对会计研究中两个问题的探讨

对待西方会计必须有正确的态度,首先要对西方会计的“整体”与“部分”作出甄别;其次要对西方会计的社会属性与技术属性作出甄别;最后要对西方会计的理论与实务作出甄别对待中国会计的国际化要把握三个要点印辩证地把握会计的国家化与国际化,要遵循“以我为主,为我所用”的原则和吸收国外先进适应成果的原则。     

新型蛋白酶抑制剂基因hwtx-11在大肠杆菌中的克隆表达及杀虫功能研究

将化学合成的蜘蛛毒素蛋白酶抑制剂基因hwtx-11克隆至载体pGEX4T-1上,在大肠杆菌BL21(DE3)中进行表达.重组菌株在IPTG诱导下,经SDS-PAGE和Western blot分析表明,表达的GST-HWTX-11融合蛋白的相对分子量约为33 kD.对重组菌株诱导表达后的产物进行生物活性测定,GST-HWTX-11融合蛋白对甜菜夜蛾(Spodoptera exiguaHubner)和棉铃虫(Helicoverpa armigera)在3d时的LC50分别为86.6μg/mL、119.4μg/mL;其与Cry1Ac对甜菜夜蛾和棉铃虫幼虫毒力也有明显的协同作用.     

^226Ra evidence for the ecosystem shift over the past 40 years in the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre

Surface seawater was collected for ~(226)Ra measurement in the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre from July to October, 1999 and October to December, 2003. Combined with the historical data reported for this sea area, a declined trend of surface ~(226)Ra concentrations was observed since 1960s, indicating the ecosystem shift in response to global warming. On one side, the enhanced stratification of the upper water column resulting from global warming reduced the ~(226)Ra input from the depth, on the other, the temporal increase of biological production resulting from the climate-related ecosystem structure change strengthened the ~(226)Ra removal from the surface ocean. Both the physical and biological processes resulted in the decrease of surface ~(226)Ra concentrations in the North Pacific Subtropical Gyre. The temporal trend of surface ~(226)Ra concentrations was consistent with the trends of chlorophyll a, silicate, phosphate and primary production previously reported. This study provided ~(226)Ra evidence for the ecosystem shift under global change.     

我国西部生态补偿立法构想

介绍了我国西部生态补偿立法的迫切性,探讨了西部生态补偿法律渊源及其现状,论述了西部生态补偿立法的指导思想与基本原则,提出了西部生态补偿的立法构想。     

Relationship between the tropical cyclone genesis over the Northwest Pacific and the sea surface temperature anomalies

Using the tropical cyclone (TC) data derived from the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) and the sea surface temperature data derived from the Joint Environmental Data Analysis Center (JEDAC) at the Scripps Institute of Oceanography from January 1955 to December 2000, we analyzed the relationship between the TC genesis over the Northwest Pacific (NWP) and the sea surface temperature anomalies (SSTA) over the Pacific basin. A long-term trend indicated that the highest frequency of monthly TC genesis appeared earlier and the annual genesis sum increased gradually during the last half century with some oscillations. No significant synchronous correlation was found between the NWP TC events and the SSTA over the Pacific basin, while the annual sum of TC genesis was closely related with the SSTA averaged from the first three months (January, February and March) of the year in the equatorial western and eastern Pacific and over mid-high latitudes of the North Pacific. The results implied that there are an interannual El Nio SSTA mode in the equatorial western and eastern Pacific and an interdecadal SSTA mode in the northern Pacific, which affected the TC genesis. A regression analysis between the first three-month SSTA and the annual TC sum based on two time scales was conducted. The correlation coefficient between simulated and observed TC sums reached a high value of 0.77.

清代皖西引种玉米甘薯史实及其检讨

明中叶后,美洲的玉米与甘薯越过大洋,先后来到中国安家落户,也走进皖西淮河、长江支流的一处处谷地和上游大别山区的高山腹地。玉米和甘薯是比较典型的旱粮作物,它们不太苛刻的种植条件带来了两种作物的极度扩张,从而为中国人的食物结构加进了新元素,从根本上改变了种植地民众食物不足的困境,尤其是解决了山区越冬食物不足和春荒的困难。但何炳棣"整体史学"的思维告诉我们,玉米和甘薯的引种,也带来了人口的激增;涌向山地的农民由于缺乏山地耕作的经验,又造成了水土流失和环境危急的日益严重。当然,只要能采取波伦式谨慎选择的态度,玉米和甘薯基本上是个好东西。历史的启示是,人类与自然之间只能走一条"共同进化"的路。     

鲁西陆表海高分辨层序地层及海平面变动控制

依据钻孔岩芯和测进资料，对钽西陆表海盆地含煤地层进行了高分辨率层序划分，研究了高分辨率层序地层特点及其控制因素。研究表明，鲁西表海沉积序列中不同级次旋回相互叠加，具有特征的低频（Ⅱ～Ⅲ级）和高频（Ⅳ～Ⅵ级）层序叠加样式；这种相互叠加的旋回结构受控于相互叠置的海平面变化周期，即复合海平面变化。海平面变化周期表现出非对称式突发性上升到缓慢回落的节律性，形成了不对称的旋回记录。

社会主义新农村建设微观模式探析——以四川平武、北川为例

西部贫困山区的新农村建设有着地理条件、经济社会环境、人文基础的特殊性。本文以具有代表性的平武、北川地区为例,以微观模式入手,论述新农村建设的方法,提出了“企业＋集体（合作社,协会）＋农户”的模式,同时将政府的作用引入模式之中。最后本文指出了实现这一模式的方法。
