骨条藻属硅藻的分类、生态及生理研究进展

骨条藻属（Skeletonema）是全球分布的广温广盐性浮游硅藻,常见于沿海河口和海洋中,近年来也常出现在一些淡水环境中。骨条藻属硅藻可作饵料、生产生物柴油的原料、治疗癌症的候选药,也是一类可引发赤潮的藻类。该文综述了骨条藻属硅藻在系统分类学、生态学、生理学方面的研究进展,并对其发展方向进行了展望。     

一种生物刺激器的设计及实现

讨论了基于C8051F020单片机Cygnal为核心的多功能生物电刺激器的设计与实现过程.充分利用C8051F020的内部特性,采用频率测量原理的软件方法,实现了超低频正弦与类正弦基信号(1.0～25.0次/min)与附加高频脉冲合成波(5.0～100.0 Hz)的幅度、频率以及附加高频脉冲数的高精度可调,降低了计算误差.该方法与LCM相结合实现了友好的人机界面与仪器的小型化,非常适合对实验小白鼠等小型动物的生理机能测试研究.     

Biological effects of lithium: Experimental analysis in plant cytokinesis

Summary The biological effects of lithium ions have been studied, using plant cytokinesis in onion root meristems as the experimental model. Lithium induces binucleate cells by inhibiting cell plate formation. Moreover, lithium and caffeine have additive effects on the induction of binucleate cells. Na⁺, K⁺, Ca⁺⁺ and Mg⁺⁺ antagonize lithium-induced inhibition of cytokinesis.     

导学法在高职生理学教学中的应用

作者分析了来自中专生的高职班在生理教学中存在的一些矛盾，提出问题导学、课件导学、比较导学、出卷导学、病历导学等导学法，并与一般讲授法作比较，认为导学法可解决高职生理教学中普遍存在的课时与内容的矛盾，学生学习能力与教材难度的矛盾，从而提高教学质量。     

植物基因工程研究现状与展望

植物基因工程与人类生活密切相关,它将给植物育种带来革命性的变革。植物基因工程研究的关键问题是向植物中转移外源基因,它主要涉及植物受体的选择和基因转移方法的探索。由于Ti质粒载体的建立和应用,双子叶植物中的应用性研究已经取得了突破性的进展。单子叶植物方面的工作尚处于基础理论研究阶段。     

Suitability of urethane anesthesia for physiopharmacological investigations in various systems. Part 2: Cardiovascular system

Summary Urethane produces a level of surgical anesthesia characterized by preservation of a number of cardiovascular reflexes. When the proper route of administration is used, and the use of unnecessarily high doses is avoided, urethane anesthesia appears to be suitable for a number of investigations at cardiovascular level. However in certain types of studies involving pharmacological stimulation of peripheral adrenoceptors urethane affects markedly the magnitude of the response under study.     

Chemoelectrical signal transduction in olfactory sensory neurons of air-breathing vertebrates

When odorants bind to the sensory cilia of olfactory sensory neurons, the cells respond with an electrical output signal, typically a short train of action potentials. This review describes the present state of knowledge about the olfactory signal transduction process. In the last decade, a set of transduction molecules has been identified which help to explain many aspects of the sensory response. Odor-induced second-messenger production, activation of transduction channels, the central role of the ciliary Ca²⁺ concentration, as well as mechanisms that mediate adaptation, are all qualitatively understood on the basis of a consistent scheme for chemoelectrical transduction. This scheme, although necessarily incomplete, can serve as a working model for further experimentation which may reveal kinetical aspects of signal transduction processes in olfactory sensory neurons.     

五大连池火山群的植被类型及保护对策

对五大连池自然保护区的植被类型及其现状进行了调查，其结果表明，火山群现有地衣苔藓群落，地衣草类群落等１１种基本类型．近年来由于养蚕毁林，垦田毁林、毁草，乱砍乱伐等盲目性开发，使火山群植被遭到严重破坏，为此我们提出了保护五大连池火山群植被资源的对策．

“垦原”丰产素是一种新型高效植物生长调节剂，它融化学，生物与农业科学为一体研制的农用新产品，它既吸收了国内外同类产品的优点，又有其独创之处。１９８９年在全国率先开始研制，近几年通过数十种作物成千个试验、示范、推广应用面积已近千万亩，增产，增收，改善品质效果显著。
