两大部类再生产数学模型研究

本文根据马克思的社会再生产理论建立了由物质平衡方程和价值平衡方程组成的数学模型,文中对该模型的性质进行了初步分析。     

Alterations in cecal microbiota of Jinhua piglets fostered by a Yorkshire sow

Gut microbiota health and diseases. Several play important roles in host factors, in particular antibiot- ics, affect the gut microbiota of pigs. Cross-fostering has been applied as a regular practice to equalize litter size, reduce pre-weaning mortality and increase body weight. However, the effect of cross-fostering on cecal microbiota is unclear. In this study, we fostered three Jinhua pigs to a Yorkshire sow. The fostered Jinhua piglets grew signifi- cantly faster than their biological siblings. To explore whether the cecal microbiota of piglets will alter during fostering, we characterized the cecal microbiota of allpiglets by examining the V3 hypervariable region ot 165 rDNA. We observed altered cecal microbiota in these piglets using the Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform, and this was accompanied with an increase in growth rate after fostering. The relative abundance of Bacteroidetes in the fostered Jinhua piglets was decreased compared with their biological siblings, although still higher in comparison with their new littermates. Beta-diversity analysis also showed that the cecal microbiota of the adopted Jinhua piglets differed from their biological siblings with a shift toward their step-siblings. Our data show that cecal microbiota of piglets were altered after cross-fostering while the growth rate increased.     

几种化学除草剂在草坪上的试验研究

通过田间试验、调查和室内测定分析，初步筛选出适于防除草坪阔叶杂草的除草剂和适宜的浓度：麦草畏３Ｌ／公顷、绿黄隆１５０ｇ／公顷，２甲４氯３ｋｇ／公顷＋麦草畏３Ｌ／公顷，２，４－Ｄ丁酯３Ｌ／公顷＋２甲４氯３ｋｇ／公顷，它们的鲜重除草率均在８０％以上，这些药剂对草坪草无药害，对草坪的鲜重，干重，分蘖、侧根、根状茎等生长指标无不良影响，并能提高草坪覆盖度。     

农民专业合作组织成长机理研究——以焦作市农民专业合作组织为例

农民专业合作组织是处于市场竞争不利地位的弱小生产者按照平等原则在自愿互助的基础上组织起来的经济组织。文章以焦作市农民专业合作组织为例论述了农民专业合作组织的成长机理,并分析了焦作市农民专业合作组织发展中存在的问题,提出了相应的对策建议。     

Relative growth and sexual dimorphism of the South Atlantic hermit crab Loxopagurus loxochelis (Anomura,Diogenidae) from Ubatuba,Brazil

Some morphometric relationships and biometric aspects were studied in the hermit crab Loxopagurus loxochelis (Moreira, 1901) with the purpose of describing its relative growth and finding the size where sexual maturity is reached. Specimens were collected monthly from September 1995 to August 1997 in the Ubatuba region using double-rig trawl nets. A total of 1084 specimens (625 males and 459 females) was analysed. In this species, sexual dimorphism is particularly evident in chela dimensions. Differences between males and females were found in the left propodus length versus cephalothoracic shield length (CSL) and wet weight (WW) versus CSL relationships. Males showed a high positive allometry in chela growth, while females were close to isometry/negative allometry. The size at which a clear differentiation occurred in the growth of the propodus length and in the increase in weight of males and females was between 4.5 and 6.0mm CSL, suggesting that size at which sexual maturity is reached.     

儿童生长曲线的光滑样条非参数回归方法构建

利用光滑样条非参数模型和百分位数法,在6．11版SASD软件包上的构建了香港地区0－7岁儿童体重生长发育的百分位数曲线,体重生长速度和生长加速度曲线,结果表明非参数模型能够最佳地兼顾拟合优度和光滑度,改进了经典LS法,可作为工线拟合的一种优异方法而广泛应用于医学领域。     

碳酸钙生物矿化研究进展——软模板调控

近年来碳酸钙的体外研究使用了生物提取的或者人工合成的添加剂和模板,调控出了不同的碳酸钙晶型以及特殊的晶粒形貌,对于有机无机界面诱导矿化的机理给出了更多的原子水平的分析和验证,这些进展已经逐渐将生物矿化的研究带入了仿生的机理模拟阶段。     

柳桉优良家系多性状联合选择

对柳桉41个家系生长性状、抗逆性状、形质性状和木材品质进行测定与分析,并经多性状综合选择出适合福建省中亚热带山地发展的GB000002等9个优良家系和60个优良单株,其4a生树高、胸径和单株材积家系平均值为12.43 m,12.32 cm,0.072 17 m3,单株平均值为15.7 m,16.0 cm,0.134 6 m3,且形质性状和木材品质兼优.为闽西北地区推广柳桉造林、无性繁殖和种子园建设等提供种质材料.     

利用氧传感器研究一些物质对结核杆菌的作用

用氧传感器研究了葡萄糖、油酸、硬脂酸、月桂酸、十一烯酸、亚油酸、吐温－80、吐温－60和聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯（POES）对结核杆菌生长的影响.实验结果表明牛血清白蛋白－油酸混合物和葡萄糖对结核杆菌生长有明显的促进作用,且分别在体积分数5%和1%时效果最好.     

食蟹猴生长曲线

目的描绘食蟹猴从断奶到3岁的生长曲线。方法对中心数据资料进行汇总、统计。结果初步揭示在我中心的饲养条件下,食蟹猴在3岁之前的生长规律。结论我中心的食蟹猴生长曲线已与国外的研究基本吻合。食蟹猴的生长曲线可为饲养管理和动物实验提供有益的科学数据。
