论煤矿用通风机铝合金叶片的渗透探伤

通过对煤矿在用通风机铝合金叶片的渗透检测,可以发现通风机运行状态下难以发现的缺陷,避免了由于叶片缺陷导致的通风机故障对煤矿产生不良影响。在保证煤矿安全生产方面起到了积极的作用。     

STUDY ON MECHANISM OF FIBRE DEPOSITION IN OE FRICTION SPINNING

This paper deals with the mechanism of fibre deposition in OE friction spinning.A fibremodel has been established to analize and evaluate fibre.straightness after deposition.Exper-iments have been done on the measurement of air flow speed at the entrance and exit of thefeed duct which is mounted in an experimental friction spinning unit.Conclusion has beendrawn:the weakness of friction spun yarn is mainly due to its poor fibre straigthness after dep-osition.     

KNIT FABRIC SURFACE PROPERTY AND MOISTURE TRANSFER

This paper deals with the properties of the fabric such as surface compression energy, the thick,ness, surface hairness, compressional resilience and effect of these factors on the moisture transport.In the course of the present investigation, the possibility of expressing the relationship between thethickness and the pressure as a hyperbolic function is considered, and compressional resilience is al-so described by relative compression energy loss. The vapor resistance of fabric in terms of still air layer and mathematical model of vaportranspiration are elucidated and ten samples from various double knit fabrics made on the same ma-chine are tested in this study and a multivariate linear regression model is suggested. It is found thatthe thickness of fabric is the strongest factor in the mathematical model of vapor evaporation.     

旋风除尘器阻力计算的新方法

本文根据旋风除尘器内部流场的理想模型,通过伯努里方程导出了旋风除尘器阻力计算的新公式,经实验表明该公式比其它计算式具有更简单、更精确的特点.     

化学发光法测定大气中的二氧化硫

本文提出大气中SO_2的化学发光分析法。方法以酸性K_2Cr_2O_7溶液为吸收液吸收大气中的SO_2生成Cr~(3)。通过Lumino/-H_2O_2-Cr~(3 )体系的化学发光反应间接测定SO_2的含量。工作曲线在1.0×10~(-4)～1.0×10~(-7)mol/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检出限为2.3×10~(-8)mol/L。相对标准偏差小于2％。本方法简单、快速、灵敏度高,与盐酸副玫瑰苯胺比色法比较,结果一致。     

激光测速对喷气引纬流场的测试分析

气流引纬是喷气织机的技术关键之一。本文结合消化分析进口喷嘴和研制新型国产喷嘴的需要,应用激光多普勒测速仪对喷气织机主喷嘴、辅喷嘴及其射流流场进行了测试分析,并探索了提高射流能力的参数匹配规律,所得结果不仅为喷嘴选型提供了依据,还可作为选取有关气流参数的参考。另外,本文通过对计算机绘图软件的改进和开发,使得所绘制的流场变化图形直观易懂,便于比较。     

微通道散热器的性能实验

对四种空气冷却的微通道散热器进行了实验研究。结果表明它们在４０℃温升和４９０Ｐａ压差下可传递１．６，４．８和７．４Ｗ／ｃｍ＾２的热流，其中一试件达２８ｗ／ｃｍ＾２（７０℃温升。８７０ＫＰａ压差）。四个试件有很大高宽比通道，分别达１６，２５，５０和６７，可有效地降低压差。实验结果用多孔介质模型进行了处理，表明Ｎｕ－Ｒｅ关系具有Ｎｕ＝ｃＲｅ＾ｎ（ｃ，ｎ是常数）的形式。但ｃ，ｎ随槽宽增大分别增大和减小。     

剩余活性污泥气浮浓缩技术研究

应用溶气气浮装置来浓缩城市污水厂剩余活性污泥，研究得出了污泥气浮浓缩工艺的各主要设计和运行参数，并对沉淀浓缩和气浮浓缩的运行稳定性作了初步比较。
