高产5-氨基乙酰丙酸光合细菌株的分离鉴定

从不同生态环境中分离培养出20株光合细菌,进行5-氨基乙酰丙酸(5-ALA)的产量检测,筛选出一株分离自广州市云溪公园池塘底泥的菌株R5,其5-ALA产量最高,达4.92 mg/L.为了确定菌株R5的分类学地位,对该菌株的形态学、碳源利用情况等生理生化特性进行了研究,表明该菌株符合红假单胞菌属的生物学特征;以菌株R5基因组DNA为模板PCR扩增16S rDNA基因,对PCR产物进行了序列测定,将所测得的核酸序列与相关细菌的16S rRNA序列进行比对,并构建进化树进行系统发育分析,发现菌株R5与沼泽红假单胞菌株KUGB306(Rhodop-seudom onas palustrisKUGB306)形成一个类群,序列同源性为99%.故最后确定该高产5-ALA的菌株属于红假单胞菌属(Rhodopseudom onas).     

分形理论在吉林西部干旱指数预测中的应用

干旱指数反映了气候的干旱程度,干旱指数的年际变化能够体现一个地区气候的演变.吉林西部降水不足,蒸发量大,干旱程度逐渐加剧.应用分形理论,首先进行了吉林西部1951-2003年共53 a干旱指数的R/ S分析,计算出Hurst系数,结果表明吉林西部的干旱指数在时间序列上具有显著的自相似性.在此基础上,应用连续变维分形模型预测了2004-2023年的干旱指数,结果表明该区气候将继续向干旱的趋势发展.     

基于S3C2410构建PDA数据采集节点系统

描述了以现代的无损检测技术为基础,以S3C2410为核心构建的PDA数据采集系统。该系统实现了无线网络节点的数据采集功能。在此基础上设计了一套PDA数据采集,其硬件结构由S3C2410、无线网络节点和通信模块等组成;系统软件分为驱动程序模块、通信协议模块等,可应用于高校的教室温度采集系统。     

Genus Baseodiscus (Nemertea: Heteronemertea): Molecular identification of a new species in a phylogenetic context

A new heteronemertean, Baseodiscus jonasii sp. nov., is described from Guadalcanal, Solomon Islands. It resembles B. delineatus in inner morphology but can be distinguished from this species by its different colour pattern and differences in the nucleotide sequence of the mitochondrial 16S rRNA gene. The monophyletic status of the genus is investigated by reconstructing the phylogeny of six specimens from four species assigned to this genus, together with 22 specimens from nine other heteronemertean genera, using parsimony and Bayesian analysis. The results imply that Baseodiscus is a monophyletic group while several other heteronemertean genera are non‐monophyletic.     

国际科技合作中知识转移风险的研究

随着科技全球化的发展和深入,国际科技合作成为各国政府和科研机构提升自身科研水平和核心竞争力的有力途径。然而,在国际科技合作中进行知识的转移与交流时,不可避免的面临着各种各样的风险,如何识别扣防范这些风险成为目前亟待解决的议题。有鉴于此,本文从知识、合作成员和环境三个维度,系统的对国际科技合作中的知识转移风险因素进行了分析,并据此进一步构建出相应的风险防范机制模型,力图为降低国际科技中的知识转移风险提供科学的理论依据。     

The utility F-box for protein destruction

A signature feature of all living organisms is their utilization of proteins to construct molecular machineries that undertake the complex network of cellular activities. The abundance of a protein element is temporally and spatially regulated in two opposing aspects: de novo synthesis to manufacture the required amount of the protein, and destruction of the protein when it is in excess or no longer needed. One major route of protein destruction is coordinated by a set of conserved molecules, the F-box proteins, which promote ubiquitination in the ubiquitin-proteasome pathway. Here we discuss the functions of F-box proteins in several cellular scenarios including cell cycle progression, synapse formation, plant hormone responses, and the circadian clock. We particularly emphasize the mechanisms whereby F-box proteins recruit specific substrates and regulate their abundance in the context of SCF E3 ligases. For some exceptions, we also review how F-box proteins function through non-SCF mechanisms.     

高C3S水泥硬化浆体水浸取液中离子浓度的变化规律

为了研究高C3S水泥硬化浆体水浸取液中离子浓度与水化条件间的关系，本文利用水浸取法探讨了水化时间、水灰比、水化温度等因素对高硅酸三钙水泥水化硬化体系水浸取液中离子浓度的影响。试验结果表明：浸取液中的各离子浓度和pH值随水化时间的延长、水灰比的增加和养护温度的升高而降低；其中水化14d前离子浓度和pH值下降速度很快，14d下降速度趋缓；各水化条件下离子浓度的大小主要与水化程度、孔隙率和水化产物的溶解相关。该研究对于从离子浓度方面去了解高C3S水泥的水化特点具有一定的指导意义。

金融机具销售子系统的研究

根据金融机具企业产品的特征,采用C/S结构和B/S结构相结合的方案,研制开发了金融机具产品销售管理系统中的销售预测子系统,并以"JL302微型纸币清分机"为例,给出了销售预测子系统的几个实际运行界面以及功能流程图.结果表明此系统适合金融机具行业,具有用户操作简便、易于扩展,系统实用、可靠性较高等特点.     

Identification of an S5n allele in Oryza rufipogon Griff. and its effect on embryo sac fertility

Oryza rufipogon exhibits abundant genetic diversity and contains many elite genes. In this work, a total of 441 accessions of O. rufipogon were genetically examined using the functional marker S5n, revealing that 18 accessions carried the S5n allele with a heterozygous genotype (S5nS5i/j). Of these accessions, 14 were from Guangdong Province, 2 from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, 1 from Hainan Province and 1 from Jiangxi Province.
