Vasoactive intestinal polypeptide stimulates prolactin release in vivo in the ring dove (Streptopelia risoria)

Summary I.v. administration of vasoactive intestinal polypeptide (VIP) to ring doves significantly elevated the plasma concentration of prolactin after 10 min in a dose-related manner. The plasma prolactin concentration of nonbreeding doves with low basal levels was increased by a similar amount as in brooding doves whose initially high concentration of plasma prolactin had been reduced by nest deprivation prior to treatment.     

Cytosolic factors in mitochondrial protein import

In vitro import studies have confirmed the participation of cytosolic protein factors in the import of various precursor proteins into mitochondria. The requirement for extramitochondrial adenosine triphosphate for the import of a group of precursor proteins seems to be correlated with the chaperone activity of the cytosolic protein factors. One of the cytosolic protein factors is hsp70, which generally recognizes and binds unfolded proteins in the cytoplasm. Hsp70 keeps the newly synthesized mitochondrial precursor proteins in import-competent unfolded conformations. Another cytosolic protein factor that has been characterized is mitochondrial import stimulation factor (MSF), which seems to be specific to mitochondrial precursor proteins. MSF recognizes the mitochondrial precursor proteins, forms a complex with them and targets them to the receptors on the outer surface of mitochondria.     

Influence of host plant and larval diet on ovarian productivity inAcrolepiopsis assectella Z. (Lepidoptera: Acrolepiidae)

Summary Females ofAcrolepiopsis assectella, reared on a semi-synthetic diet and laying on artificial substrates, do not respond to external stimuli by increasing ovarian production. When returned to the natural host (Allium porrum) for only one generation, ovarian production again rises and reaches the same level as in wild females, but its variability is strongly reduced. We conclude that selection under artificial conditions eliminates individuals which strictly depend on host plants for stimulation of larval nutrition and of reproduction.

神经纤维对磁刺激的动态响应

给出一种激活函数快速计算方法和公式 ,推导出磁刺激作用下神经纤维的 Hodgkin- Hux-ley模型 ,并建立了神经兴奋与磁刺激仪电路参数之间的联系 .研究了磁刺激作用下神经纤维的阈下、阈上和重复磁刺激响应 .结果表明 ,在不同电容初始充电电压下 ,响应具有阈值性 ;阈下响应在空间和时间上都与激活函数呈现一定的线性 ,两者相差 1 80°;不同强度下的阈上行为有相同的空间分布和时间历程 ,只是响应潜伏期有差异 .1 0 0 Hz以下的重复磁刺激是单脉冲的线性组合 ,没有累积效应 .     

三峡库区二道河滑坡变形机制研究

受三峡水库蓄水影响,二道河滑坡出现了变形加剧现象。通过监测数据分析和蓄水过程中滑坡渗流及稳定性数值模拟,分析了滑坡的变形演化过程及变形机制。结果表明:二道河滑坡从开始变形到三峡水库不同阶段蓄水的过程中,经历了由推移式转化为牵引式、由悬浮减重型转化为动水压力滞后型的过程,滑坡变形的地质力学模式为蠕滑—拉裂型。对滑坡变形机制转化的分析可供类似滑坡的分析研究参考。     

三峡库区小江流域AnnAGNPS模型参数分析

AnnAGNPS是一个批处理、连续模拟流域尺度的分布式农业模型,其根据水文特征将流域划分成若干同质分室或集水单元,模拟流域内每个水文单元和流域整体输出的径流、泥沙、养分和农药的负荷.本文以三峡库区小江流域为例,介绍了构建该模型所需要的气象、地形、土地利用、土壤、作物、非作物、作物管理、施肥、农药、径流曲线等参数的方法.     

陈行水库在长江河口咸潮入侵期间的取水调度和库内氯度分布

在长江河口咸潮入侵严重期间,为保证供水,陈行水库有时会带盐取水.2009年11月27日至2010年3月12日在陈行水库进行了氯度观测.结合径流量、潮汐、风应力、上游氯度和取水口氯度,分析了长江河口咸潮入侵以及陈行水库3次带盐取水的运行方式和库内氯度的时空变化.数值模拟的结果表明,在东风作用下,水库东岸有上升流的存在.在咸潮到来前期,陈行水库增大取水量,使水库保持在高水位.在咸潮到来的初期,进行带盐取水,保证水库在较高的水位.在咸潮中后期,根据咸潮入侵的强弱向宝钢水库抽调适量淡水,同时当库内供水口氯度接近250 mg/L时必须停止从长江带盐取水.库内氯度资料表明水库带盐取水造成库内氯度升高,氯度的变化与风况有关,在空间存在差异性.陈行水库的调度与库内外的氯度密切相关,同时需要考虑库内的水位、上游氯度变化以及水库表面风场的变化情况.本研究可为河口水库的优化运行提供科学依据,同时为水库的调度管理提供经验.
