Nodal基因5′末端侧翼序列启动子的分析

为了鉴定Ｎｏｄａｌ基因的基本启动子元件,将Ｎｏｄａｌ基因５′侧翼序列的各缺失片段构建以荧光素酶为报告基因的重组质粒。用这些拾报告基因的质粒转化Ｆ９细胞并测定了它们的瞬时表达荧光素酶海性。Ｎｏｄａｌ基因的基本启动子元件位于转录起始位点上游约６０ｂｐ,其中含有一个位于－３３ｂｐ处的ＴＡＴＡｂｏｘ,它对于转录起始起着重要作用。这个基本启动子在多种细胞类型中都有活性,但其活性不强。     

行政区经济下税收竞争规范问题

由于地方政府具有“政府”和“经济人”双重特征,从而使我国地方经济的发展呈现出行政区经济的特征。行政区经济强化地方政府对经济的干预,弱化中央的调控职能,加剧地方保护主义。行政区经济主要通过政府间的税收竞争体现。在管理中应树立公众本位;适度改革行政区划的划分,使行政区划的财权、事权匹配;明确中央与地方政府、地方与地方政府间的税收收入的归属权,加大中央政府在地方政府竞争中的协调作用等措施,对地方政府税收竞争加以规范。     

情绪调节自我效能感对情绪启动的影响

为探讨情绪调节自我效能感对情绪启动效应的影响,对54名大学本科生在高兴、悲伤和愤怒情绪刺激下情绪启动效应后的情绪调节自我效能感进行测定。结果表明情绪调节自我效能感对情绪启动有影响,其中,表达积极情绪的自我效能感（POS ）高的人,在呈现积极启动刺激后情绪启动效应更显著;调节沮丧／痛苦情绪的自我效能感（DES）低的人,在呈现悲伤刺激后的情绪启动效应更显著;但管理生气／愤怒情绪的自我效能感（ANG）的高低对愤怒情绪刺激下的情绪启动效应没有影响。     

计及V2G的最优调频功率分配研究

以合理分配调频功率为主要目标,建立了以电动汽车接入电网(V2G)调频服务收益最大化和最终电荷状态方差最小化为优化目标的数学模型,并以纽约州独立系统交易运行机构(NYISO)的实时辅助服务价格和负荷数据为例,利用粒子群优化算法优化目标函数,对比分析不同方案下的仿真结果。仿真结果表明:引入权重系数有效地避免V2G调频服务中电动汽车"高充低放"的现象;提出的多目标优化方案使得电动汽车代理商获得最大调频利润的同时,调频功率在电动汽车中的分配更加合理。     

关于北方城镇河道治理的思考——以蒲县县城河道景观治理策划为例

针对我国北方一些中小城镇存在的河道水体减少、水质恶化等问题,以蒲县县城河道景观治理策划为例,在引用国内外相关理论和实践经验的基础上,对城镇河道水体生态、景观恢复建设问题进行了深入的探讨。     

Targeted inhibition of Livin resensitizes renal cancer cells towards apoptosis

Cancer cells are typically characterized by apoptosis deficiency. In order to investigate a possible role for the anti-apoptotic livin gene in renal cell cancer (RCC), we analyzed its expression in tumor tissue samples and in RCC-derived cell lines. In addition, we studied the contribution of livin to the apoptotic resistance of RCC cells by RNA interference (RNAi). Livin gene expression was detected in a significant portion of RCC tumor tissue specimens (13/14, 92.9%) and tumor-derived cell lines (12/15, 80.0%). Moreover, targeted inhibition of livin by RNAi markedly sensitized RCC cells towards proapoptotic stimuli, such as UV irradiation or the chemotherapeutic drugs etoposide, 5-fluorouracil, and vinblastine. These effects were specific for livin expressing tumor cells. We conclude that livin can contribute significantly to the apoptosis resistance of RCC cells. Targeted inhibition of livin could represent a novel therapeutic strategy to increase the sensitivity of renal cancers towards pro-apoptotic agents. The regulation of ion channels and transporters by glycolytically derived ATP

Glycolysis is an evolutionary conserved metabolic pathway that provides small amounts of energy in the form of ATP when compared to other pathways such as oxidative phosphorylation or fatty acid oxidation. The ATP levels inside metabolically active cells are not constant and the local ATP level will depend on the site of production as well as the respective rates of ATP production, diffusion and consumption. Membrane ion transporters (pumps, exchangers and channels) are located at sites distal to the major sources of ATP formation (the mitochondria). We review evidence that the glycolytic complex is associated with membranes; both at the plasmalemma and with membranes of the endo/sarcoplasmic reticular network. We examine the evidence for the concept that many of the ion transporters are regulated preferentially by the glycolytic process. These include the Na⁺/K⁺-ATPase, the H⁺-ATPase, various types of Ca²⁺-ATPases, the Na⁺/H⁺ exchanger, the ATP-sensitive K⁺ channel, cation channels, Na⁺ channels, Ca²⁺ channels and other channels involved in intracellular Ca²⁺ homeostasis. Regulation of these pumps, exchangers and ion channels by the glycolytic process has important consequences in a variety of physiological and pathophysiological processes, and a better understanding of this mode of regulation may have important consequences for developing future strategies in combating disease and developing novel therapeutic approaches. 广西建设抽水蓄能电站的必要性和效益

广西电网需电量迅猛增加，峰谷差越来越大，迫切需要大量调峰容量。由于广西电网电源结构不合理，水电站调节性能差，枯水期出力小，火电机组最小技术出力高，电网调峰能力不足，汛期基荷容量过剩，造成低谷时大量弃水。建设抽水蓄能电站可以发挥其调峰、填谷双重作用，是当前解决电网调峰行之有效的最佳措施，应加紧实施。
