计算机X线摄影术（CR）的临床应用的体会

目的通过对CR系统的了解,是逐步实现数字化,无胶片化管理的基础.方法采用医学数字图像传输标准3.0格式规范化采集,存储、显示,管理所有病人的影像资料,实现资源共享.结果经临床应用CR系统是经济有效的更适合基层医院发展,更有利于患者得到最高的诊断治疗效益.结论CR系统提高了图像的质量和工作效率,既符合医院的利益要求又方便工作.     

瞬态脉冲干扰及其抑制方法浅析

在各种水电自动化系统中，各种控制继电器和继电保护器往往都工作在比较恶劣的电磁环境中，经常会受到各种电磁信号的干扰，严重影响系统的正常工作。在这些干扰信号中，影响较大的是瞬态脉冲干扰。文章从分析瞬态脉冲干扰产生的原因着手，简要总结了各种瞬态脉冲干扰的特征，提出了一些瞬态脉冲干扰抑制的方法。     

强脉冲光联合胶原蛋白治疗脂溢性角化病疗效观察

目的:探讨强脉冲光联合胶原蛋白治疗脂溢性角化病的临床疗效.方法:收集2005年4月21日至2006年4月30日期间在我室诊断为脂溢性角化病的患者24例,随机分为治疗组16例,对照组8例,治疗组在使用强脉冲光进行治疗前后均使用美容仪器导入胶原蛋白行面部皮肤护理,对照组只使用强脉冲光进行治疗,不做皮肤护理,治疗3个月为一个疗程.结果:治疗组治愈率、总有效率与对照组比较有统计学差异.结论:强脉冲光治疗脂溢性角化病有良好疗效,而胶原蛋白有利于强脉冲光治疗术后面部皮肤的修复,两者联合美容满意度明显提高.     

A Novel Polymethyl Methacrylate （PMMA）TiO2 Nanocomposite and Its Thermal and Photic Stability

A new kind of polymethyl methacrylate （PMMA）-TiO2 nanocomposite was synthesized through polymerization. The thermal and photic stability of this PMMA TiO2 nanocomposites were investigated. The as prepared samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, UV-Vis spectroscopy, differential thermal analysis （DTA） and the photo-induced weight loss, The results show that the photostability of the PMMA-TiO2 nanocomposite is higher than that of the pure PMMA under UV-light irradiation, The weight loss of the pure PMMA reaches 30 % after 300 h UVirradiation, while the composite only 0.3% under the identical experimental condition. The glass transition temperature （TR） of pure PMMA is only 80℃, while the Tg of the composite reaches 258℃. Compared with pure PMMA, the thermal stability of the composite is greatly enhanced.     

青少年性视网膜劈裂症

青少年型视网膜劈裂为一种性连锁隐性遗传疾病，病变基因位于X染色体短臂的Xp22区，极少数为常染色体隐性遗传，临床所见绝大多数为男性。现将我院门诊所见一例报告如下。

A non-commutative time-frequency tomography

The characterization of non-stationary signal requires joint time and frequency information. However, time and frequency are a pair of non-commuting variables that cannot constitute a joint probability density in the time-frequency plane. The time-frequency distributions have difficult interpretation problems arising from negative and complex values or spurious components. In this paper, we get time-frequency information from the marginal distributions in rotated directions in the time-frequency plane. The rigorous probability interpretation of the marginal distributions is without any ambiguities. This time-frequency transformation is similar to the computerized axial tomography (CT or CAT) and is applied to signal analysis and signal detection and reveals a lot of advantages especially in the signal detection of the low signal/noise (S/N).
