硅基微纳结构薄膜中全向光吸收效应

研究了一种由硅基光子晶体与金属复合微纳结构薄膜中的全向光吸收效应。与完整的硅/金属复合薄膜进行比较研究发现,在硅薄膜厚度相同的条件下硅基微纳结构薄膜能够使吸光度提高近70%。此外,结果显示这种光吸收增强效应对入射角度的变化不敏感。在以0°~60°角度入射的情况下,硅微纳结构薄膜都能够具备接近100%的光吸收。通过对能带以及场构型分析可以发现,这种现象产生的原因归结于金属平板与截断光子晶体中特殊的边界陷光效应和六角晶格的全向带隙。     

AB变频器、PLC及上位机的以太网通讯

本文以宁夏钢铁烧结配料自动化系统工业以太网为例,介绍了AB品牌1756 ControlLogix系列PLC同Flex系列远程I/O、PowerFlex系列变频器的通讯组态,及PLC同上位机Factorytalk SE软件之间的以太网通讯。并比较了EtherNet/IP通讯协议与其他现场总线及Factorytalk SE与其他品牌HMI软件在画面开发方面的优略。     

建筑结构设计软件动力时程分析功能比较

利用SATWE、MIDAS/Building和ETABS软件分别对结构地震作用进行计算以获得其在地震作用下的反应,来判断结构整体的安全性和可靠性.对3种软件在前处理、分析过程中、后处理3方面进行对比,得出在前处理中MIDAS/Building在建模、选波和调波方面具有一定的优势,并且在后处理方面提供了丰富的后处理功能,便于操作人员快速查询结果.     

并联式混合动力发动机神经网络法转矩预测与闭环控制

利用实际发动机的标定数据搭建了GT-Suite及Matlab/Simulink联合仿真模型，建立了基于进气和发动机状态参数的预测转矩反馈协同控制模块。对比了ANN法和现有发动机的标定脉谱插值预测（MAP）法2种方法下发动机稳态及瞬态转矩变化、升降挡等工况预测的结果误差，结果表明：稳态工况下MAP法较为可靠，低、中、高3种发动机转速下转矩预测波动小，误差比ANN法低1.31%、1.09%和1.52%；实际瞬态转矩跃变及阶跃工况下，ANN法较MAP法误差低5.62%和1.32%，升降挡工况下低1.93%和0.84%。     

正丁醇/水混合溶剂中一步合成NO3-LDH的研究

以尿素为沉淀剂，正丁醇/水混合液为溶剂，采用水热法直接合成层状双金属氢氧化物ZnAl-NO₃-LDHs。通过X射线衍射（XRD）、傅里叶变换红外光谱（FT-IR）、扫描电镜（SEM）和元素分析（CHN）等对所得样品进行表征，证明在尿素存在条件下，NO₃^-进入LDHs层间；XRD、SEM结果和丁达尔现象显示所得NO₃-LDHs可在甲酰胺溶液中剥离。对尿素存在条件下形成NO₃-LDH而非CO₃-LDH的机理进行了探讨。以氯化盐和硫酸盐为原料，采用本文方法成功合成了Cl-LDH和SO₄-LDH，此研究结果可为制备不同阴离子插层的LDHs提供一种简单直接的方法。     

一类区间不确定时滞系统超前/滞后补偿器设计

针对一类具有全极点的区间不确定时滞系统,给出了相位超前/滞后补偿器的一种图解鲁棒设计方法.对滞后因子采用一阶Pade近似,应用广义Kharitonov定理,证明了图解法设计出的相位超前/滞后补偿器可以镇定区间不确定近似系统.通过仿真验证了该补偿器亦可镇定原区间不确定时滞系统,并保持良好的系统性能.该种图解设计方法选择参数灵活,便于实际应用.     

AES／EBU数字音频传输标准

为了保证演播室中各种数字音频设备之间能够相互连接并且安全的传输数据，AES／EBU（声频工程协会／欧洲广播联盟）制定了AES／EBU数字音频接口标准并于1992对它进行重新修订。该标准现已成为专业数字音频较为流行的标准。本文主要对该标准进行详细的介绍。     

Between meaning culture and presence effects: contemporary biomedical objects as a challenge to museums

The acquisition and display of material artefacts is the raison d’être of museums. But what constitutes a museum artefact? Contemporary medicine (biomedicine) is increasingly producing artefacts that do not fit the traditional museological understanding of what constitutes a material, tangible artefact. Museums today are therefore caught in a paradox. On the one hand, medical science and technologies are having an increasing pervasive impact on the way contemporary life is lived and understood and is therefore a central part of the contemporary world. On the other hand, the objects involved in medical diagnostics and therapies are becoming increasingly invisible and intangible and therefore seem to have no role to play as artefacts in a museum context. Consequently, museums are at risk of becoming alienated from an increasingly important part of contemporary society. This essay elaborates the paradox by employing Gumbrecht’s (2004) distinction between ‘presence’ and ‘meaning’.     

Research on catalysis of sodium-metallochlorophylls in Ni/MH battery

The effects of sodium-metallochlorophylls including sodium-iron chlorophyllin, sodium-copper chlorophyllin and sodium-magnesium chlorophyllin on performance of Ni/MH battery were investigated. The results show that sodium-iron chlorophyllin can effectively activate the gases produced during charge in Ni/MH battery, therefore reducing the reduction potential of oxygen and the oxidation potential of hydrogen, and the increased speed of inner pressure of battery is decreased significantly. With the aid of DMol3 software, the activation process of oxygen and hydrogen by sodiummetallochlorophylls was simulated and analyzed. It was found that the catalysis behavior is in agreement with the experimental results, and the activation process also gets a reasonable explanation from the calculated results.
