浅议高校图书馆古籍的典藏与流通

中国线装古籍是先民生存斗争的历史记录,是人类智慧的结晶,是我国古代文化遗产的重要组成部分。阐述了线装古籍的发展和历史定位,介绍了线装古籍的典藏史和相关知识,探讨了高校图书馆线装古籍的管理保护和技术创新,提出了馆员要在实践中不断提高业务水平。

在其它几类算子半群的Hille指数公式基础之上,利用指数有界α-次积分半群的性质,得到了指数有界α-次积分半群的表示定理.     

Role of bound states in channel-interference of harmonic generation

We calculated the power spectra of harmonic generation for the one-electron system in 7 potential models with different quantities of bound states. It indicates that the increase of weakly bound states has little influence on the enhancement of harmonic intensity in the high-order region. Further research on the so-called channel-interference of harmonic generation is obtained, which shows that the channel-interference of harmonic generation exists for all potential models. Therefore, channel-interference maybe a ubiquitous phenomenon for one-electron system driven by bichromatic field, and the increase of bound states can augment the effect of channel-interference. Our calculations can provide some insight on the mechanism of channel-interference and harmonic generation.

利用矩阵的奇异值分解,得到了可对称化矩阵特征值的Weyl型和Wielandt型绝对扰动上界,并推广了Weyl-лидскиn定理和Wielandt-Hoffman定理.     

具一般非线性项抛物型Kirchhoff方程解的有限时间爆破

考虑一类具一般非线性项的抛物型Kirchhoff方程解的有限时间爆破问题, 借助一阶微分不等式和凸方法, 给出解在有限时刻爆破的一些充分条件, 并得到了爆破时间的上界估计.     

Cramer-Rao bound and signal-to-noise ratio gain in distributed coherent aperture radar

This paper studies the estimation performance of the coherent processing parameter （CPP）, including time delay differences and phase synchronization errors among different apertures of the distributed coherent aperture radar （DCAR）. Firstly, three architectures of signal processing in the DCAR are introduced. Secondly, the closed-form Cramer-Rao bound （CRB） of the CPP estimation is derived and compared. Then, the closed-form CRB is verified by numerical simulations. Finally, when the next generation radar works in a fully coherent mode, the closed-form signal-to-noise ratio （SNR） gain of the three architectures is presented.     

基于混合流水作业组织的港口拖轮调度优化

在对拖轮调度问题进行分析的基础之上,将拖轮调度问题归结为一类具有多阶段共用机器特征的混合流水车间调度问题. 建立了针对多停泊基地不同作业模式下、且考虑靠泊与停泊两阶段的拖轮调度优化模型,推导了基于混合流水作业组织的港口拖轮调度优化问题的理论下界值,并设计了启发式规则与模拟退火相结合的混合算法（HSA）求解该模型. 通过运用该算法求解仿真算例,并将其结果与模型理论下界值、三种基于现行调度规则及基于Johnson 规则的调度方案进行比较. 结果表明,运用HSA求解的结果与理论下界值的平均偏差值为5.39%,且该结果远小于基于现行调度规则及Johnson规则的求解值,验证了模型与算法的高效性,可以为拖轮作业模式的选择以及调度方案的制订提供决策支持.

考虑高阶一致椭圆型算子带权第二特征值的上界估计.利用试验函数、Rayleigh定理、分部积分和Schwarz不等式等估计方法与技巧,获得了用第一特征值来估计第二特征值的上界的不等式,其估计系数与区间的度量无关.     

带指数的多乘积约束下多项式函数的全局最优解

对广泛应用于金融、证券投资等实际问题中的带指数的多项式函数的极小值问题(P1)提出了一种有效的全局优化算法.从理论上证明了本算法的收敛性,数值实验表明提出的方法是可行和有效的.     

Smarandache函数在数列ap bp 上的一个新的下界估计

利用初等方法以及同余技巧研究了Smarandache函数S(n)在数列ap+bp上的下界估计问题,给出了一个较强的下界估计.证明了:对任意两个不同的正整数a及b,有估计式S(ap+bp)≥10p+1,其中p≥17为素数.
