基于遗传算法的粗糙集知识约简方法

提出一种基于遗传算法的知识相对约简算法。通过在知识表达系统中引入决策属性支持度的概念，来描述由条件属性所提供的知识对整体决策的支持程度，并通过决策属性支持度定义条件属性对决策属性的相对重要性，以此作为启发式信息求出相对核，并将相对核加入遗传算法的初始种群中以加快算法的收敛。同时。在适应值函数中引入惩罚函数，可以保证所求约简既舍较少的属性又有较强的支持度，能够获得最佳的搜索效果。该算法通过实例分析，证明是求解知识约简问题的快速有效方法。     

民营企业高层管理团队冲突和冲突管理模型

从民营企业高层管理团队冲突的特征入手,分析了我国民营企业高层管理团队冲突的表现,然后从民营企业高层管理团队冲突分类、冲突诱因、冲突转化、冲突与绩效、冲突管理与绩效、冲突反馈六个方面详细地综述分析了民营企业高管团队冲突和冲突管理的相关理论.在此基础上,采取面向过程和权变的思想,提出了一个综合模型,并与现有模型进行了比较分析.该模型为以后的研究提供了系统性和前瞻性的分析框架,也为民营企业对高层管理团队冲突进行有效管理,从而实现高层管理团队的持续发展提供了战略指导.     

论马斯洛需要层次理论在高校图书馆管理中的应用

高校图书馆应该以马斯洛的“需要层次论”为理论依据,在人员管理上,构建以人为本的激励机制,以便更好地激励工作人员的工作积极性、主动性和创造性,提高馆员自身的素质和服务水平,从而促进图书馆的各项工作。     

History and scientific practice in the construction of an adequate philosophy of science: revisiting a Whewell/Mill debate

William Whewell raised a series of objections concerning John Stuart Mill’s philosophy of science which suggested that Mill’s views were not properly informed by the history of science or by adequate reflection on scientific practices. The aim of this paper is to revisit and evaluate this incisive Whewellian criticism of Mill’s views by assessing Mill’s account of Michael Faraday’s discovery of electrical induction. The historical evidence demonstrates that Mill’s reconstruction is an inadequate reconstruction of this historical episode and the scientific practices Faraday employed. But a study of Faraday’s research also raises some questions about Whewell’s characterization of this discovery. Thus, this example provides an opportunity to reconsider the debate between Whewell and Mill concerning the role of the sciences in the development of an adequate philosophy of scientific methodology.

从新旧格莱斯会话含义理论分析礼貌原则的运用

Grice认为,人们在日常会话中总是遵循一套相互合作的基本准则,即合作原则。作为对合作原则的补充,Leech继而提出了礼貌原则用以“拯救”合作原则。实际上,人们并不总是因为礼貌才违反合作原则的。1987年,Levinson提出了他称之为“新格莱斯语用机制”的会话含义三原则,试图重新构建会话含义理论。本文将从新旧格莱斯会话含义理论分别阐释礼貌原则的运用。     

Predicting the potential distribution of invasive exotic species using GIS and information-theoretic approaches： A case of ragweed （Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.） distribution in China

Invasive exotic species pose a growing threat to the economy,public health,and ecological integrity of nations worldwide. Explaining and predicting the spatial distribution of invasive exotic species is of great importance to prevention and early warning efforts. We are investigating the potential distribution of invasive exotic species,the environmental factors that influence these distributions,and the ability to predict them using statistical and information-theoretic approaches. For some species,detailed presence/absence occurrence data are available,allowing the use of a variety of standard statistical techniques. However,for most species,absence data are not available. Presented with the challenge of developing a model based on presence-only information,we developed an improved logistic regres-sion approach using Information Theory and Frequency Statistics to produce a relative suitability map. This paper generated a variety of distributions of ragweed(Ambrosia artemisiifolia L.) from logistic regression models applied to herbarium specimen location data and a suite of GIS layers including climatic,topographic,and land cover information. Our logistic regression model was based on Akaike's Information Criterion(AIC) from a suite of ecologically reasonable predictor variables. Based on the results we provided a new Frequency Statistical method to compartmentalize habitat-suitability in the native range. Finally,we used the model and the compartmentalized criterion developed in native ranges to “project” a potential distribution onto the exotic ranges to build habitat-suitability maps.

刘少奇作为党的第一代中央领导集体的主要成员,对马克思主义中国化的两大理论成果即毛泽东思想和邓小平理论都作出了相应的贡献。他提出的许多观点补充和丰富了毛泽东思想的内容,同时他对毛泽东思想系统而又深刻地阐述,为毛泽东思想在全党指导地位的确立做出了巨大贡献;他在建设社会主义的过程中提出的许多建设性的观点,与邓小平理论的形成有着巨大渊源。     

拖拉机前机罩装配线平衡优化

为了优化生产,提高装配线效率,在对约束理论及装配线平衡研究的基础上,运用eM-Plant软件建立了拖拉机前机罩总成装配线的仿真模型。通过运行仿真,识别出了瓶颈工序,并提出了改进方案,消除了装配线上的堵塞现象,降低了工位闲置时间,提高了装配线平衡率。仿真分析的结果为装配线的规划与布局提供了科学依据。     

桥梁施工控制中灰色理论的应用研究

本文系统地研究了灰色理论在大跨度连续刚构桥线形控制中的运用,通过三种不同的方法建立灰色模型,预测节段施工过程的挠度变化,再利用所得到预测值进行比较分析。首次在桥梁施工控制中运用原始数据序列进行三点滑动平均的方法,有效地减小了数据波动性和人为操作误差的影响,提高了灰色模型的预测精度,其结论可为类似工程提供借鉴。
