及信息产业内部的感应度和带动度;研究结果表明,我国目前的经济增长主要得益于计算机制造业,电子及通讯设备制造业,机械制造业等,与国外的发展趋势相似;政府应该继续制定积极的信息产业发展政策,促进我国经济持续健康高速发展。     

电声成像模拟测量装置方案设计及优选

 针对测井仪器在使用和推广中,缺乏系统的、理论性应用基础方面的室内研究手段而难形成商业化规模,制约了其发展的问题,根据微电阻率成像和超声成像的工作原理及实际运动测量的模式,并结合实验室用的特点,设计了一套井周电声成像探测器模拟测量装置,该装置实现了x、y、z及d(圆周)4个方向的运动,在x、d方向设计了多种方案.利用模糊评判的原理,对d和x方向的多种方案进行了综合评价,建立了隶属函数及权重,通过专家打分的形式建立因素集及模糊综合评判集,选取以x为双直线电机传动,d为锥齿轮传动方式为最优方案,该测量装置能为成像技术的深入研究提供手段.     

大庆油田南一区西西块生产井见效延迟分析

摘要: 目前,大庆油田南一区西西块正在进行高浓度聚合物驱矿场试验,产量分析结果表明,生产井出现了见效延迟现象。针对大庆油田南一区西西块矿场实际需求,并结合试验区油藏地质特征,开展了聚合物驱油体系的室内研究工作,通过室内物理模拟实验,作者对见效延迟现象进行了研究。结果表明,驱油剂与油藏的适应性是影响生产井见效的主要因素,所以筛选与目的油藏匹配的驱油剂,并及时调试或维修现场注入设备,可以明显缩短生产井见效延迟时间,这对大庆油田的后续开发有重要意义。     

Empirical Analysis on Chinese Urban Residents＇ Behavior＇s Differences in Different income -a SAM Multiplier Analysis

Based on SAM Multiplier theory, this paper discloses the structural characteristics of Chinese Urban Residents＇ Consumption. The main conclusions are as follows. Firstly, economic development in different sectors is unbalanced and especially consumption insufficiency is emerging; secondly, the effects of households by income group on the commodities are different; thirdly, consumption capability of Chinese urban residents is in the stage of durable consumable, but the highest income group is swifting to the higher stage and households with low income are entering the stage; finally, Chinese clothing, service and information industries have huge potential to develop while the latent demands are scarcity for that of the food, resident and education, cultural and entertainment industries.

Oscillation Test Strategy for Analog Filters by Monitoring Output Voltage and Supply Current

A test strategy for analog filters was proposed. The output voltage and supply current of the circuit were monitored when using the oscillation test technique. The frequency, average value, maximum value and amplitude of both output voltage and supply current were taken as test parameters. Tolerance bands of test parameters were analyzed. Fault detectabilities of test parameters were compared and combined, and optimal parameter sets were derived. Experimental results show that both the output voltage and supply current give significant contribution to fault detection. Considering catastrophic, single and double parametric faults, the fault coverage in testing the benchmark circuit can be raised from 90.6% for traditional voltageonly oscillation test strategy to 97.2% by monitoring both output voltage and current parameters.
