论高校图书馆勤工助学管理有效性选择

勤工助学的兴起和发展是高校图书馆工作的一个趋势。借鉴国外的成功经验,针对高校在实行图书馆勤工助学所存在的问题,提出了当前需要采取的有效对策。     

饭店加入区域联盟的动因、条件与类型决策研究

阐述了饭店加入区域联盟的入盟动因,并分析了饭店入盟所需考虑的内外部加盟条件。以此为基础,分析了饭店选择联盟类型的决策方向,并提出了各种主要联盟类型的决策要素。     

关于干部选拔标准的思考

回顾了干部选拔标准的历史演变，对东方和西方国家干部选拔的标准进行了比较，提出了干部选拔标准的模块设计方案。     

Nd:YAG激光器横模选择的实验研究

本文用简单的方法测量了Nd:YAG棒的热焦距和小信号增益系数;提出了Nd:YAG连续激光器选择基横模的有效设计方法,并对这种选模技术作了实验研究,最后从理论和实验上证实,采用平—平腔加小孔尤阑选择基横模,必须根据热焦距和小信号增益系数正确设计谐振腔参数,否则加小孔光阑是徒劳无益的。     

Host tree unsuitability recognized by pine shoot beetles in flight

Summary In spring, the landing rate of flying European pine shoot beetles,Tomicus piniperda L., on injured Scots pine diminishes as colonization continues. This is due to olfactory cues that indicate progressive host degradation. Verbenone was shown to play a role in the beetle's recognition of this unsuitability of a formerly suitable host, since the compound was increasingly released from colonized tree sections as they aged, but not from uninfested sections. Also, the release of verbenone at natural rates in the forest inhibited the attraction of beetles to host monoterpenes.     

一种非线性调频波形优化设计算法

将遗传算法与动态优选法相结合，构成了一种新的算法，该算法能够有效抑制非线性调频信号通过匹配滤波器后产生的旁瓣，最后与数值法和动态优选法进行了比较。

本文从科研选题的实践性、创新性、可行性等方面论述了选题的重要性及选题成功的条件，揭示了提高科研成果质量的首要问题是正确选题。     

陕西省科技经济系统运行机制研究

在对陕西省的基本经济状况、科技状况以及科学技术向生产力转化运行机制定性分析的基础上，利用陕西科技向生产力转化系统动力学模型，对陕西科技与经济运行情况进行了定量模拟，这种定量模拟在一定程度上揭示了陕西省科技与经济的内在规律。同时在此基础上进行了政策分析和政策灵敏度分析，并得出了几点重要的结论；从而为政府决策提供了多种可供参考的最优决策方案。     

Paternal allocation of sequestered plant pyrrolizidine alkaloid to eggs in the danaine butterfly,Danaus gilippus

Summary Pyrrolizidine alkaloid sequestered by adult maleDanaus gilippus from plants is transferred in large measure to the female at mating, and by the female to the eggs. The eggs, presumably, are protected as a result. The male's courtship pheromone, danaidone, derived from the sequestered alkaloid, may function to advertise the male's alkaloid-donating capacity.Acknowledgments.
