A new semisynthetic ergot peptide alkaloid: DCN 203-922

Summary We report the synthesis, stereochemistry and preliminary pharmacological evaluation of DCN 203-922, a novel ergot alkaloid of the cyclol type, which contains in its peptide moiety the uncommon amino acid L-allo-isoleucine.Part of this paper was reported by this author at the Herbstversammlung der Schweizerischen Chemischen Gesellschaft, Bern, in October 1986.     

A major metabolite of Δ1-tetrahydrocannabinol reduces its cataleptic effect in mice

Summary The results described here demonstrate that THC-induced catalepsy in mice can be substantially inhibited by the prior administration of ¹-THC-7-oic acid, the major metabolite of THC in most species including humans. This raises the possibility that the intensity and duration of action of THC may depend to a large degree on the levels of this metabolite at the sites of action.We thank the National Institute on Drug Abuse for supporting this project by grants DA-02043 and DA-02052 and for supplying all of the cannabinoids. 采用水热法合成了含混合配体的铜配合物[CuClPhen]⁺·[HL]^-·2H₂O（HL=5-硝基间苯二甲酸,Phen=1,10-菲咯啉）,其结构由单晶X射线晶体学确定。标题化合物在三斜空间群P-1的晶体化合物。标题化合物的晶体数据：C₃₂H₂₄ClN₅CuO₈,M_r = 704.54,a = 10.4044(5),b = 12.3912(9),c = 12.4632(9)Å,α = 73.859(6),β = 85.036(5),γ = 78.202(5)^°,V = 1510.09(17) ų,Z = 2, T = 293(2) K,D_c = 1.549 g/cm³,μ(MoKα) = 0.874 mm^-1,F(000) = 720.0,R = 0.0554,wR = 0.1434,GOF = 1.098。当用作超级电容器电极材料时,所制备的配合物具有高比电容、良好的循环稳定性和优良的倍率性能。在1mol/L KOH溶液中,最大比电容可达到69 F/g。在2 A/g电流密度下,10000次循环后比电容保持率为72%。标题化合物是一种潜在的红色光致发光材料。     

测长仪器数字化微机化改造中的精度保证

本文介绍了测长仪器数字化微机化改造中的精度保证方法:标尺倾斜调整法和计算机软件补偿法。作者将这些方法应用于万能工具显微镜的改造中,获得了满意的效果。该方法简单有效,而且亦适用于新测长仪器的制造。文中还对测长标尺的制造提出了“标尺刻度间距的公差带应正向单向布置”的指导性意见。     

江西樟树四特酒香味成分的GC／MS分析

通过对四特酒进行化学处理、分类收集组分,采用GC/MS联用技术对各组分进行分离与定性定量测定,分离出130多个色谱峰,鉴定出65个化合物.     

“灰箱”的辩识与控制——一种简便实用的自适应控制方法

以在蒸汽机车锅炉减温群控系统中成功地实现自适应控制为例,介绍一种用单板机对“灰箱”进行在线辩识和自校正调节的方法,并提出了简化的自适应控制算式.     

纯铁氮化层时效的透射电镜研究

用透射电镜研究了纯铁离子氮化缓冷后时效时,其扩散层中相的转变过程,并用实验力学中测定宏观应变的Moire法原理,通过对电镜水纹图象进行分析,测定了a"与a_N相间的共格应变值。     

Metabolism of 3β-hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid in hamsters

Summary Metabolism of 26-hydroxycholesterol to 3-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid and other C24-bile acids has been expected to occur by way of 3-hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid in studies in vitro. 3-Hydroxycholest-5-en-26-oic acid was infused intravenously into bile fistula hamsters and the following C24-bile acids were identified: 3-hydroxychol-5-en-24-oic acid, lithocholic acid, chenodeoxycholic acid, and a small amount of cholic acid.     

外加电磁场对火焰结构及燃料燃烧特性的影响

燃料在电、磁场作用下的燃烧是一个新的跨学科性质的研究课题.它涉及磁流体发电、空间技术中电磁燃烧技术的应用以及能源与动力工程中能量转换与效率.本文从实验和理论两个方面,扼要地报导了碳氢燃料在外加磁场、电场影响下的火焰结构及其燃烧特性.把近年来我研究小组的主要研究结果汇总发表.     

回流充气法处理中,高量含铁地下水的研究

本文介绍一种深井回流充气工艺,它兼具充氧和除铁综合性能的新型工艺形式,能改善含铁地下水的过滤性能.在此基础上提出了深井回流充气稳定期的概念,建立了深井回流充气系统中氧量的平衡关系.通过正交试验,提出了处理中、高量含铁地下水的推荐工艺流程和工艺参数.采用χ—射线衍射方法测试了井内铁泥和成熟滤料表面滤膜的成分和形态,分析了"充气"和"过滤》两过程中的除铁机理.
