离心式分子蒸馏设备计算机控制系统

介绍自行研制的离心式分子蒸馏设备（ＬＦＺ－１）的计算机控制系统。该系统采用独特的过程在线仿真技术和多级分布式结构，实现了监督优化控制、自动控制等先进控制功能。     

1,3,4—恶二唑的酰基硫脲衍生物的合成

从邻氯苯酚出发合成邻氯苯氧乙酰异硫氯氰酸酯，分别与５种２－氨基－５－芳基－１，３，４－恶二反应得到１，３，４－恶二唑的邻氯苯氧乙酰基硫脲衍生物，用ＩＲ，＾１ＨＮＭＲ，元素分析等对它们的结构进行了确证，并分析归纳合成该目标产物的最佳合成条件。     

经验过程的欧拉弱大数定律

得到了经验过程的一般加权和的对称化不等式及欧拉加权系数的性质．利用这个对称化不等式及欧拉加权系数的性质，研究了经验过程中的独立同分布随机元序列的欧拉可求和性，得到了经验过程的欧拉弱大数定律成立的充分条件（Ｅｆ（Ｘ）２Ｇ＜∞），建立了实值情形下的结果在经验过程中的相应形式．     

膦酰基二硫代甲酸酯与1-乙酰氧基丁二烯的杂Diels-Alder反应的理论研究

采用密度泛函理论方法在B3LYP/6-31G(d)水平上对膦酰基二硫代甲酸酯与1-乙酰氧基丁二烯的4种可能的杂Diels-Alder反应进行了理论计算研究.结果表明,所研究反应均以协同的方式进行.在2个反应中,C—S键先于C—C键形成;而另外2个反应则基本是同步的协同反应.计算结果不仅正确预测了实验所发现的完全的区域选择性,而且表明这种选择性由动力学因素所决定.     

积屑瘤的形成过程

本文借助高频摄影机研究积屑瘤的形成过程。通过观察和分析高频摄影所得的切削过程连续照片后,提出积屑瘤的形成过程是由形成基础和长大两个阶段组成的。积屑瘤形成后有明确的边界。     

Low dipole moment large β electrooptic chromophores based on exocyclic double bond conjugated bridge

Novel low dipole moment (μ) and large first hyperpolarizability (β) electrooptic chromophores have been designed based on the special characteristic of reversed dipole moment in the excited state of exocyclic double bond (ECDB) conjugated bridge by the optimization of the substituted method, and their electronic and second-order nonlinear optical properties have been theoretically investigated by employing the AM1/FF and ZINDO/S-CI approaches. By extending the conjugation length and optimizing the donor/acceptor strength, the oscillator strength of the excited transition that contributes to the molecular nonlinearity can be further enhanced. The designed chromophores possess a larger figure of merit (FOM) than that of 4-N,N-dimethylamino-4′-nitrostilbene (DANS), and lower (<5 D) ground state dipole moment.

Conformational analysis on anti-HIV-1 peptide T22([Tyr5,12,Lys7]-polyphemusinⅡ )

The conformational scan of anti-HIV peptide T22 ([Tyrsup>5,12, Lys⁷]-polyphemusinⅡ) backbone on a deformed potential energy surface (PES) was performed using the potential smoothing searching (PSS) protocol. All located minima were then transferred to the original PES using undeformed optimized potentials for liquid simulations (OPLS) potential function, and minimized by multi-conformer minimization (MCM). For solution-phase calculations, the GB/SA continuum model for water was used. This application of PSS integrated with MCM is proved a feasible method for solving the multiple-minimum problem in the conformational analysis of flexible molecules with cyclic structure.
