试论西部经济在隋唐时期的地位与作用

秦汉时期，西部地区拥有良好的自然环境，关中土壤膏腴，巴蜀沃野千里，陇右水草丰茂，构成了中国的基本经济区，为中国的形成与维系提供了物质基础。东汉末期以后，受长期战乱的影响，关中与陇右经济受到摧残，西部经济丧失了作为国家基本经济区的地位。但隋唐时期，西部经济仍然是我国统一多民族国家稳定与维持的重要支柱，是一个范围更大、面积更广的基本经济区的重要组成部分。     

微分中值定理的逆问题

研究了Lagrange定理和Taylor定理的逆问题，证明了在一定的条件下，Lagrange定理和Taylor定理的逆定理成立，为更好地利用微分中值定理提供了理论根据．     

构造B样条函数的积分方法及其具体运算

论述了一元B样条函数及二元样条函数空间B样条函数积分方法中的递推求解问题,并介绍了其中的积分计算的方法,用数形结合的方法使原本繁琐的讨论变得直观.     

经验模式分解算法的探讨和改进

对经验模式分解算法中的滤波停止条件和端点延拓问题进行了研究。在改进的EMD算法基础上,通过对本征模函数使用“新的滤波停止条件”,获得了更好的实验分解结果,同时,由于改进的EMD算法假定信号是无限长的,回避了B样条插值中节点延拓的固有问题,研究了有限长度信号的端点延拓问题,给出了端点延拓算法,从而弥补了已有方法的不足,使之更具实用性。实验表明,文中提出的算法是有效的。     

《初中招生电脑派位系统》的设计与实现技术

小学升初中实行"电脑派位",体现了义务教育的均衡性原则,有利于生源的合理分配,变生源的竞争为学校管理、教育质量的竞争,有利于调动各学校办学的积极性,有利于提高义务教育阶段各类学校的整体水平,为全面推进素质教育创造了条件。根据我市实际情况,我们开发了《初中招生电脑派位系统》。本文介绍了该系统的分析与设计过程,以及实现该系统所使用到的主要技术。     

Molecular structure and biological function of proliferating cell nuclear antigen

Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) is the core component of replication complex in eukaryote. As a processive factor of DNA polymerase delta, PCNA coordinates the replication process by interacting with various replication proteins. PCNA appears to play an essential role in many cell events, such as DNA damage repair, cell cycle regulation, and apoptosis, through the coordination or organization of different partners. PCNA is an essential factor in cell proliferation, and has clinical significance in tumor research. In this article we review the functional structure of PCNA, which acts as a function switch in different cell events.     

用MD方法计算磁场条件下水的表面张力系数

本文采用分子动力学模拟（Molecular Dynamics simulation简称MD）方法对不同磁场和温度条件下水体系的表面张力系数进行了计算。结果表明水的表面张力系数和磁感应强度之间具有多极值关系，特别在常温下以及磁感应强度为0.25T时，磁场对水体表面张力系数的影响最为明显。通过对径向分布函数的计算发现，磁场可以影响g(r)的分布，使水的结构发生变化，从而导致水的表面张力系数发生改变。

定理1、定理2为单侧导数的简便解法提供了理论根据。     

Neural—networks—based Modelling and a Fuzzy Neural Networks Controller of MCFC

Molten Carbonate Fuel Cells(MCFC) are produced with a highly efficient and clean power generation technology which will soon be widely utilized.The temperature characters of MCFC stack are briefly analyzed.A radial basis function (RBF) neural networks identification technology is applied to set up the temperature nonlinear model of MCFC stack,and the identification structure,algorithm and modeling training process are given in detail.A fuzzy controllery of MCFC stack is designed.In order to improve its online control ability,a neural network trained by the I/O data of a fuzzy controller is designed.The neural networks can memorize and expand the inference rules of the fuzzy controller and substitute for the fuzzy controller to control MCFC stack online,A detailed design of the controller is given,The validity of MCFC stack modilling based on neural networks and the superior performance of the fuzzy neural networks controller are proved by Simulations.     

Linux-based Platform for Open Architecture Controller and Its Modular Developing Method

Linux-based Platform for Open Architecture Controller ( POAC ), a new open architecture controller and its modular developing method are discussed. POAC divides the application software of controller into the developing system and the application system. In the developing system, PAOC abstracts a series of function modules with unified data interface and function interface. In the application system, POAC defines the model of the architecture module, realizing the interoperability and interchangeability between the architecture modules. The modular developing method entities the users to make up an application system with some architecture modules, which consist of a set of function modules. The modular developing method decreases the developing time from the standard of controller architecture to the product.
