Optically active alcohols: Resolution and synthesis from asymmetric reduction of prochiral ketones

The recent methods of resolution, enantiomeric excess determination and synthesis of optically active alcohols from asymmetric reduction of prochiral ketones are reviewed in the article with references. Important functions and applications of optically active alcohols in biological and chemical research area are described in an introduction part. The following part deals with resolution and enaniiomeric excess determination of racemic alcohols. The next part discusses asymmetric reduction of prochiral ketone and related compounds, which including: (a) Reduction by chirally modified aluminum and boron hydrides: (b) Catalytic reduction with chiral transition metal, complexes: (c) Enantioselective reduction by hydride transfer from carbon: (d) Biocatalytic reduction: (e) Asymmetric synthesis of chiral nonracemic alcohols with help of physical methods. A conclusion about optically active, alcohols from asymmetric reduction of ketones followes in the final part of article. 反应性抗菌整理剂2RSDP的合成及其应用性能研究

本文对反应性抗菌整理剂2RSDP 的合成方法进行了优化。按照所确定的合成方法,获得了高收率的产物。同时,对该整理剂的应用性能,包括整理工艺及整理后织物对皮肤的刺激与过敏作用进行了研究。实验表明,在确定的整理工艺条件下,当整理剂浓度为1%(owf)时,固着率达95%;整理后的织物可供人体安全使用。     

用DMSO/水复合溶剂制备PVA凝胶纺原液及其流变性能的研究

本工作以聚合度DP=1750的市售聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,以乙二醇(EG)及各混合比例的DMSO/水的混合物为溶剂,借助于扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和差热扫描量热法(DSC)等手段,对溶解过程作了研究。研究表明:当DMSO/水的比例为70/30时,该混合溶剂的溶解性能最好。通过对PVA—DMSO/水体系的流变研究发现,在80～100℃之间,浓度为14～17.4％时,该溶液具有很好的流变性能。     

原料气中H_2S含量对钼硫基催化剂性能的影向

较系统地考察了原料合成气中H_2S含量对钼硫基催化剂K_2MoS_4/SiO_2和MoS_2/K_2CO_3/SiO_2上合成气转化活性和选择性的影响,首次发现,当原料合成气H_2S含量达到1.6％时,甲硫醇成为占绝对优势的主导产物,选择性达96C％,根据这类催化剂活性相(位)组成、结构的已有谱学表征结果,探讨了甲硫醇的生成机理。     

乙二醇、二甘醇对醇-水萃取精馏影响的数模计算与验证

应用多元汽液相平衡原理进行了乙二醇、二甘醇对醇-水萃取精馏影响的数模计算,并予以实验验证。模型计算值与实验值的最大误差△Y≤0.030,认为Wilson模型对醇-水物系是合宜的;乙二醇、二甘醇是醇-水萃取精馏分离的两种较好的萃取剂。     

Coordination chemistry mimics of nuclease-activity in the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphodiester bond

In vivo, there occurs the synthesis and degradation of the nucleic acids, involving the formation and cleavage of phosphodiester bond. The cleavage modes of phosphodiester bond can be divided into two types, oxidative and hydrolytic, only the hydrolytic products are sticky and connectable, allowing to be religated by ligases. In recent years, great progresses have been made in chemical mimics in the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphodiester bond. Among the found metal complexes with the activity of nucleic acid cleavage, there are mononuclear and dinuclear metal complexes, the adopted metal ions including transitional and lanthanide metal ions. However, the reaction rates are still several orders less than those of the natural enzymes. It should be a prosperous and expedient direction to mimic the hydrolytic cleavage of phosphodiester bond by taking the advantages of dinuclear metal complexes.     

聚乙二醇双环氧丙烷醚的合成和应用研究

以具有相转移催化作用的聚乙二醇为主要原料,一步法合成了不同相对分子质量的５种新聚乙二醇双环氧丙烷醚的衍生物,并对其对聚酰胺和聚酯－棉（６５／３５）混纺纤维进行耐久性抗静电处理,结果表明,该类化合物具有较强的抗静电作用和一定的耐久性。     

苯并－15－冠－5用作气相色谱固定液的色谱性能研究

研究了苯并－１５－冠－５用作气相色谱固定液的热稳定性、化学稳定性、极性、选择性和使用温度范围等色谱性能，并初步探讨其分离机理。将苯并－１５－冠－５直接涂渍在１０２白色担体上制备而成的填充柱，能在较低的柱温下，对Ｃ＿１－Ｃ＿６脂肪醇、Ｃ＿１－Ｃ＿６脂肪酸乙酯和乳酸乙酯以及其它有机混合物进行良好的色谱分离。
