植物激素对菘兰离体叶片愈伤组织的诱导及器官分化的影响

采用浓度为0.1ppm、1.0ppm、5.0ppm的2.4—D和1.0ppm、0.1ppm、及0.01ppm的BA构成9种不同的激素组合,处理菘兰离体叶片,均能诱导其产生愈伤组织。若2.4—D浓度改为0.01ppm、0.02ppm、和0ppm,BA浓度仍为1.0ppm、0.1ppm和0.01ppm,同样形成9种不同的激素组合,处理菘兰离体叶片,则不能诱导其产生愈伤组织,但却能使离体叶片直接分化出根或芽。     

Application of EEG multipole model in the diagnosis of Alzheimer''''s disease

In order to find the electroencephalogram （EEG） characteristic parameters typical of Alzheimer＇s disease （AD） and explore an effective diagnostic method, a new mobile current multipole model was proposed to simulate the AD patient＇s cortical dipole source activities. The indicators of goodness of fit （GOF） and DtononD （DD） were calculated from EEG samples to evaluate the performance of this model. Relevant results showed that this multipole model with higher GOFvalues and larger DD change well fitted the pathological electrical activities of cortical neurons aroused by AD＇s extended sulcus and gyrus in the cerebral cortex. Meanwhile, the products of DD mean ＆ standard variance were found in a clear linear correlation with the diagnostic data of mini-mental state examination （MMSE） used in AD clinics. Furthermore, by tracing this multipole model＇s indicators in typical patients and contrasting with the functional magnetic resonance image （fMRI） as AD progressed, we suggested that the DD index may be suitable for monitoring the AD developments as a new diagnostic parameter.

高校学生心理疾病隐患的防范与解决方案

从高校学生心理疾病隐患防范的意义着手，阐述了高校学生主要的心理疾病隐患及产生原因，提出了笔者自己的高校学生心理疾病隐患的防范与解决方案。     

鸡甲状腺球蛋白与A、B血型系统对马立克氏病抗性的研究

本试验以吉林Ⅰ号肉用商品代雏鸡为试验对象，测定了Ａ、Ｂ血型因子及甲状腺球蛋白浓度，并对它们与抗马立克病的关系做了研究。结果表明：Ａ＿（６１４）因子的雏鸡抗马立克病的能力较强．在高、低血浆甲状腺球蛋白浓度组间表现出一定差异，高血浆甲状腺球蛋白浓度组有一定抗马立克氏病能力。     

沈阳地区鱼类养殖的病害及其对策

本阐述了沈阳地区的渔业发展及鱼病存在的现状，分析了鱼病产生的原因及当前我市流行鱼病的种类，提出了防治主要的细菌性鱼病、病毒性鱼病、寄生虫鱼病的各项措施和应采用清塘、适宜放养密度，合理混养，科学投喂等对策。     

Scavenger receptor family proteins: roles for atherosclerosis, host defence and disorders of the central nervous system

In this review, we summarize the structure and function of the scavenger receptor family of proteins including class A (type I and II macrophage scavenger receptors, MARCO), class B (CD36, scavenger receptor class BI), mucinlike (CD68/macrosialin, dSR-CI) and endothelial (LOX-1) receptors. Two motifs have been identified as ligand-binding domains a charged collagen structure of type I and II receptors, and an immunodominant domain of CD36. These structures can recognize a wide range of negatively charged macromolecules, including oxidized low-density lipoproteins, damaged or apoptotic cells, and pathogenic microorganisms. After binding, these ligands can be either internalized by endocytosis or phagocytosis, or remain at the cell surface and mediate adhesion or lipid transfer through caveolae. Under physiological conditions, scavenger receptors serve to scavenge or clean up cellular debris and other related materials, and they play a role in host defence. In pathological states, they mediate the recruitment, activation and transformation of macrophages and other cells which may be related to the development of atherosclerosis and to disorders caused by the accumulation of denatured materials, such as Alzheimer's disease. 在吉林大学药学院开设了具有特色的"疾病模型与实验病理学"新课程,阐述了本课程开设的必要性、内容、特色及实施效果等。教学实践证明,这门课程切合药学专业的培养目标,对提高学生的创新能力及综合素质,培养实用型药学专业人才起到了积极作用。     

White-spot disease of Chinese soft-shelled turtles （Trionyx sinens） caused by Paecilomyces iilacinus

Chinese soft-shelled turtles （Trionyx sinens） in culture farms using an artificial warming system in Zhejiang, China, often show typical signs of white-spot disease such as white spots on their bodies, skin lesions, anorexia and eventually death. The sick turtles were mostly 5-80 g in weight. A suspected fungal pathogen was isolated from the sick turtles and verified as Paecilomyces lilacinus by sequence analysis of the internal transcribed spacer （ITS） of its ribosomal DNA （rDNA）. Detailed morphological examinations were also conducted to confirm the white-spot disease.     

沥青混凝土路面早期病害成因分析与对策

阐述了沥青混凝土路面常见的早期病害现象——裂缝、水破坏、松散等,对病害的原因进行了分析,并从优化设计、加强施工管理和材料控制等方面,提出了沥青混凝土路面防治处理的一些措施,以期减少和避免类似病害的再发生,延长沥青混凝土路面的使用寿命,提高公路的使用性能和经济效益。
