两株细菌对偶氮染料活性艳红X—3B脱色的研究

从太原市纺织绒染厂废水处理站曝气池分离筛选到一株假单胞菌和一株黄单胞菌,探讨了这两株菌在不同碳源、不同ｐＨ和不同温度条件下对活性艳红Ｘ—３Ｂ的脱色效果。试验结果表明,假单胞菌和黄单胞菌分别以葡萄糖,果糖和无水乙酸钠为碳源时,脱色效果都较好,且黄单胞菌以可溶性淀粉作碳源时也有较高的脱色率。这两株菌脱色的最适ｐＨ均为８．０。假单胞菌脱色的最适温度为２５℃,黄单胞菌脱色的最适温度为３０℃。     

基于X-12-ARIMA和AR-GARCH模型的房价波动研究

以SAS软件为工具,以2007年1月至2015年6月北京市新建住宅价格指数序列为样本,构建时间序列模型进行实证研究.结果表明,基于X-12-ARIMA模型和AR(2)-GARCH(1,1)模型的复合模型是拟合房价的最优模型.房价序列存在明显的季节特征和典型的波动聚集性,X-12季节调整方法和异方差模型显著有效,拟合相对误差不超过0.4%.对房价的短期预测表明,近期内房价仍保持3%~5%的增长态势,且外部因素对房价的影响程度远远大于房价自身的波动冲击力.     

基于图像处理的矿石颗粒三维微观孔隙结构演化

采用高精度显微CT技术及三维图像分析方法研究氧化铜矿石颗粒在酸浸前后内部微观孔隙结构特征及其演变,考察孔隙率、孔隙尺寸分布、孔隙连通度、孔隙分维等参数的变化规律。结果表明：酸浸后矿石颗粒的孔隙率明显增加,孔隙尺寸分布范围更广,出现一定比例的大孔隙,平均孔隙直径增加2~3倍;孔隙连通度在酸浸前基本为零,酸浸后明显增加,并在各方向上呈现空间变异性;孔隙分维数在浸出结束后也有所增大,且在一定范围内与孔隙率及平均孔隙直径呈指数增长关系。借助三维图像分析可实现矿石浸出过程中内部微观孔隙结构的定量描述,从而揭示矿石颗粒孔隙结构的演化规律。     

Weights and robustness of model-based seasonal adjustment

Model-based seasonal adjustment implicitly defines a set of weights at the ends of series as well as in the middle. Until now, with the exception of very simple models, the weights have been obtained numerically. In this paper we give the analytical expressions for the weights for both the structural and the ARIMA framework for a model which contains trend, seasonal and irregular component. In the final part of the paper we address the question of robustness of model-based seasonal adjustment. We analyse practically, using real time series, and theoretically, through the analysis of the shape of the weights, how the fitting of different specifications for the non-seasonal part affects the extraction of the seasonal component. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

缝洞型碳酸盐岩凝析气藏压力衰竭过程中凝析油微观赋存状态

凝析气藏衰竭开采过程中,不同缝洞类型会影响凝析油的析出过程和赋存形态。为了研究缝洞型碳酸盐岩凝析气藏压力衰竭过程中凝析油的形成机理和微观赋存状态,对单缝洞型、多缝洞垂向叠置型和多缝洞横向叠置型三种缝洞类型的碳酸盐储层开展凝析气压力衰竭实验协同微米电子计算机断层扫描技术(computed tomography, CT)扫描,并对不同压力下扫描得到的图像采用人工智能算法进行油、气、岩石骨架分割,得到真实岩心三维孔隙网络模型,通过图像处理和计算分析,实现模拟不同缝洞类型凝析气藏在不同开发阶段凝析油赋存状态的定量和定位置表征。研究表明:碳酸盐岩缝洞储层岩心压力衰竭过程主要是一个油相由多孔状、单孔状和油膜状向网络状转变的过程,最终网络状油增加,多孔状、单孔状和油膜状油减少;利于凝析油析出的储层构造由强到弱排序依次为多缝洞横向叠置型储层、单缝洞型储层、多缝洞垂向叠置型储层;在压力衰竭过程中,随着凝析油增多,油相会向岩石壁面靠近,当凝析油开始产出,油相会远离岩石壁面,随着油相的产出,油相减少,凝析油在表面张力的作用下向岩石壁面靠近。     

籍疏水花菁染料的荧光突变测定非离子表面活性剂临界胶束浓度

研究了近红外疏水花菁染料I在几种表面活性剂溶液中的荧光行为. 花菁I在水中及含有低浓度(小于临界胶束浓度,CMC)的曲通X-100溶液中表现出很弱的荧光,但当表面活性剂浓度达到CMC时,荧光显著红移并迅速增强到最大.这种荧光突变为曲通X-100的胶束形成提供了直观的指示,可据此建立一种测定其CMC的简单荧光方法.该法还适用于Brij-35的CMC测定,所测的CMC值与文献报道的结果十分吻合.

Correction of Breathing Motion in the Thorax for Helical CT

Optimized Implementation of the FDK Algorithm on One Digital Signal Processor

This paper presents an optimized implementation of the FDK algorithm on a single fixed-point TMS320C6455 digital signal processor(DSP).Software pipelining and proper configuration of the data transfer enables a 2563 volume to be reconstructed in about 42 seconds from 360 projections with very good accuracy.This implementation reveals the potential of modern high-performance DSPs in accelerating image reconstruction,especially when cost and power consumption are emphasized.
