论旅游英语翻译研究的现状与未来发展

近十年来,我国有关旅游英语翻译的研究呈现出逐年增长的趋势.然而目前,旅游翻译领域的论文数量很有限,只占翻译研究领域的1.16%.对这一领域进行深入研究可以从理论上更好地指导旅游翻译实践,必将对旅游业的宣传和发展产生深远影响     

动画设计中蒙太奇手法的应用探究

蒙太奇手法是在影视制作中把分切的镜头组接起来的手段,而随着时代和科技的不断发展,动画与电影越来越相近,蒙太奇手法的运用对动画质量有着举足轻重的影响。首先在调查蒙太奇手法在各种动画设计上的应用后,尝试从多种角度探究动画与蒙太奇手法的应用的特征。其次,通过几个动画作品,剖析如何让蒙太奇手法合理的在动画设计上运用。以此,为中国的动画产业的发展略尽微薄之力。     

Chemical composition and antioxidant activity of essential oil from Magnolia grandiflora L. seed

The chemical composition and antioxidant activity of Magnolia grandiflora L.seed essential oil were examined.By combining gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS),16 types of compounds were identified,including 40.91% oxygen-containing terpene derivatives,19.51% terpenes,13.97% esters,13.05% nitrogenous compounds,and 3.64% acids.Its capability of removing hydroxyl free radical was lower than that of V c,but it was closer to V c with increasing concentration.In cell experiment,all essential oil concentration (6.9,13.8,27.7,55.5,111.0,and 222.0 g/mL) groups increased cell proliferation by 26% or more (26.0%,38.8%,44.8%,40.2%,35.8%,and 30.4%,respectively).In rat experiment,the SD rats group showed an at least 38% rise (38.62%,61.68%,and 62.86%,respectively) in glutathione-peroxisome (GSH-Px)activity,which is more than 24% reduction (29.56%,24.30%,and 36.93%) in malondialdehyde (MDA) content,and no significant difference in SOD activity was found.The results show that the essential oil had strong antioxidant activity,without dose effect within the concentration range.

Summary

Five early ontogenic stages of Scomberomorus lineolatus (C. &; V.) ranging in standard length from 18·4 mm to 99·5 mm are described.

Direct comparison of these early stages with those of S. commerson (Lac.) showed differences in the number of gill rakers, the length of preopercular spines and the position of the anal fin in relation to the second dorsal fin. In the case of S. guttatus (Bl. &; Schn.) the gill rakers are of the same number as in S. lineolatus but the preopercular spines decrease in size from above with the upper two subequal in size and none projects beyond the operculum.

In the earlier stages, S. lineolatus could be easily distinguished from S. guttatus by the absence of the bluish green coloration characteristic of S. guttatus. In later stages when the coloration has developed in both the species the only marked difference between the two is in the nature of the bent portion of the lateral line which is wavy in S. lineolatus and straight in S. guttatus.

The number of vertebrae is 46 in S. lineolatus; 42–45 with 43·9 as mean in S. commerson and 47–52 with 49·7 as mean in S. guttatus.     

苯并咪唑类化合物抗幽门螺旋杆菌活性的模式识别

将一种新的模式识别方法－最佳投影识别应用于２－「「（２－吡啶基）甲基」硫代」－１氢－苯并咪唑类化合物的抗幽门螺旋杆菌活性的分子筛选，得到了建模所用的最佳模式识别投影图，在此基础上，形成的判据可用以筛得到较高抗幽门螺旋杆菌活性的该类新化合物。     

The Synthesis of the Reactive Antibacterial Agents and Their Antibacterial Activities

A series of monochlorotriazine reactive antibacterial agents were synthesised by using 2,4,4' - trichloro -2' - hydroxydiphenyl ether as a starting material. The spectrum analyses (UV and MS) and elementary analy-ses were also carried out. These antibacterial agents can be used as the bacteria - resistance finishing agents of the cellulose fabrics. The treated fabrics possess excellent antibacterial activity and durable wash fastness. For ex-ample , the percentages of bacterial reduction of the fab-ric finished with reactive antibacterial agent 2RSDP are 98.5%, 98. 86% and 96.67% for Staphylococcus au-reus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginose re-spectively. After more than 100 times of washing at 60°C, the antibacterial activity still retains at a level of about 90% of the original. The relationships between the molecular structures of the reactive antibacterial finish-ing agents and their antibacterial activities are discussed.     

钢纤维混凝土在秦岭隧道衬砌中的应用研究

针对秦岭隧道工程的特点，提出了采用湿喷钢纤维混凝土作为隧道衬砌的方法．并从结构强度、变形能力和防水性能方面论证了此方法的优越性．最后给出了一个国外隧道工程的实例．

对师专活动课程的认识、设计与管理

本文针对目前许多师专在对活动课程的认识、设计与管理上存在的问题，阐述了活动课程的本质特征及它与学科课程的关系、师专开设活动课程的必要性和紧迫性；提出了师专活动课程设计的原则和方法以及管理的方式和方法。旨在探讨构建活动课程的合理结构，形成活动课程的操作体系。     

He—Ne激光辐射番茄种子的研究

探索为农业服务的途径,发现激光能够使种子提前发芽,提早成熟,增加产量.我们利用He-Ne激光作为光源,对番茄两个品种的种子,分别进行了不同功率密度、不同时间、多个组合的处理,试验结果表明,激光功率密度在0.016瓦/厘米~2～0.024瓦/厘米_2,辐射时间为6分钟,辐射湿种子时,其发芽率最高,幼苗长势最好,过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶的酶活性最大,根尖细胞分裂相明显增多,提高番茄产量已见成效.
