Modulation of low-frequency oscillations in GaAs MESFETs’ channel current by sidegating bias

Low-frequency oscillations in channel current are usually observed when measuring the GaAs MESFET‘s output characteristics. This paper studies the oscillations by testing the MESFET‘s output characteristics under different sidegate bias conditions. It is shown that the low-frequency oscillations of channel current are directly related to the sidegate bias. In other words, the sidegate bias can modulate the oscillations. Whether the sidegate bias varies positively or negatively, there will inevitably be a threshold voltage after which the low-frequency oscillations disappear. The observation is strongly dependent upon the peculiarities of channel-substrate (C-S) junction and impact ionization of traps-EL2 under high field. This conclusion is of particular pertinence to the design of low-noise GaAs IC‘s.     

Synthesis of TiO2 nanotubes film and its light scattering property

TiO2 nanotubes with diameters of 10 nm and lengths up to 600 nm were fabricated by directly using commercial TiO2 powders P25 as the precursors via sonication-hydrothermal combination approach. TiO2 nanotubes were characterized by means of X-ray powder diffractometer （XRD）, scanning electron microscope （SEM）, selected area electron diffraction pattern （SAED） and transmission elec- tron microscope （TEM）. The light scattering property of film electrodes modified with TiO2 nanotubes was studied and revealed that TiO2 nanotubes can be used as the light scattering centers to increase the light absorption in dye-sensitized solar cells. The TiO2 nanotubes film electrodes mixed with 10% small nanoparticles TiO2 had both strong light scattering property and fine mechanical characteristics, and this kind of electrodes can be used as electrodes in improving the conversion efficiencies of dye-sensitized solar cells.     

Two virus-encoded RNA silencing suppressors, P14 of Beet necrotic yellow vein virus and S6 of Rice black streak dwarf virus

Functional analysis for gene silencing suppressor of P14 gene of Beet necrotic yellow vein virus and S6 gene of Rice black streak dwarf virus was carried out by agro- infiltration with recombinant vectors of Potato virus X. The phenotype observation of green fluorescent protein (GFP)expression and Northern blot showed that the gene silencing of gfp transgenic Nicotiana benthamiana induced by homologous sequence was strongly suppressed by the immixture infiltration of either the P14 or the $6. In the suppressed plants, the gfp mRNA accumulation was higher than that in the non-suppressed controls and the symptoms caused by PVX infection became more severe, especially the gfp DNA methylation of plant genome was significantly inhabited when co-infiltrated with RBSDV S6 gene. These results suggested that these two virus genes were potentially to encode for proteins as RNA silencing suppressors.     

TiO_2/S_2O_8~(2-)-沸石分子筛催化合成硬脂酸正丁酯的研究

用TiO2/S2O2-8 -沸石分子筛作催化剂,由硬脂酸和正丁醇发生酯化反应来合成硬脂酸正丁酯。考察了各种因素对酯化反应的影响,得到了反应的最佳条件:当醇和酸的物质的量之比为3∶1、TiO2/S2O2-8 沸石分子筛的用量为反应物质量的2.0%、反应温度为85 ℃时,反应仅需约2.5 h,酯化率可达到98.7%,酯的纯度>99.1%。     

长效H2受体拮抗剂-拉呋替丁的合成

以2-溴-4-(哌啶基甲基)吡啶为原料,与2-丁烯-1,4-二醇醚化,经氯化、G abrie l反应、肼解,然后再与2-呋喃甲硫基-S-氧代乙酸对硝基苯酚酯进行胺解反应,制得第二代长效H2受体拮抗剂拉呋替丁,总收率为29.89%[以2-溴-4-(哌啶基甲基)吡啶计]。     

浅析IPv6的安全性

与IPv4相比,IPv6具有许多优势。Ipv6不但解决了当今IP地址匮乏的问题,并且由于它引入了加密和认证机制,实现了基于网络层的身份认证,确保了数据包的完整性和机密性,因此,可以说IPV6实现了网络层安全。但是,这种安全不是绝对的,并且,由于IPV6的安全机制给当前的网络安全体系带来了新的挑战,致使许多在现有的网络中对保护网络安全中起着重要作用的工具受到巨大的冲击,这就迫切需要安全专家进一步研究和积累经验,尽快找出合适的解决方法。     

水杨醛-4-乙氧基苯甲酰肼腙对锌离子的高选择性识别

设计合成了荧光传感分子水杨醛-4-乙氧基苯甲酰肼腙(1),应用吸收和荧光光谱研究了其对过渡金属离子(Zn2 ,Cu2 ,Ag ,Pb2 ,Cd2 ,Hg2 ,Fe3 ,Co2 和Ni2 )的响应.结果表明,1与过渡金属离子的配位作用能力相近,但1的荧光发射对锌离子表现出高选择性响应,乙腈中Zn2 的加入导致1的长波长荧光增强415倍,而其它过渡金属离子只引起1的荧光的略微增强.初步探讨了受体分子与锌离子的结合模式与荧光增强机理.     

WP2深海细菌基因组文库的构建和克隆子测序比对分析

以pUC19质粒DNA作为载体,用BamH1酶切、碱性磷酸酶处理后,分别与Sau3AⅠ部分酶切的Shewanella sp.(WP2) 基因组DNA 2-6kb的DNA片段连接,电击转化大肠杆菌DH5 α感受态,在含有Amp的LB平板上筛选重组子,得到转化子约5～6×103;随机挑取100个克隆子,经DNA测序,通过在网络数据库中进行BLASTX分析,得到一系列相对保守蛋白的比对结果.这些结果为遗传背景不清楚的细菌的研究,提供了一条从分子水平上探讨的技术路线.     

幅照处理对Ti:Al2O3晶体光谱的改变

本文用提拉法生长了Ti:Al2O3晶体,并测定了γ光子幅照处理后的晶体样品的荧光谱和吸收谱.不同于未幅照的钛宝石光谱,本工作所测定的光谱中出现了多个峰值,文章分析了出现该现象的可能原因.
