Flabellariopteris,a new aquatic fern leaf from the Late Triassic of western Liaoning,China

An aquatic fern leaf, Flabellariopteris mii Sun gen. et sp. nov. from the Late Triassic of Western Liaoning, China, is described and proposed as the type species of the new morphortaxon of the Marsileaceae. The fossil leaves are preserved as impression. No fertile and rhizomatic materials are found. The leaves attached at a common point on the top of the petiole are composed of two leaflets joined basally in an opposite arrangement. The petiole is slender. The leaflet is fan-shaped or semi-circular, and commonly divided into four wedge-shaped lobes. Terminal margin of lobes is usually incised, incisions shallow or deep, with bluntly rounded or notched apex. The veins are conspicu- ously dichotomous, but anastomoses and marginal vein are absent. The unique morphological features, including two- parted thin leaflets, size, shape, veins and slender petiole, indicate that the present specimen represents an aquatic fern, which is the oldest fossil record and the first megafossil evidence assignable to Marsileaceae from the Triassic floras.

西方正义观念的历史演变及其启示

西方正义观念最早是作为一种宇宙论的原则而被提出来的,其后经历了从"天道"到"人事"的转变,从信仰到理性的转变,从自然法观念到实证主义的转变。其间既充满着基调的转换,又保持着一以贯之的主题;既体现了时代的变迁,又代表了人类的永恒追求。其得失是非值得我们深入思考和认真借鉴。     

西部大学生道德意识与道德行为现状及相关性研究

本项研究对教育部重大攻关项目(2003—2006)"中国公民人文素质调查与对策研究"中,有关中国西部6个省市(广西、云南、贵州、四川、重庆、西藏)的高校大学本科生群体423名调查对象的道德意识与道德行为数据进行了统计和相关性分析,并与全国大学生群体样本1090人进行比较分析。针对西部地区大学生道德意识与道德行为存在的问题,提出了建议和对策。     

Molecular cloning and characterization of a cotton phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase gene

Phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase (PEPC) plays diverse physiological functions during plant development. In this study, a new phosphoenolpyruvate carboxylase gene GhPEPC2 is isolated from cotton (Gossypium hirsutum cv. zhongmian 35) by RACE-PCR. The cloned cDNA of GhPEPC2 is 3,364 bp in length, and has an open reading frame of 2,913 bp, encoding for 971 putative amino acids with a calculated molecular mass of 110.6 kD and pI of 5.56. The deduced amino acid sequence of GhPEPC2 shares high similarity with other reported plant PEPCs. Southern blot analysis indicates that the cotton PEPC exists as a small gene family and the GhPEPC2 might have two copies in the cotton genome. The semi-quantitative RT-PCR reveals that GhPEPC2 constitutively expresses in all the tissues of cotton and accumulated highly in roots, flowers and embryos but relatively low in stems and fibers. In addition, the recombinant GhPEPC2 has been purified by expressing it in E. coli and the catalytic properties of it were also investigated. The results showed that GhPEPC2 is a typical C₃ PEPC with a higher K_m (83.6 μM) and lower V_max (8.0 μmol min^-1 mg^-1) compared with the C₃ PEPCs previously reported.     

西太平洋一、二岛链间海区声传播的季节因素分析

以分析西太平洋第一、第二岛链间海区在不同季节时的声传播情况为研究目的,利用world ocean atlas 2013(WOA13)季节平均数据和Mackenzie声速经验公式,首先分析该海区声道轴深度和表层声速值的四季分布情况;再利用BELLHOP水声学数值模型,在设定的1 000 Hz声源频率和15°～-15°掠射角情况下,仿真计算选用位置点5 m深度声源的四季声传播情况,研究其规律:四季反转深度由15°N以南的4 900 m以上,降至25°N以北的4 900 m以下,且夏季最深,春秋两季次之,冬季最浅。多数海区可形成汇聚区波导并主要存在于冬秋两季,第一汇聚区位置相对在61～64 km;通常夏季最远,春秋两季次之,冬季最近。在设定的仿真计算条件下声传播覆盖范围有限,需通过其他手段和战术行动改善。     

日本血吸虫天然抗病分子疫苗的结构与功能分析 Ⅰ.未成熟卵28kDa分子的快速分离纯化与鉴定

为了进一步研究日本血吸虫天然抗病分子(SIEA 28 kDa)的结构与功能,采用SDS-PAGE制备电泳和电洗脱法从日本血吸虫未成熟卵可溶性抗原(SIEA)中快速分离纯化了SIEA 28 kDa抗原分子,纯化后抗原分子经梯度凝胶电泳分离,重复测定其分子量。同时,采用Western blot和ELISA检测SIEA 28 kDa分子的免疫活性及其生化纯度。证实获得的提取物SIEA 28 kDa抗原分子的纯度高、活性好;用该抗原分子免疫家兔获得的单特异性抗血清可同时识别日本血吸虫未成熟虫卵、雌虫和雄虫的28 kDa抗原组分。说明该分子与日本血吸虫成虫(AWA)28 kDa组分具有部分交叉抗原性。     

社会变革中的文学制衡

西方学尽管在２０世纪的中国学发展中有着重要意义，但真正使其转化发展的却应是传统学，特别是晚清的学改良运动；新学先驱们回避传统有其潜在心理因素。但是应该认识到，西方学的输入和传统学的崛起两对峙造成的张力，是２０世纪中国学波澜起伏的魅力所在。
