An apparatus for the calibration of electromagnetic flowprobes on small veins in situ

Summary Electromagnetic flowprobe calibration must be done under controlled conditions similar to those encountered experimentally. This in situ calibration apparatus is simple in design, inexpensive, and provides pressure and flow conditions analogous to those found in small veins in vivo.This work was supported by the Harold Tanenbaum Department of Research, Mt Sinai Hospital, Toronto, Ontario. Some species differences in cardiovascular responses to intravenously injected leucine-enkephalin

Summary Studies were conducted to determine the cardiovascular responses to leucine-enkephalin (L-enk) in three different species of animals; rabbit, dog and monkey. All animals were anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium after sedation with ketamine. Mean blood pressure (MBP) and heart rate (HR) were simultaneously monitored. The pressor and HR responses to bilateral carotid occlusion (BCO) were determined before injection of L-enk. Increased MBP and HR due to BCO in monkey were significantly greater than in the other two animal groups. Following i.v. injection of L-enk (5–30 g/kg), a significant fall in MBP occurred in all groups in a dose-dependent manner; however, the time course of changes in MBP in rabbits was significantly shorter than that in the other animal groups. Significant in HR after the injection of L-enk occurred in rabbits and dogs, whereas increases in HR occurred in monkeys. These results show that some cardiovascular responses to L-enk may be species dependent. These different cardiovascular responses to L-enk may be at least partly related to species differences in baroreceptor reflex sensitivity.

本文报道了益气健脾摄血对慢性肾炎血尿患者C3b、IC作用的影响.实验结果表明:益气健脾摄血具有提高慢性肾炎血尿患者红细胞免疫功能,清除免疫复合物的作用.     

微生态制剂（EM）对建鲤血液指标及耗氧率的影响

用微生态制剂ＥＭ作为饲料添加剂饲养建鲤，经４５天的实验，结果表明；实验组建鲤的生长比对照组快，两项血液指标（红细胞数、血红蛋白含量）均高于对照组，而耗氧率低于对照组。     

灰度数学形态学方法在眼底图象处理中的应用

眼底图是一种重要的医学图象。在对灰度眼底图象进行处理的过程中，形态学的ＯＰＥＮＣＬＯＳＥ变换被用来去除眼底图象中的高频噪声，ＴＯＰ－ＨＡＴ变换被用来进行血管突出。为了与形态学方法进行比较，文中还给出了二维低通滤波及模板匹配法，它们被用来滤除噪声及突出血管。比较结果表明，在处理结果相近的前提下，形态学方法具有思路简单、处理速度快的突出优点。     

黄腐酸类物质在正常及病理条件下对动物血象的影响

以矿源黄腐酸（ＭＦＡ）或发酵法黄腐酸（ＢＦＡ）在２５ｍｇ／ｋｇ体重剂 连续了７天灌饲ＮＩＨ小鼠，血常规检测结果与阴性对照组差异不大。而上述两种ＦＡ对化疗药物环磷酰胺造成的白细胞下降均表现出明显的拮抗作用，其作用强弱与ＦＡ来源和剂量相关，在用量相近时，ＢＦＡ对铅中毒导致的血红蛋白合成障碍有与临床上常用排铅药ＥＤＴＡ－Ｃａ十分拉近的缓解作用，而化学所提供的ＦＡ则未表现出明显的缓解作用。
