基于二维提升方案的可逆双正交小波变换在渐进性无损图像压缩中的应用

分析了一维(基于行、列分解和重构)提升方案的特点，从理论上指出了一维提升方案的不足之处，提出了二维(基于子带分解和重构)提升方案，并给出了CDF(1，3)双正交小波二维提升方案的具体形式，改进的提升方案弥补了一维提升方案的不足之处，不需作‘√2’因子和归一化处理，整个小波变换是可逆的、基于整数运算的、能量守恒的，减少了误差传递的机会，用该小波变换实现了快速的、渐进性的直至无损图像压缩。     

布朗单样本轨道的重分形分析

主要研究布朗单W＝{W（s1,s2)s1，s2≥0}样本轨道的重分形分析问题．在布朗单一致连续模的基础上讨论“α—快点集”的重分形分析性质，得到了两类不同增量形式的“α—快点集”的Hausdorff维数．

基于多重分形谱的图像索引方法研究

讨论了图像多重分形谱的计算方法及简化算法,对图像多重分形谱的一些特性进行了概括,利用简化 算法求得的多重分形谱数据对图像进行索引,给出了一些改进方案用于进一步研究。     

三河湿地自然保护区水禽资源初步调查

2 0 0 1-2 0 0 3年对三河湿地自然保护区水禽资源进行了调查 ,结果表明 ,本区共有鸟类 7目 13科 5 6种 ,其中古北界鸟类 43种 (76.79% ) ,东洋界鸟类 7种 (12 .5 0 % ) ,广布型鸟类 6种 (10 .71% ) ,湿地水鸟组成呈现南北交错 ,以古北界为主的特征 .繁殖水鸟 10种 ,占 17.86% ,非繁殖鸟 46种 ,占 82 .14 % .在繁殖鸟中 ,古北界有 2种 ,东洋界 4种 ,广布种 4种 .     

Emergent Property in Macromolecular Motion

In this paper, the model of inverse cascade fractal super-blocks along one direction (in the positive or negative) in the 3-dimensional space is developed to describe the self-similar motion in macromolecular system. Microscopically the cohesive and dispersed states of the motion blocks are co- existent states with vastly different probability of occurrence. Experimental results and theoretical analysis show that the microscopic cohesive state energy and dispersed state energy of each motion block are respectively equal to the macroscopic glassy state energy kTg and molten state energy kTm of the system. This singularity unveils topologically the non-integrability, mathematically the anholonomy, and macroscopically the emergent property. This singularity also reveals that the glass, viscoelastic and melt states are three distinct emergent properties of macromolecular motion from a macroscopic viewpoint. The fractal concept of excluded volume is introduced to depict the random motion at various scales in     

Classification of Medical Brain Images

Since brain tumors endanger people‘s living quality and even their lives, the accuracy of classification becomes more important. Conventional classifying techniques are used to deal with thosedatasets with characters and numbers. It is difficult, however, to apply them to datasets that include brain images and medical history (alphanumeric data), especially to guarantee the accuracy.For these datasets, this paper combines the knowledge of medical field and improves the traditional decision tree. The new classification algorithm with the direction of the medical knowledge not only adds the interaction with the doctors, but also enhances the quality of classification. The algorithm has been used on real brain CT images and a precious rule has been gained from the experiments. This oaoer shows that the ahzorithm works well for real CT data.     

Impact of the Small Town Construction on Original Inhabitants in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area--A Case Study in Lishu Village, Changling Town, Chongqing Municipality, China

Based on the five-year long dynamic tracking and investigation of the peasant households of the Lishu village, the influences by small town construction on the economy and employment of the original peasant households are discussed. On the one hand, small town construction plays a positive role in adjustment of the industrial structure of the original peasant households and in the transfer of their employment towards non-agricultural industries. On the other hand the economic growth of the original peasant households is not so well sustainable, and is so fluctuating. Moreover,the unbalance of income distribution of the said households has been furthered, and small town construction has made the existing labor surplus of the original peasant households more serious, particularly the women labor surplus.     

三峡库区开县坡地稳定性综合评价

将开县自然条件与社会经济发展程度近似的乡镇划成5个片区，再将各参评因子的调查数据通过数理分析统计处理。得出各片区坡地稳定性综合评价指数，并进行评价。其成果对三峡库区及长江上游的生态环境建设和农业结构调整均有积极指导意义。
