Conjugated polymer, regioregular poly(3-hexylthiophene) (rr-P3HT), films were prepared by spin-coating the rr-P3HT chloroform solution onto clean silicon wafer surfaces. The chemical re- action and electronic structure of Ca deposition on rr-P3HT surfaces were in situ investigated by synchrotron radiation photoemission spectroscopy (SRPES) and X-ray photoemission spectros- copy (XPS). Upon Ca deposition, Ca-induced band bending of rr-P3HT is observed. In addition, Ca atoms preferentially react with S atoms of rr-P3HT. No obvious reaction between Ca and C atoms can be found. Through the investigation of the evolution of valence band spectra and secondary electron cut-off of rr-P3HT during the process of Ca deposition, an energy level alignment diagram at the Ca/rr-P3HT interface is derived.  相似文献

In this work, the preparation of chitosan-poly(acrylic acid)-calcium phosphate hybrid nanoparticles (CS-PAA-CaP NP) based on the mineralization of calcium phosphate (CAP) on the surface of chitosan-poly (acrylic acid) nanoparticles (CS-PAA NPs) was reported. CS-PAA-CaP NPs were achieved by directly adding ammonia to the aqueous solution of CS-PAA nanoparticles or by thermal decomposition of urea in the aqueous solution of CS-PAA nanoparticles, resulting in the mineralization of CaP on the surface of CS-PAA NPs. Through these two routes, especially using urea as a pH-regulator, the precipitation of CS-PAA NPs, a common occurrence in basic environment, was avoided. The size, morphology and ingredient of CS-PAA-CaP hybrid nanoparticles were characterized by dynamic light scattering (DLS), transmission electron microscope (TEM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), thermogravimetry analysis (TGA) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD). When urea was used as the pH regulator to facilitate the mineralization during the thermal urea decomposition procedure, regular CS-PAA-CaP hybrid nanoparticles with a porosity-structural CaP shells and 400-600 nm size were obtained. TGA result revealed that the hybrid NPs contained approximately 23% inorganic component, which was consistent with the ratio of starting materials. The XRD spectra of hybrid nanoparticles in- dicated that dicalcium phosphate (DCP: CaHPO4) crystal was a dominant component of mineralization. The porous structure of the CS-PAA-CaP hybrid NPs might be greatly useful in pharmaceutical and other medical applications.  相似文献

采用直接沉淀法,制备出n型半导体氧化物ZnO纳米粒子.通过XRD、TG—DAT等手段对该氧化物的结构和热稳定性进行了分析.XRD物相分析表明该产物为六方晶系;TG—DAT表明前驱体碱式碳酸锌分解生成ZnO的温度为239℃.研究了焙烧温度、催化剂用量以及光照等条件对ZnO光催化性能的影响.利用红外光谱分析的方法验证了其光催化降解效果.结果表明,在适当的用量及紫外光照射下,530℃焙烧得到的ZnO纳米粒子对活性翠蓝K—GL、活性染料B—RN有极强的光催化降解活性.  相似文献

细胞迁移在个体发育、组织重塑、损伤后再生以及肿瘤发生等过程中发挥着重要作用。细胞迁移过程受钙信号调控,但长期困扰这一领域的一个悖论是,为何引导迁移的细胞前沿区钙信号反而较低。本研究采用高分辨率共聚焦钙离子荧光成像技术,在迁移的成纤维细胞中首次探测到动态微区钙信号——“钙闪烁”(calcium flickers)。钙闪烁富集于细胞迁移前沿,与静态钙离子梯度恰恰相反。产生钙闪烁的分子机制涉及两类钙离子通道,即细胞表面TRPM7牵张激活通道和内质网膜上的IP3受体。在趋化因子PDGF作用下,引导前沿中钙闪烁呈不对称分布,从而促进迁移细胞的转向。研究结果不仅完美地解释了上述悖论,同时揭示了微区钙信号如何通过精细的时空整合调节细胞迁移、趋化反应等复杂的生命过程。  相似文献

To investigate the action mechanisms of a new erythrocyte-derived depressing factor (EDDF), the focus is placed on the effect of EDDF on both cytosolic and nuclear free calcium (Ca2+) transportation in vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC), as well as the apoptosis and cell cycle of VSMC of rats. EDDF has been extracted from human erythrocytes. The changes of Ca2+ levels in cytoplasm ([Ca2+]i) and nucleus ([Ca2+]n) have been observed using a laser scanning confocal microscope together with fluo-3/AM as a calcium indicator. Flow cytometric technique was used to study the effect of EDDF on cell cycle and apoptosis of VSMC. [Ca2+], and [Ca2+]n were significantly decreased through several different pathways: ( i ) it reduced the Ca2+ influx by blocking L-type voltage-dependent calcium channel (L-VDC) and R-type voltage-dependent calcium channel (R-VDC); (ii) it inhibited the Ca2+ release from inositol 1, 4, 5-trisphosphate (IP3) sensitive calcium store; and (iii) activated Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) and promoted the transportation of Ca2+ from cytoplasm to SR. However, EDDF seemed to have little inhibitory effect on the Ca2+ release from ryonodine sensitive calcium pool. It was also found that EDDF (10−4 g/mL) significantly decreased the proportion of S phase of human umbilical vein (HUV) and inhibited the proliferation of VSMC induced by angiotensin II (Angll, 10−5 mol/L). The apopotosis did not occur when VSMC was cultured under normal condition. While VSMC apoptosis was induced by Angll (10−5 mol/L) and EDDF (10−4 g/mL) seemed to have little effect on it. The inhibitory effect of EDDF on the elevation of [Ca2+]i and [Ca2+]n of VSMC might play an essential role in its action mechanisms and the ways it affects the Ca2+ handling of VSMC demonstrate that EDDF was different from other endogenous blood pressure regulators and some known antihypertensive drugs. EDDF could inhibit the proliferation of VSMC, which indicated that it might be beneficial to the prevention and treatment of hypertension and arteriosclerosis.  相似文献

针对CO2驱油方法在近年来得到人们的广泛重视,它在国内尤其在国外应用广泛,取得了良好的驱油效果的实际,研究了注CO2采油过程中,当CO2到达储层后,与地层原油、地层水以及储层岩石相互接触,发生一些物理化学性质的变化,使得储层的渗透能力也发生变化的问题。利用中原油田提供的地层水及储层岩石样品进行了CO2和地层水、储层配伍性的实验研究。测试了注CO2前后岩芯水测渗透率的变化情况,并进行了原因分析。实验结果表明:注CO2过程中不会产生碳酸钙沉淀堵塞孔道降低储层渗透率;相反由于CO2溶解于水中生成碳酸溶蚀了岩石的某些胶结物,使岩石渗透率得到改善。  相似文献

在淮北平原区五道沟水文水资源试验场,对降雨径流中的氢氧稳定同位素组成变化的特点及控制平原区河道径流组分划分的一些流域水文因素进行了同位素示踪实验研究.结果表明,实验期间降雨中的δ(18O)(-0.918%~-0.518%)及δ(2H)(-5.064%~-2.310%)的变幅较大,并随雨强的降低而增大;1,3,6号测井地下水的δ(18O)(或δ(2H))主要与补给区水源及降雨的δ(18O)(或δ(2H))有关,其对降雨入渗补给的响应较慢,有明显的滞后效应;IR自记井及S4抽水井由于受抽水灌溉等人类活动的持续影响,δ(18O)(或δ(2H))明显偏负,表明有来自深部潜水的补给.此外,流域出口断面河水的δ(18O)(或δ(2H))受平原型流域较强均化作用的影响,其变幅远远小于降雨的δ(18O)(或δ(2H))变幅,在使用同位素方法划分河道径流组分时,需要考虑降雨到形成河道径流的传输时间.  相似文献
