原子吸收光谱中与浓度有关的化学干扰

本文比较详细地讨论了与浓度有关的化学干扰现象,干扰机理以及这类干扰对定量测定的影响.实验表明,当这类干扰存在时,将影响工作曲线的线性,因而影响到标准加入法测定结果的可靠性.只有消除这种干扰后,才能用标准加入法得到可靠的分析结果.     

Pigment distribution in cyanobacteria: An in vivo microspectroscopic investigation

Summary In vivo microspectroscopy represents an effective and reliable technique to study pigment composition and distribution. In contrast to traditional extractive techniques, it preserves the integrity of biological specimens, without modifying the nature of the pigments. The spectroscopic apparatus we used is very simple and consists of a common microscope equipped with a monochromator, a photomultiplier, and two pinhole diaphragms. Absorption spectra obtained by means of this apparatus on different species of cyanobacteria are presented.     

Research on Radiant Carrier of Matching Radiant Type Far Infrared Textiles

This paper deals with the radiation effects of different kinds ofradiant carriers used in making far infrared textile materials.From two radiation experiments,methods of testing radiation ef-fects of carriers have been found,results of the experiments arediscussed.Finally,some conclusions for choosing appropriateradiant carrier are drawn.

用一种无声放电方法，使反应器中Ｎ２－Ｈ２Ｏ介质在高频高压电场作用下产生ＯＨ，以促进燃烧反应，抑制碳烟生成，并开发一种追踪化学反应的分子物理测量手段，用共振吸收光谱法测定ＯＨ浓度。     

谷物、蔬菜对铅、镉、锌、铜吸收与富集的研究

本文报导了1978～1983年上海市郊区梅龙、龙华、宝山吴淞、青浦淀山湖周围等地区的谷物、蔬菜受环境污染物质及其含量的影响,以及对铅、镉、锌、铜的吸收与富集。结果表明:不同谷物蔬菜对各种重金属元素的吸收和富集能力是有明显差别的。同一谷物蔬菜的不同部位,对各种重金属元素的吸收与富集能力也是各不相同的。谷物与蔬菜中重金属含量的高低与距离污染源的远近呈正相关。其锌/镉、锌/铜比值具有明显差异。文章最后讨论了谷物蔬菜的重金属污染对人体的影响,蔬菜重金属污染的评价标准,以及对谷物蔬菜食用部位监测农业生态环境的重要性等。

黑加仑色素的分离及组成初步鉴定

利用纸层析对黑加仑色素进行分离，并进行分析鉴定，初步推测黑加仑色素４个组分分别为矢车菊素－３－芸香糖苷（Ｃｙ－３－ｒｕｔ）、飞燕草素－３－芸香糖苷（Ｄｐ－３－ｒｕｔ）、矢车菊素－３－葡萄糖苷（Ｃｙ－３－ｇｌｕ）、飞燕草素－３－葡萄糖苷（Ｄｐ－３－ｇｌｕ）．

对氨基酸螯合铁的吸收机制、吸收作用的特点、化学和生物化学制备方法及其在饲料、食品中的应用现状进行了综述,提出了目前氨基酸螯合铁研究及应用中存在的主要问题和今后发展的方向.     

Testing and Modeling for Energy Dissipation Behavior of Velocity and Displacement Dependent Hydraulic Damper

A passive energy-dissipating device, velocity, and displacement dependent hydraulic damper (VDHD), is developed to reduce the seismic response of structure. This device is comprised of a hydraulic jack, check valve, relief valve, and throttle valve. The numerical analysis model for SAP2000 nonlinear analysis program is proposed to simulate the energy-dissipating characteristics of VDHD. The analysis results of this model compared with the seismic resistant tests reveal that this proposed model can accurately describe the actual energy-dissipating behavior of VDHD. The efficiency of VDHD is confirmed using this proposed model for carrying out numerical analyses of bare building, building added with bulking resistant bracing (BBR), and VDHD. The energy-dissipating capabilities of VDHD are performing excellent displacement and acceleration control with various ground magnitudes; being an energy absorber to absorb mechanical energy in the structure and resist structural movement; and gathering the advantage of BRB.
