力竭运动对小鼠体内脂质过氧化作用及肾上腺超微结构的影响

观察了力竭运动对小鼠体内脂质过氧化作用及对肾上腺超微结构的影响．结果表明：连续７次力竭运动后，小鼠肝内丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量明显升高；肾上腺皮质及髓质细胞呈现了高度的可变性．提示力竭运动后，小鼠体内所产生的脂质过氧化代谢产物增加，进而可导致细胞膜系及超微结构的改变     

大熊猫（Ailuropoda Melanoleuca）卵巢的年龄变化

对比观察了5只不同年龄大熊猫(包括青年、中年和老年)的卵巢皮质石蜡切片。可见皮质结构有较大的年龄变化。主要表现在:性成熟后,卵巢皮质的厚度随年龄的增长有减薄的趋势。成年的各级正常卵泡数量较少,初级和次级的更少;闭锁卵饱和间质腺较多,并呈现出随年龄增长而增多的动向。老年卵巢结构变化明显,皮质纤维化,卵泡全部消失,仅有较多囊泡,小动脉管壁增厚,管腔变小。老年卵巢的外形、体积和重量等方面与成年之间未见明显年龄变化。     

近红外乳腺扫描3000例分析

为评价近红外乳腺扫描诊断乳腺癌的意义 ,笔者选择了 30 0 0例乳腺患者应用近红外扫描诊断与病理诊断进行对照分析 .结果表明 :近红外扫描诊断乳腺癌的正确率为 95 .6 % .提示 :近红外乳腺扫描对良恶性肿物的鉴别诊断是一种行之有效的方法 ,具有安全、可靠、无损伤等特点 .     

Expression of biologically active human clotting factor IX (hF IX) in the mammary gland of transgenic mice

The DNA of human factor IX (hF IX) gene vector pMC IX m, which had been proven to be able to express inin vitro and living cells, was introduced into 586 zygotes of Kunming Whlte Mice by positive pressure microinjection technique with manual operation. The 499 survival embryos after microinjection were then transferred into pseudopregnant recipient mice and 216 F, pups were born. The analysis of PCR and Southern blot hybridization showed that, of the 216, 6 (2 females and 4 males) were integrated with foreign DNA in their genornes, giving an integration frequency of 3% (6/216). Two F₀ female transgenic mice could express hF IX protein in their milk and the content was over 100 ng/mL as measured with ELISA. The biological activities of hF IV in the milk of two F₀ mike were 44.67 % and 79.43 %, respectively.     

杂色鲍(Haliotis diversicolor Reeve)消化腺细菌的初步研究

从正常杂色鲍（无病症,腹足吸附力强）的消化腺分离到5个细菌菌株：1－1－3,3－1－1,4－1－1,5－3－3,5－4－3。经VITEK－AMS－60自动鉴定系统鉴定,前4株均为溶藻弧菌（Vibrio alginolyticus）,后1株为恶臭假单胞菌（Pseudomonas putida)。溶藻弧菌4个菌在形态、生理生化鉴定上虽有差别,但基本上是一致的。5－4－3恶臭假单胞菌与其它4株 差别较大。溶藻弧菌4菌株对卡那霉素等12种药物敏感,对青霉素G等7种药物有耐受性,恶臭假单胞菌对卡那霉素等8种药物敏感,对青霉素G等15种药物有耐受性。     

论我国无独立请求权第三人的权利保护

无独立请求权第三人制度是我国民事诉讼中的重要制度,然而该制度在理论上的分歧和立法上的粗略,导致了其在司法实践中常常被滥用、错用,损害了无独立请求权第三人的诉讼权利乃至实体权利。从无独立请求权第三人的内涵、诉讼地位、诉讼权利及其保护机制方面,对我国无独立请求权第三人的权利保护作一初步的探讨,以进一步完善无独立请求权第三人制度,切实维护无独立请求权第三人的合法权益。     

白蜡虫Ericerus pela Chavannes雄虫蜡腺的研究

研究了与虫蜡生产关系密切的二龄雄幼虫蜡腺的发育.发现背腺分批发育现象明显,腹腺发育较同步.泌蜡活动与蜡腺发育有关:第一次泌蜡盛期是多数背腺同时成熟、分泌的结果;第二次泌蜡盛期与蜡腺的生理状态有关,绛色细胞可能起着重要作用.     

斯坦尼小体提液对垂体体外跌卵和催产的影响

本文采用对蟾蜍进行体外跌卵和对团头鲂进行人工催产的试验方法,探讨了鲫鱼(♀)斯坦尼小体提取液对脑垂体提取液体外跌卵和人工催产的协同作用.结果表明,春季鲫鱼(♀)斯坦尼小体提取液对脑垂体提取液的体外跌卵和人工催产均有协同作用,主要表现为使跌卵率和产卵量明显提高.但这两方面的协同作用都必须在其含量达到一定程度时才能显示出来.     

兔狲消化腺特征

对兔狲消化腺的形态学特点进行了观测：兔狲有腮腺、颌下腺、舌下腺、臼齿腺和眶下腺５对唾液液腺,各腺管均开口于口腔,腮腺呈半环形,凳下腺呈长椭圆形,舌下腺为长三棱锥状,臼齿腺为长条状,眶下腺近似卵圆形;肝脏有胆囊,分为左右两叶,每叶又分为若干小叶。     

Lectin receptors in snail proteogalactans. II.Archachatina marginata andAchatina achatina (preliminary report)

Summary The lectin receptor sites on the proteogalactans from the albumin glands of West African land snails,Archachatina marginata andAchatina achatina have been studied by precipitin reactions using the agar-gel double diffusion technique with various lectins. The proteogalactans from both snails have predominantly terminal -D-galactose structures; but they show characteristic differences in the topographical features at the surfaces of the carbohydrate structures presumed to be compatible with the combining site for these lectins.
