RL一阶电路在正弦输入下的暂态过程

对正弦输入下的RL一阶电路的暂态过程进行了讨论,分析了电路在接通正弦交流信号时,直接进入稳定状态的条件及在零状态时的过电流现象。     

A MODEL FOR MEDIUM-OR LONG-TERM PLANNING

The PDAS(Production Distribution Area,Spatial)is an efficient method for optimalanalysis of the existing industrial production spatial distribution.As the main problem formedium- and long-term programming of the industrial production level isproject investmentanalysis,incorporation of project investment into PDAS to evaluate the project investmentcomprehensively over the whole planned period will be an ideal approach.This.however,changes the linear programming problem into a mixed integer programming problem withconstraints which include a step function.To simplify the algorithm,in light of large scalesystem decomposition,a model and an algorithm with coordinative running of schedulingand distribution optimization are proposed.The new version of PDAS,named PDAS-D,will have more practical use in decision support analysis for the medium-and long-termproduction spatial distribution and optimal adjustment of industrial structure by means ofproject investment.

An analytic hierarchy process model of group consensus

In group decision making, a certain degree of consensus is necessary to derive a meaningful and valid outcome. This paper proposes a consensus reaching model for a group by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）. It supports people to improve their group consensus level through an updating of their judgments. In this model, a moderator suggests the most discoraant aeclslon manet to update his judgment in each step. The proposed consensus reaching model allows decision makers to accept or reject the suggestion from the moderator. This model ensures that the judgment updating is effective and the final solution will be of acceptable consistency. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the validity of the proposed consensus reaching model.

研究了以木薯淀粉为原料 ,乙醇为溶剂 ,合成羧甲基淀粉钠的合成工艺 .考查了配料比、反应温度、反应时间、催化剂及催化剂用量对产品取代度的影响 .在选定的实验条件下 ,产品的取代度达到 0 .8以上     

Analysis on Some of Software Reliability Models

Software reliability & maintainability evaluation tool (SRMET 3.0) is introducted in detail in this paper,which was developed by Software Evaluation and Test Center of China Aerospace Mechanical Corporation. SRMET 3.0is supported by seven soft ware reliability models and four software maintainability models. Numerical characteristicsfor all those models are deeply studied in this paper, and corresponding numerical algorithms for each model are alsogiven in the paper.
