固化条件对环氧玻璃鳞片涂层硬度的影响

研究了固化条件对添加玻璃鳞片的环氧胶粘涂层硬度的影响,结果表明,当玻璃鳞片的含量在20%~30%的范围下变化时,经80℃加热1 h的环氧玻璃鳞片涂层有较高的硬度;而在60℃加热1h的固化条件下,玻璃鳞片的含量对涂层的硬度无显著影响.     

H3PO4-CuO粘结剂在金刚石磨具制备中的应用

采用无机粘结剂H3PO4-CuO取代酚醛树脂粘结剂，制作树脂磨具．CuO粉在890-910℃下灼烧，灼烘后经球磨机破碎，加入H3PO4．AI(OH)3混合液，以及金刚石微粉、白刚玉、填料和其它添加剂等，搅拌均匀．于热压机上加热至140℃．热压成型．脱模后．磨块放置1～2h，于80℃烘干3h．用环氧树脂胶接种在酚醛树脂磨盘上．制作成锋利、耐磨的树脂磨具．     

提高烧结焊剂抗吸潮性的研究

通过对烧结焊剂用粘结剂的研究，从粘结剂的作用和焊剂微观结构等方面，论述了改良粘结剂和焊剂颗粒表面状态的可行性，利用锂水玻璃、钠水玻璃、钾钠水玻璃及轻质氧化镁进行正交试验，分别得到了它们的加入量对吸潮度的影响趋势及最佳混合比；使用最佳混合比的水玻璃制成的焊剂的吸潮度仅为常用方法制成焊剂的１／７，证明锂水玻璃在其它水玻璃保证焊剂颗粒强度的条件下，可以更好地发挥其抗吸潮的优点．同时在试验中得到，只有焊剂在烧结点烧结后才具有最低吸潮度。     

THE ADHESIVE CAPACITY OF STARCH GRAFT COPOLYMERS TO POLYESTER/COTTON FIBER

The advantages of using starch graft copolymers as warp sizes in textile were briefly discussed, and the factors of affecting adhesive capacity to the fiber were analysed. By using eerie ammonium nitrate as an initiator under nitrogen atomosphere, a number of vinyl and/or acrylic monomers such as acrylic acid, acrylamide, methyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, butyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, vinyl acetate and the combinations among them were graft copolymerized respectively onto granular corn starch in aqueous dispersion. The adhesive capacity of these starch graft copolymers to polyester/cotton fibers was evaluated by a slightly sized rovings according to V. K. Aggarwal's method which measures the breaking strength and elongation of the rovings impregnated with the size paste. 结合国标《建筑地基基础设计规范》(GB5007-2002)中所阐述的确定地基承载力的方法,定性的分析了在弹塑体假定条件下,地基承载力受地下水位在基底塑性区开展深度范围内变化时的影响程度,简述了地基承载力受地下水的影响程度与基底土层的粘聚力 C、土的内摩擦角Ф、及上部结构间的关系,指出地下水位在枯水期和丰水期的上下波动对地基的稳定性存在不利影响,而在实际工程设计中此影响往往容易忽视,希望设计者要根据实际情况,充分考虑到这种不利因素,保证上部结构的安全与稳定。

This paper analyzes in detail the operating principle and characteristics of hardware and software of a new type interface for the cassette tape recorder, which has been developed by this author for the 8097BH target prototype machine.
