Re-evaluation of the phylogenetic position of the genus Dexiotrichides (Protozoa, Ciliophora, Scuticociliatida) inferred from stomatogenetic and molecular information for Dexiotrichides pangi

The divisional process and systematic position of the marine scuticociliate Dexiotrichides pangi are studied. Based on both stomatogenetic data and 18S rDNA gene sequences, the phylogeny and morphogenetic characteristics of this taxon, and of other related genera, are analyzed and discussed. Both the divisionary events and the molecular biological data indicate that this speciesgenus, together with certain other genera in the Dexiotricha-complex, occupies an intermediate position between the tetrahymenids and the “typical” scuticociliate, which suggests that the Dexiotricha-like taxa should be excluded from the “true” scuticociliates. As a further contribution, the process of stomatogenesis in D. pangi can be summarized as follows: (1) The oral primordia in the opisthe are formed only by the proliferation of basal bodies in the scutica field, which subsequently develop into three membranelles, while the new paroral membrane seems to be generated by the sub-anterior portion of somatic kinety 1 (the 1st postoral intercalary kinety). The latter character exhibits a mode similar to Tetrahymena. (2) In the proter the parental membranelles are retained and remain unchanged throughout the entire division process; only the old paroral membrane is disassembled and differentiated into the anlage, which then gives rise to the new paroral membrane and the scutica of the proter. The 18S rRNA gene sequence reported here is the first one for a ciliate in the Dexiotricha-complex.     

An Asymptotic UTD Solution for the Scattering by an Impedance Wedge at Skew Incidence

Asymptotic expressions for the fields scattered by an isotropic impedance wedge at skew incidence are derived in the frame of the uniform geometrical theory of diffraction （UTD）. They are obtained by approximately solving the difference equations generated from impedance boundary con ditions （IBCs） in Maliuzhinets＇ approach. The method overcomes the discontinuity of the nonuniform evaluation given in the literature referred and can give out satisfactory numerical results.     

一株来自深海沉积物的低温、嗜压菌的分离鉴定

从西太平洋5060m深的海底沉积物中分离到一组低温菌．对其中一株细菌WP02—2—25进行了生理生化和分子水平鉴定．结果表明：该菌革兰氏染色阴性；温度生长范围在28℃以下．最适生长温度15℃．pH耐受范围为4．5～9．5；最适pH值7．5．能够利用D-葡萄糖、甘油和麦芽糖作为唯一碳源生长并产酸．氧化酶和接触酶呈阳性．可以水解明胶和还原硝酸盐．但不能继续还原亚硝酸盐．产H2S气体．依据其生理生化性质、系统发育学、16SrDNA序列同源性分析初步鉴定该菌属于深海中特有的菌属：Morifella属．与嗜压菌Moritella ja ponica种有99．47％的同源性．生理生化指标表明．这两株菌不完全相同．Moritella．ja apoinca可以利用果糖、不能利用麦芽糖．而WP02—2—25正好相反．另外．两的最适生长温度也不一致．前属于嗜冷菌的范畴；后属于耐冷菌．     

Some Results about the Sample Path Properties of Markov Processes with Independent Self-Similar Components

This paper considers a special class of operator self-similar processes Markov processes {X（t）, t≥0} with independent self-similar components, that is, X （ t ） =（X^1（t）,…,X^d（t））, where {X^i（t）,t≥0}, i=1,2,…,d are d independent real valued self-similar Markov processes. By means of Brel-Cantelli lemma, we give two results about asymptotic property as t→∞ of sample paths for two special classes of Markov processes with independent self-similar components.

Two virus-encoded RNA silencing suppressors, P14 of Beet necrotic yellow vein virus and S6 of Rice black streak dwarf virus

Functional analysis for gene silencing suppressor of P14 gene of Beet necrotic yellow vein virus and S6 gene of Rice black streak dwarf virus was carried out by agro- infiltration with recombinant vectors of Potato virus X. The phenotype observation of green fluorescent protein (GFP)expression and Northern blot showed that the gene silencing of gfp transgenic Nicotiana benthamiana induced by homologous sequence was strongly suppressed by the immixture infiltration of either the P14 or the $6. In the suppressed plants, the gfp mRNA accumulation was higher than that in the non-suppressed controls and the symptoms caused by PVX infection became more severe, especially the gfp DNA methylation of plant genome was significantly inhabited when co-infiltrated with RBSDV S6 gene. These results suggested that these two virus genes were potentially to encode for proteins as RNA silencing suppressors.

SIP安全认证机制的分析和改进

首先介绍了会话初始协议(SessionInitiationProtocol,SIP),并利用END-TO-END和HOP-BY-HOP的分类方法,对基于SIP上的安全机制进行了分析,指出当前安全机制中的缺陷,最后,根据SIP协议简单、开放、可扩展的特点,针对HTTP摘要鉴别和S/MIME认证机制中各自在安全认证中的不足,提出了一种全新的基于HTTP摘要鉴别和S/MIME上的混合安全认证机制。利用该认证机制,可以很好的实现SIP会话的机密性和安全性。     

基本蚁群算法的A.S.收敛性研究

蚁群算法是近几年优化领域中新出现的一种启发式仿生类并行智能进化算法，虽然该算法已经在众多组合优化领域中得到广泛应用，但是对其收敛性尤其是A．S．（AlmostSurely）收敛性问题的研究还存在很多空白．本文在介绍蚁群算法基本原理的基础上，以Markov链和离散鞅作为研究工具，对基本蚁群算法的A．S．收敛性问题进行了理论证明，把最优解集序列转变为下鞅序列来考察残留信息素轨迹向量的收敛性，随后提出了基本蚁群算法首达时间的定义，并对基本蚁群算法首次到达时间的期望值进行了理论分析．
