山东章丘明水地区二叠系“A”层硬质高岭土的研究

明水地区的硬质高岭土俗称焦宝石,即我国华北石炭二叠纪煤系地层申的“A”层铝土。明水地区的“A”层铝土具有耐火度高,化学成分稳定等特点,广泛用于日用陶瓷、电器、耐火材料等工业部门,是一种重要的工业原料。“A”层铝土在华北石炭二叠系煤系地层中分布普遍,层位稳定,其经济价值不低于煤,应当引起有关部门,特别是煤田地质勘探部门的重视。     

Non-host-selective fungal phytotoxins: Biochemical aspects of their mode of action

During the last decade increasing attention has been directed towards the biochemical mechanisms responsible for the biological activity of phytotoxins. Studies on the mode of action of some non-host-selective phytotoxins, some following on from previous observations, have demonstrated a very specific interaction with particular components of the cell machinery, and have suggested the possible use of these phytotoxins as tools for the investigation of important biochemical processes. This review article reports and discusses results of studies carried out in the 1980s with seven non-host-selective fungal toxins: brefeldin A, cercosporin,Cercospora beticola toxin, fusicoccin, ophiobolins, tentoxin, and zinniol. Each of these interferes with the life of the host by interacting with a different biochemical target.     

Maternal vitamin A restriction alters biochemical development of the brain in rats

Summary The biochemical development of the fetal brain in relation to maternal vitamin A restriction was studied in rats. The vitamin A status of pregnant rats was varied by supplying low, medium and adequate amounts (6, 40, and 100 g retinol/day/kg body weight, respectively) of vitamin A during pregnancy and suckling. The maternal vitamin A restriction caused an altered brain development in terms of tissue weight, DNA, RNA and protein levels, and biosynthesis of DNA and protein from [³H]-thymidine and [³H]-leucine, respectively. A dose-dependent effect of maternal vitamin A restriction on the metabolism of DNA, RNA and protein was noticed in the developing fetal brain of rats.     

Influence of bistramide A on the twitch tension in rat atrial heart muscle

Bistramide A, a new toxin isolated from the UrochordateLissoclinum bistratum Sluiter, was applied to rat auricular heart muscle bundles. At a stimulation frequency of 0.2 Hz, the toxin induces a dose-dependent reduction of the stimulated twitch tension force; it decreases and shortens the duration of the plateau and the slow repolarizing phase of the action potential. In the control solution, switching from a stimulation frequency of 0.2 Hz to 1 Hz decreases the force with which a positive potentiation develops either at a maintained high frequency or after switching from 1 Hz to 0.2 Hz. Bistramide A reduces both the force evoked at 1 Hz and the potentiation. The data suggest that Bistramide A blocks Na⁺ conductance; inhibits Ca⁺⁺ channels in a time-and frequency-dependent manner; reduces Na⁺–Ca⁺⁺ exchange activity; but does not modify the ability of the sarcoplasmic reticulum to be refilled although the rate of Ca⁺⁺ accumulation is decreased.     

基于时空图注意力的短期电力负荷预测方法

准确的电力负荷预测对现代电力系统的安全经济运行至关重要.电力负荷预测可以表述为一个具有一定潜在空间依赖性的多变量时序预测问题.然而,大多数现有的电力负荷预测工作未能探索这种空间依赖关系.基于此,本文提出了一种基于时空图注意网络的短期电力负荷预测方法.提出一种基于时空图注意网络模块,该模块使用图注意层实现自适应的捕捉各用户间的潜在空间依赖性,同时使用门控卷积注意力层对各用户用电量在时间维度上进行自适应拟合,以提高网络的预测精度.实际数据实验表明,本文提出的模型整体预测精度提高明显,特别是在一定程度上缓解了长程预测精度恶化的问题,验证了所提方法的有效性与可行性.     

抗Tac单克隆抗体对刀豆蛋白A诱导实验性小鼠肝损伤的影响

本实验利用刀豆蛋白Ａ（ＣｏｎＡ）诱导建立实验性小鼠肝损伤模型,并研究该模型血浆肿瘤坏死因子－α（ＴＮＦ－α）含量的变化,发现小鼠血浆ＴＮＦ－α含量与正常对照组比较明显升高,其差异有极显著意义（Ｐ＜００１）。预先注射抗Ｔａｃ单克隆抗体可减少ＣｏｎＡ注射后小鼠ＴＮＦ－α的产生,与模型组比较,二者血浆ＴＮＦ－α的差异有极显著意义（Ｐ＜００１）。注射抗Ｔａｃ单克隆抗体组无肝损伤发生。上述结果表明,ＣｏｎＡ诱导的肝损伤与ＴＮＦ－α等细胞因子的介导有关,抗Ｔａｃ单克隆抗体对ＣｏｎＡ诱导的肝损伤有保护作用     

矿井监测系统双积分A／D转换器的设计

介绍了一种利用８０３１单片机实现的智能型双积分Ａ／Ｄ转换器的实用电路,所构成的Ａ／Ｄ转换器转换位数可由程序设定,最高可达１６位。     

免疫沉淀法分离纯化感染细胞中的甲肝病毒RNA

本研究采用抗血清（多抗血清）沉淀甲肝病毒,并用盐酸胍酸性酚,氯仿一步法分离纯化病毒ＲＮＡ．此方法能排除非病毒ＲＮＡ的污染,操作简单,要求条件较低,ＲＮＡ的纯度和完整性都较好     

人亲环素A单克隆抗体的制备及鉴定

制备人亲环素Ａ特异性单克隆抗体并鉴定其特性。方法：利用基因重组技术大量表达人亲环素Ａ蛋白,纯化后作为抗原免疫的ＢＡＢＬ／ｃ小鼠,经细胞融合和筛选,制备特异单克隆抗体。结果和结论;共建立三株稳定分泌抗人ＣｙＰＡ的杂交瘤细胞株,其所产生的单克隆抗体均为ＩｇＭ型,轻链为ｋ。     

干湿循环法制备抗菌性 5A 沸石

本文探索了制备抗菌性沸石的新方法———干湿循环处理法,采用５Ａ沸石分别与抗菌性离子Ｚｎ２＋、Ａｇ＋、Ｃｕ２＋的溶液进行干湿循环处理,制备抗菌性５Ａ沸石。研究了反应条件,如温度、浓度、循环次数对沸石中抗菌性离子含量的影响,找出了最佳反应条件。测试了抗菌性５Ａ沸石的耐洗涤性能和抗菌性５Ａ沸石对黑曲霉菌、大肠杆菌及嗜热脂肪芽胞杆菌的抗菌效果。研究结果表明,干湿循环法制备抗菌性沸石,具有抗菌性离子含量多,抗菌性能好,方法简便,反应时间短,节约原料等优点。
